I had been curious as to why this property has ALL 5⭐️ ratings and this past weekend Feb 8-11 (24) I was able to find out. The property owners are totally awesome!! Mrs Karan made sure that we felt right at home upon our arrival. I wish that I could give her more than 5 stars because she definitely deserves it. I highly recommend her condo to everybody who’s looking for a place to stay that consist of a very clean, gorgeous, comfortable with astonishing views property. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The unit was very clean with attractive decor and thoughtful touches, and a spectacular view of the gulf from the balcony. Our family especially enjoyed walks on the beach, the heated pool and hot tub. We highly recommend this condo!

This was a much needed vacation for my husband and I. The weather was not the best but the condo was excellent. Fully equipped condo. We had the best time looking at the water right out the back door and on the balcony. So peaceful. Do recommend to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs if after October 31st otherwise they offer beach services. We went on Thanksgiving and would love to stay here again. 5 stars.

This condo was decorated beautifully and just as described. Balcony is huge and has an amazing view of the pool, beach and ocean! Master bed was very comfy and view of the gulf from this room as well as the living room. I love to cook, and I've stayed in many, many beach condos... but this condo was the best stocked condo I've ever stayed at! I didn't need a single thing that wasn't there. It was such a great vacation experience for me and my boyfriend. Check-in was easy, and Karan was a pleasure to work with. She and her husband clearly take pride in this unit as they take really good care of it and of their guests. There was calm music playing when we arrived and a cute beach bag for us too. These were nice little touches that we appreciated. There was also a Keurig coffee pot (and regular), plenty of hangers, and hair dryers in the bathroom. Parking was easy, and elevators were not slow. Pools and hot tub were great. Beach access was easy. We got a front-row umbrella and chairs for the week, which was included in our rental fee. Weather was pretty good most days. Overall a fantastic trip! We would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend it to anyone who is picky about where they stay, like we are.

Amazing view, Amazing Balcony, great condo unit that was stocked with everything we needed. Towels, Linens, Dishes, Seasonings, a Blender. You name it she has it waiting on you. The weather wasnt the greatest, so we hung out 2 days inside the condo. The TV and comfy beds made the time go by great. Highly recommend ! The music upon entry was extremely relaxing and a great touch to welcome us in.

Checkin process was so easy. Karan made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and checked on us after we got there. She had left the sweetest little goodie bag with lotions soaps candy etc… and a personal little beach bag we carried our snacks to the pool and beach with. The condo smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. Very very clean!!! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need even down to styrofoam cups! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious beautiful decor throughout and beds were so comfy. Granddaughter loved the let out couch and we loved the lock on the sliding door so she couldn’t go out alone. Everything was perfect. Beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful to have and very comfy. Balcony is absolutely huge and you can see all up and down the beach the pool the beautiful sound of the ocean. Had several toys floats nets sand shovels for kids and even extra chairs. Thank you so much for a wonderful week. I could go on and on all day. Even met the wonderful and so sweet cleaning ladies when we left we will definitely be back and we highly recommend this condo. Amazing vacation
This is a great, family friendly property. The owner is amazing to work with in the transactional side of things and was also a pleasure to work with as far as our family and stay. Home away from Home (they thought of everything)
No complaints!! Everything was wonderful. The owners truly thought of everything. We have never stayed at a condo that had more things thought out for the renters than here. From the spices and seasoning in the cupboard to the pre-frozen ice packs in the freezer. The fully supplied kitchen was wonderful. Everything was very comfortable and enjoyable. The beautiful views from the massive balcony were amazing. There was plenty of seating on the balcony for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the views from 21 floors up RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! The owners made us feel like we were their first and only guests! We will be returning to this condo in the following summers!!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Emerald Oasis for a week and we could not be happier with our stay. The condo was all that is advertised and more, the chairs on the beach are a great bonus as well. We had such a great time that we have already booked another week for next year in 2020 can not wait to get back to the crystal clear water!

From the booking process to the last day of our stay, this choice in rentals was the right choice. I would recommend it to anyone!!! The view, free beach chairs, great people at the building. Cleanliness, security cameras everywhere to make you feel safe. The skyway from the parking to the building. I guess the only complaint I’d have is that people still smoke on their balcony even though it’s against the rules. I’m not sure how that can be lawfully monitored though. It’s a great condo & if you’re thinking about renting it, I suggest you pull the trigger & rent Emerald Oasis!!!

First Class Condo
This condo surpassed all of my expectations. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need, all appliances were like new, full size washer and dryer, nice towels, and beautiful furniture. Karan was just the best to rent from and asked several times if we needed anything and wanted suggestions for anything she need to provide and i couldn't think of a thing!

