The Konea 329 was the perfect launching pad for our family. The property is modern, clean, and has everything you need. We cooked meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the view, and were very comfortable. Kids loved the pools, ocean, all right out the door. Other accommodations are close, easy access to restaurants, Lahaina is close. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend staying here! The location of the condo was superb as it is a centered condo so the view was magnificent - pool and ocean views! We took advantage of the outdoor/indoor living space and spent a lot of our time on the patio. There was enough space for 6 adults and 2 children under 2 to enjoy themselves. It was very nice that each bedroom had their own designated bathroom. One bedroom’s bathroom was across the hall and not connected to the room but we had no issues with the privacy. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, especially the kitchen, enough utensils and pots/pans to make a delicious home cooked meal. The laundry was such a huge bonus but the dryer didn’t dry clothes properly so we had to run the dryer longer. One issue we encountered that was inconvenient was parking - only one car has designated parking in the ramp so if you’re traveling with more than one car finding parking was difficult, especially at night. Most nights we parked a half a block away from the condo and walked back. The location of the condo was very convenient. There was a grocery store across the street, which we ran to a couple of times during our stay. We also ate at the local food trucks across the street a couple of nights and loved all the options available. The island contact made herself available to us, which we appreciated but we didn’t need any assistance during our stay so we kept our communication to a minimal. Overall, I would book this condo again!

Property was clean, bedrooms gave us plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location could not be better and Rebecca was very responsive. Great stay for our family!

We have stayed at Honua Kai several times and this unit is the best one we have had so far. Everything was as Mike and Cindy advertised, and once we got there Michelle was in contact with us and ready to help if needed.

Perfect stay. Family-oriented property. Beautiful, spacious condo with everything you need! Lovely lanai for morning coffee and sunsets. Pools for everyone—adult quiet, fun slide for kids. Great communication with property owners and manager. Highly recommend.

Second stay in this resort and it was as good as the last time. Great location in Kaanapali and right on the water. This unit was especially nice as it accomodated our family of 6. Would stay again. These hosts and property manager were real easy to work with too.

The owners are outstanding and so wonderful to deal with. We had this booked two and a half years ago and covid hit. We thought we were going to be out of luck and lose out on our holiday, but they let us rebook; More than once! We arrived for our ten day stay with our two daughters and some dear friends and the condo was exactly as described. Two master suites and a third bedroom that let us have a king bed or two singles. The common area was spacious, clean and perfect for other friends to stop by and enjoy group meals or after supper drinks. Parking was easy and the property manager Michelle was so helpful and on top of everything. Cannot say enough about this unit. Mahalo, Thank you, Merci.

I will start off by saying that despite some of my criticisms, I would recommend this location. But in order for a place to get better you have to share this stuff. This location is ideal. I have been to Maui several times and Lahaina/Kaanapali is where you want to be. You have great access to activities, beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. You are right in the center of the building with ocean and pool views. The Condo was much like it is described. Very clean. Great amenities. Stocked with just about everything you needed. The rooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The resort itself is great. Lots of pools and hot tubs. The slide is great fun for both adults and kids. The restaurant, Dukes is very convenient and right there in front of the resort on the beach. Decent Food. Would recommend breakfast over anything else. The contact for the resort/condo was great. She as very quick to respond and was very clear on directions for checking in and out. Sh was very feiendly and easy to work with. Now just a few things that weren't the best (again wouldn't deter me from recommending): 1) Be aware that one of the 3 bathrooms isn't connected to the room itself. It's across the hall and more of a guest bath. My husband and I stayed in the room that used that bathroom and we were totally content. But just be aware if you are expecting more privacy. 2) If you have stayed at this resort before, which we have in another condo, be aware that this owner does not participate in the towel program. Basically you get these wrist bands that get you into your room but they are also used to get beach towels. We were not aware that this owner didn't participate so we were counting on having access to unlimited pool and beach towels 3) The condo did have 6 beach towels which was very helpful. IF the dryer worked. So the dryer latch was broken (prior to our arrival) and would not stay closed and would stop the dryer after about 5 seconds. We tried shoving a pillow against the door and dryer door to keep it closed but it didnt work. So we were not able to use the washer and dryer all week. Which is very frustrating when you have salt water over everything. The resort contact was kind enough to bring us some extra bath towels. But it still didnt really make up for it. 4) We couldn't get the gas stove to work properly. Would try to relight on its own. Took 2 hours to cook baked potatoes. 5) Had to reset the washer to get it working

