Nothing...they are not much experiences about the Hotel business. there stuff are not professional. and also the room management is too bad.

Nothing to like.

Hotel denied the check in to be done via OYO. Asked to cancel the booking and book in offline mode directly with them for extra money. This HOTEL should be delisted immediately from the platform as they are misusing the services offered by booking.com and OYO. They are bringing customers from these platforms and then not providing checkins to them. The staff is very rude and does not care to answer to any of our questions at all.

The reception are so pathetic. I made online booking and made advance full payment. As i arrived lady receptionist make me wait about an hour. They are very indifferent. Completely lack of manners both the male and female reception who were there at the time of my arrival. Actually no one was at the reception as i enter waited about 5-10 they both came from the kitchen side. Then they were giggle teasing each other etc. Very irresponsible receptionist. After waiting for 1 hour i got my room which was freshly vacated by the previous guest. There were different type of hair look like on the bed... Very bad experience.

It was an horrible experience in OYO Townhouse.

One of the Horrible stay. The receptionist demands extra money apart from what you had paid in OYO or else she will threaten to leave or to show RTPCR negative report. The rooms are full of patches and every part of the room was Dirty. No cleanliness. Whenever we ask for something the only answer we got us you can leave.As I had already paid to OYO for Breakfast, they even charged extra for Breakfast. Better don't stay in this Townhouse.Even Oyo customer care responded after 2 days where I had already paid extra money and had signed out.

The employees are friendly that's the only good thing about the hotel.

Hotel needs to improve cleanliness. The bed sheets is very dirty and has stance on it. The cost of hotel is very high for that standard on top of that they charged 500 additional upon reaching hotel.

Pathetic food ..very high cost for biryani (Rs 250) with one small piece. Poor room conditions. Not hygienic

The place is unclean and unhygienic. Linen is very old and shabby. Will not check-in again

The AC facility was pathetic. Phone service was horrible.. Mattress was extremely bad.. could not sleep.
