Wifi problem

The workers were very helpful, thoughtful, welcoming, smiling. One of worker helped us to see kind of doctor. We could not eat breakfast because we needed to leave earlier than breakfast time. One of worker supposed to prepare breakfast earlier but they forgot. But they paid back for breakfast.

Friendly and very helpful staff, they waited for us up to midnight

The location was great and very near to town.

The bathroom was not very clean and in the ceiling there were rats which made noise during the course of the entire time I was there. The lighting was also poor as some lights were not working.

Internet is very slow. I give them money to buy new router 170000 with internet I waited 3 days. After that he brings router without internet only router. After I bought recharge for internet by myself. First room there is no hot water to take a shower. Then I moved another room there is no cold water in the shower mixer. After I changed temperature on the heater 40°. Lot of mosquito in the room. The ceiling is only cement board you can hear the pigeons walking upstairs.

Comfortably and staff are good and friendly.

I hate leaving the hotel. I wished I could stay another night at itetemia

Good n friendly staff... Good people like Kaduu mwenyewe.... Omar... Chuma cha reli.. Good reception, supportive and willing to receive clients calls even at midnight... They helped me book my room at midnight.. That was so encouraging.. Shukran guys
