Beautiful waterfront property with all the essentials and more! Our family of 5 had all we needed to enjoy our stay- spacious bedrooms, large bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. My kids said it’s been their favorite house to stay at in Rockport…we will definitely book here again!

Beautiful property with panoramic views.

We spent Thanksgiving week in this beautiful house. Everything went very well. Vickie is great host with prompt communication. House is well stocked and equipped with everything that we needed. We cooked almost all of our meals. We have two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and have plenty of room for all of us. This place was clean and organized (I love the labels in the kitchen). There is plenty of towels and toiletries. I barely used the stuffs that we brought with us. We kayaked when the weather was clear, fished every day and night at the dock (caught a few black drums on our last night), spent lots of time in the beautiful and comfortable patio. Basically a lot of fun and also very relaxing week! All of us (adults and kids) love this house. We go to Rockport a few times but this is the house that I will go back to! Thanks Vickie for hosting us.

We had a great time in Rockport. My husband, me and our son visiting us from Colorado. The home was perfect for our needs. The porch/deck was relaxing and the dock made for some fun but frustrating fishing! The winds were high!!

We woke up and went kayaking daily and went fishing every evening. The porch was so relaxing and we sat for hours just talking. It was just what we needed to unwind from our busy lives.

Absolutely loved this place! Bayfront with dock to fish and kayak, and yard space for little ones to play. Beautiful views and so much fun watching the birds, jumping fish, and gorgeous sunsets. Had I known of all the amenities in the house, I would have packed about half of what I brought! Thoroughly enjoyed Sea Breeze Cove and hope to come back someday soon.

House has a great layout and lots of amenities! Will definitely be booking again!

Another NYE on Salt Lake! This is our 3rd at this beautiful home. We kayaked, paddle boarded, and enjoyed every moment of the 75-degree sunshine at Sea Breeze Cove. A group of us went fishing on Copano Bay with guides, everyone limited out and at one point, the boat was surrounded by dolphins. A wonderful long weekend!

Easy communication with Vickie and trouble-free stay

We stayed nine nights and enjoyed each day. The property is clean, well stocked with household utensils and has plenty of outdoor sporting equipment to have a great time on the bay. With that said our favorite part of the home is the back porch. The sunsets were incredible and the outdoor furniture cozy. The check in/ check out process was easy. There was one glitch with the internet provider and Vicki was on the spot with answers. She quickly communicated that there was an outage in the area and gave an eta on when to expect the internet to be back online. We appreciated her responsiveness. We will be back in the future. Thank you for sharing your home. It truly is stunning.

The property was great. I didn't realize the 4th bathroom was the outdoor shower. We had a great time. The kids and adults really enjoyed the kayaks. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. We did have a hiccup right at the start with the smoke alarms. The neighbors next door were nice. Loved the porch and the view that come with it! Kayaking was great for the kids and plenty of room for grilling. I think the only thing that would make it perfect would be a pool. Rockport is a great town and the beach isn’t too far just the boring ferry wait. I would suggest this house for a girls getaway!

The house is wonderful. We had everything there we needed. Would love to come back next year!

This home is beautiful, so many nice touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. The view is phenomenal whether you're eating at the kitchen island or hanging from the hammock on the huge outside sitting area. Fenced back yard adds safety for kids. Tons of water toys, and a fishing dock with crab cage that never failed to disappoint. Maybe most notable to share, though not "exciting" is the well stocked pantry and kitchen supplies, super selection of pans, baggies, spices, oils, all the basics that make it easy to get settled and go. Such a relief if you're there for a few days and plan on cooking. Beds were super comfy, master suite was beautiful and has its own entry onto the deck. This is a keeper for us.

We had a great time! The home is clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The owner put lots of thought into the comfort of the guests. The kayaks were a lot of fun and we enjoyed grilling outside and playing corn hole. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home. We will definitely stay again.

The space was great. The kitchen/ living area was great for game night, dinners and just hanging out. The open floor plan was perfect. The kids enjoyed the paddle board and kayaks.

This is a lovely property- from the beautiful water location, the easy interactions with the owner, and to the home itself. It was just what we were looking for to escape the cold winter. The views from the deck are simply beautiful, the rooms inside are well-decorated, comfortable and inviting. Would highly recommend!

Our second year ringing in the New Year at Sea Breeze Cove and it did not disappoint! We visited friends at near by rental and could not wait to return to our "private resort". The house is a GEM!

The house has a great view and the kitchen is stocked for a chef. We stayed for Christmas and Vickie even had a tree and decorations up which was such a nice touch. Our group of 6 slept comfortably and had adequate space. The garage is also incredible with kayaks and paddle boards that the whole family enjoyed from ages 9-67. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Sea Breeze Cove. The house was beautiful with a spectacular view. Everything we needed was already there. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The kids (4,5,&8) had a great time crabbing and fishing from the dock and kayaking with parents, aunts and uncles. Rockport is a really cute places with great restaurants. We highly recommend this home.

Vickie’s home is beautifully and comfortably appointed. Our group of 4 moms and 6 teen daughters had a relaxing and enjoyable long weekend. A well stocked kitchen, thoughtful and generous supplies and beach atmosphere made this home a welcome respite. Awesome outdoor activities included kayaking, fishing, crabbing and most especially relaxing on the huge porch’s plethora of outdoor furnishings. All together it made for one happy bunch of mamas teens and one sweet baby. And don’t forget the helpful and kind neighbor Joe who helped our crew know all the local hotspots for the best of everything. Deo gratias!

From the moment we reached the inviting living area and saw the beautiful waterfront view, we immediately knew this was the perfect place for what we needed the most. We needed a place to relax, rest, and vacation. The property was pristine and everything we needed to have a great time was available. Can't want to go back again.

We chose this home last summer and loved it. We booked it again for our family getaway. It feels like home.

Super clean, comfortable,designed well, had everything you need. Plenty of everything in the kitchen for a large group. Just loved the deck to relax on and we even took some family pics one night before dinner. The dock was super, and we enjoyed fishing and kayaking. We would definitely like to visit again!

Beautiful home, well appointed, everything you need to cook for a large family. The outside deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the bay breeze. Several Kayaks, fishing poles, grill, ample parking, nice dock. Great place to relax and enjoy yourself. Would recommend to anyone.
