The house/unit itself was perfect! We were two adults and two kids. The beds were comfy and the open concept living area was great. However, some of us are sensitive sleepers, so the occupants of the lower unit woke us up everyday at 6:45am. Overall, a great stay, would love to come back.

Despite not seeing any moose, we had a delightful visit to North Conway. The house was a rustic getway with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and patio. Very quiet but easy access to roads, activities and restaurants.

This is a very nice place near Cranmore. It is quite spacious for a two bedroom and has everything that you need. Unfortunately when we arrived the air conditioners were not installed and it happened to be very hot. It made for a difficult first night. As soon as the property found out, it was addressed immediately and the AC units installed right away, which made for a very comfortable stay.

This cabin has an amazing location where you can easily walk the main strip to bars, restaurants and shops. Cranmore mountain visible from the home which is a great view for your morning coffee. The owners make sure there are plenty of clean linens and kitchen utensils for home cooking. A wonderful stay and will not be our last!

The property came as advertised. Great location, clean and the pictures were an accurate depiction of the house.

With Views of Cranmore Mountain we loved being so close to town! Every afternoon we’d walk with our 1 year old son and Dog to downtown. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook nightly meals! The pictures do not do this place justice as it’s incredible!

Very nice home and walkable to downtown. It's nice having a covered porch out back for those rainy days you don't have to be stuck inside. Even though the downstairs is rented separately, it has a separate outside area to hang out and it wasn't an issue. The home is roomy for a snaller house. The rooms were large, nice size bedrooms, LR and eat in kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with various spices and everything you'd need. For a home that allows pets, you'd never know it. It was clean and well kept.

So clean , very impressed with layout.

The property is very cozy, well maintained and equipped, obviously loved by the owners. We originally thought that we’d be able to ski at night at Cranmore, but discovered that they only have night skiing on weekends and holiday weeks. But it was still a great location and my wife was able to work very well as the internet service is very good, better than in most hotels (sad but true that it was only a partial holiday for her :).

Diann was very helpful and quickly got back to me. The tenants downstairs were a bit loud the first night and we didn't get much sleep but they were quiet the next night. The house had everything one could need and being 2 minutes from Cranmore mountain was great!

The neighborhood was lovely and the residence was absolutely adorable. It was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Look no further you've found the best place! This rental property has everything you could need. The pictures do not do it justice. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION- Cranmore is just a short walk down the road, plenty of hiking trails practically at your door, and downtown North Conway restaurants, shops right there. Upon arrival we found the house to be perfectly cleaned and well stocked. This was my first time renting pet friendly so i could bring my lab with me and I pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. Well stocked -nice bonus to not have to run out for the essentials like dishwashing soap and tp. It has everything you need for cooking, and a cute deck with a grill, and the twinkle lights were an added bonus. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of dresser/ closet space. Air conditioners for the hot summer nights. Don't let the fact that there are tenants downstairs turn you away from renting, they are very friendly and quiet. Diann is a great host, she was quick to respond before and during our stay. I'd rent this place again in a second!

My husband and I had a great time and enjoyed the amenities. We loved that it was within walking distance to downtown. The house was clean and well maintained. Had to reach out regarding the shower but got a quick response (had a fancy switch from tub to shower). We would stay there again in a heart beat.

This was our second stay at this property when COVID meant we couldn't rent a house with friends this break. (we were here in the summer) This time we brought our dog and it was just as great as in the summer. We skied at Attitash (only 15 mins!) for two days (until my hubby broke his collarbone) and did an easy winter hike. Diann was great - when we coulnd't find a shovel to clear snow, she had her person over first thing in the AM so it was safe for my hubby to get around with his collarbone. They also asked when it would be most convenient to clear snow from the driveway for us as well. Great house, great location, great property management.

We stayed here last yr so returned again. Was disappointed that the fireplace was not available but even without that we enjoyed ourselves. Initially when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned however when we called Anna responded quickly and the cleaning crew came about an hour later. We ended up eating dinner out that nigh.

Location and condition of property was excellent. We’ve stayed here two times already this season and look forward to booking again! Diann was so responsive with everything. Couldn’t ask for more!

They were never a bother, but we have young kids who make noise and walk heavy so we were definitely having to try and remind them people were below us. Very clean property, plenty of hot water, heat worked great (it was in the 30s at night). Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Easy check in with lock box. Loved having washer and dryer with provided detergent. Could definitely hear tenants below us and crying baby. Didn’t bother us because we were only there for a long weekend and gone hiking all day.

This pet friendly far exceeded our expectations from the moment we drove up. It is located within walking distance to the village, a short drive to necessities like the grocery store, and attractions. The property itself was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for a rental property and met our needs. There is a gas grill (which was a requirement my husband requested when searching for a rental) located in a private back patio. Loved the patio and enjoyed a meal outside. I will warn you to bring your own grilling equipment including grill brush to clean ( we brought our own based on someone else’s review). There is also a fire pit located in the front of the property which was a nice feature. The only drawback to this property which is clearly stated in the description is there are long term tenants downstairs. What concerned us we could faintly hear them. Which lead us to believe they could hear us and our dogs. Although our dogs are not typically barkers, dogs will bark and make noise like humans. It was hard because we did not want to disturb them. But, that would not deter us from renting this beautiful property again. As a matter of fact, we are already considering making this an annual event.

Pros: 1.House decoration/decor is beautiful well suited for the area. 2. Very close to all attractions in the area 3. Location in quiet neighborhood with beautiful view of Cranmore Mountain. 4. Linens very clean, good quality, and new 3. Generally speaking house was fairly clean Cons: 1. Although house was clean the floors were dirty. REALLY NEEDED a good mopping 2. Shower curtains need replacement. Worn, dirty with soap scum 3. Grill needed major cleaning, and no grilling tools are provided (Diann was very responsive once we contacted her and sent someone to clean it) 4. There are people living in the bottom unit of the house(which we were aware of when we booked). Once we arrived, although the people living downstairs are quiet and keep to themselves, the walls are thin. We could still hear them from time to time. Which meant that if we can hear them, they can certainly hear us above them. We never could fully relax because we were always concerned that we would be making too much noise.
