Requested a menu from the restaurant for room service. The menu was never delivered.
Also, there was toilet paper/paper towels in the pool. It had sunk to the bottom and it was hard to see.

It's location is perfect..in the city, close the ferry terminal and airport.Breakfast had a variety of foods.I enjoyed the pool...though didn't use the gym and spa...there were available.
Its abit far from some tourist attractions and internet in the rooms is not so good.

From the porter, receptionist, managers, staffs everyone was always with a broad smile and greetings. Breakfast was awesome with varieties everyday..the housekeeping were excellent to clean the rooms efficiently, rooms were comfortable too...Mumbai spices restaurant had good Indian dishes.a place to stay and relax in the Centre of town.

staff very friendly, receptionist was very kind woman, the driver from airport to the hotel was very nice and helpful. overall the whole staff is great, the room was super clean and very calm

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff, they were courteous and had a smile on their faces. I was picked up at the airport on time no waiting at all. The room was clean and refreshing.

Very comfortable room/bed, very helpful staff, nice outdoor seating/bar area by the pool.
Wifi was slow (but no slower than other places I've stayed in Dar). Pool was too small to swim much in, but fine for lounging around.

The staff were really helpful. The location was perfect for sightseeing the historic part of Dar and for transfer to Zanzibar, there is ferry terminal nearby. Saved me a lot of time on trips from more touristy accommodations to places I wanted to see. That was everything I needed for that one night and more. Room and bathroom were spotless. No issues with hot water. Glad I chose this hotel.