Paradise
This was our second time staying and we have already booked our third.
John and Karan have thought of everything from rainy day games and movies to menus and activities of things to do!
From the second you open the door you will know you have found your permanent vacation spot. Music is playing, it smells so clean, a swan made out of a towel, a bed full of goodies. You will be amazed!
The decor is like something out of a magazine. Elegant, but inviting. Words cannot describe just how beautiful this condo is.
The view from the balcony is like no other we had ever stayed at. The way it slants makes you feel as though you are standing in the Gulf. A very enjoyable, relaxing place to sit in the morning and see ocean life then again at the end of your day and watch the beautiful sunset.
Karan will keep in constant contact and that let's you know she truly cares about you and your vacation.
I'm pretty sure that once you stay here that this Emerald Oasis will become your home away from home as it has ours.
Oh and don't forget to read and sign the guest journal she has sitting under the decorative table. Just another thing I love about this condo.

Fabulous Condo
Owners were very accommodating and professional. Karen went out of her way to make this getaway just perfect. The condo was super comfy and quiet, the kitchen was very nicely stocked and convenient. The beach was wonderful and the free chair service was absolutely one of tHe reasons I chose this condo. The pools and beach access were clean and well maintained. Elevators were clean and fast, parking was secure and plentiful. Will always make this location my first choice at PCB!

From the fully stocked, beautifully redone kitchen, to the scenic views to the ocean from the balcony, this condo was hands down beautiful. Also, we loved that the owners pay for you to have a two beach chairs and an umbrella at the beach! We loved being down there so that was great! We are so happy we found this condo! It is absolutely beautiful, stocked with everything you may need during your stay. It was sparkling clean!! I was so impressed with the quality furnishings. The beds were so comfortable, the furniture was comfortable to hang out on for chillin’ watching movies. The condo is well stocked with movies and books, that was a nice touch! We really enjoyed the view off the very large deck overlooking the gulf! The beach chairs were a great bonus as we love our beach time. Karan was great at communicating with us. She truly cared that we were satisfied with everything. Our entire experience was fabulous! We are so lucky to have found this condo. We definitely will recommend it to our friends and will be back! Warm and inviting condo. Feels like being in our own home.
We've stayed in Karan's condo 2 years in a row and have really enjoyed both times. It's on the 21st. floor and overlooks the beautiful white sand beach. It's so nice to go out there in the early morning and see the ocean and feel the ocean breeze.
This year it was a tad cold in PCB, but this is not the normal as the locals will tell you. But in spite of the coolish weather we had a great vacation for the entire month of Feb.
You will find everything you need, but if there's something else you want or need, Walmart is just a short walk away. We went to St. Bernadette's Catholic Church which is very close too. The Priest there is absolutley wonderful. But get there early because it tends to fill up very quickly.
If you rent this condo I KNOW you will be very satisfied. If you need anything, Karan is just a text, email or phone call away. She's a great owner!!

I've vacationed in several locations along the Florida panhandle and found this condo experience to be the best ever. What initially drew me to this unit was the large number of positive reviews from past tenants and the personal response from the owner to each reviewer. My experience was no different. It starts with excellent communication from Karan. You feel like you've known her for years once this experience is over.
Karan and John's condo has everything you need to make you feel at home and includes two chairs and beach umbrella which is an extra benefit I hadn't experienced before. The condo was definitely the cleanest one I had rented and nothing was broken; didn't have to call maintenance one time.
The view is awesome and there are plenty of amenities at the condo including a hot tub, a heated pool which is partially covered and a 2nd pool. Two grills are available as well. I really liked that we never had a problem finding a parking space on either of the two parking levels that are available underneath the condo so the car was always close and safe.
If you are ready for a relaxing stress free vacation this is the place to be. Rest assured you won't find anything better along the gulf coast.

I have been staying in this condo for years and just keep going back. Before we found this one PCB was nice but not Great. This condo has everything you will ever need and the view is just what a beach trip should be. The upgrades to the kitchen that has been done just helps this condo look better. Dealing with the owners over the years have made my trips to PCB the vacations we needed. I will always book this condo when I go to PCB. It is nice to know the place and how everything works. Thank you Karan and John for sharing your home with guest and making PCB special.

We had a wonderful stay! This condo was decorated absolutely lovely; it had a tranquil & peaceful environment. Most importantly, it was clean! The kitchen was very well appointed for anything you might need. The condo was in a great location and within a few minutes of what became our favorite restaurant, Firefly. The owner was a pleasure to work with, we actually have just re-booked to return!

We've been coming to this condo for years now and would not even consider staying anywhere else. The condo is gorgeous! It honestly feels like a home away from home. Our absolute favorite thing to do is hang out on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking views from the 21st floor. Watching the sea life is a special treat for sure. Can't wait for our next trip to pcb!