This condo is centrally located within the Konea building. The view of the property and the ocean is absolutely amazing. There are two private, fully proportioned bathrooms, and one additional bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is beautiful with gray granite countertops and Viking appliances. Great restaurants and shops are less than10 minutes away. The lanai is large enough for six people to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The beach is only a three-minute walk from the condo. A morning or evening walk on the beach is so peaceful. The place is well stocked with beach chairs, boggie boards, beach towels, etc. There are multiple pools for adults and kids. It’s an excellent place to unwind and bond. You won’t be disappointed!

Enjoyed the condo. Very comfortable for 5 people. Great view! Would go back!

We love the Honua Kai Resort. Lots to do and close to alot of places to walk to on the boardwalk . We will be back

I'd definitely stay here again. Perfect layout for a three-generation visit Property manager is very responsive, the kitchen is well equipped, great location, grounds/pool/beach all well maintained, and the restaurant is excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was well stocked and there was enough room to stretch out. The property manager was very helpful and attentive.

Our family spent 10 days together in this property. It was amazing! The condo was just as pictured, nicely furnished, comfortable, and super clean. We had postponed our celebration due to Covid, and were so happy that we picked this location when we were ready to travel. The view is beautiful, the pools were great, and the snorkeling out front was better than some of the other beaches we visited. Extra things like sand chairs, etc. had been left to use and we added to the collection! The property manager, Michelle was readily available if we had any concerns or questions. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and property and were happy to see that it was exactly as advertised. Clean, very well equipped (both in the kitchen and with beach supplies) and comfortable for our family of 6. The location is convenient for day tripping to nearby beaches and sites and eating out in Lahaina and Kaanapali. My son golfed at the Kapalua Plantation course, which was a short drive from the complex. The entire family did the morning snorkel trip to the Molokini crater, which was a 20-25 minute drive. My only caveat has to do with the beach and not the condo or property. It is small and rocky. I highly advise water shoes to protect your feet.

Our stay was amazing! The condo was better than what we expected! We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room. We really appreciated all the appliances in the kitchen. The bathrooms had everything, including shampoo and conditioner! The Lenai accommodate all 8 of us! Thank you for a unforgettable vacation!

Our party loved the condo and the location. Everything was fine until the TV went out on the third day. We were unable to get a response to our problem and were without a TV for the next 11 days. With 3 teenage boys wanting to watch football games-not so fun.

This condo is BEAUTIFUL! Kitchen had all the amazing Viking appliances with plenty of space for cooking and moving around. Rooms were spacious with wonderful views and bathrooms (2 of 3) had full showers with bathtubs (the ones adults can fit in). The views were breath taking and that lanai...we ate most dinners out on the lanai which had all glass doors that opened for fresh air in the condo. Another epic bonus, the sound system! It was SO easy to link to and loved the ability to turn off/on in certain rooms.

Property has beautiful ocean view. Convenient wrist bands to get in and out. Beach towels and boogie boards were great for discovering off property beaches. Walking distance to grocery store. Try to go to Slappy Cakes for breakfast. You can walk over.

We have been staying at the Honua Kai since it was built. 1st time staying at Cindys beautiful 3bd condo and it won’t be our last. I couldn’t find anything to complain about. Top end kitchen, huge lanai, great furnishings, although I don’t think we sat on the couch for more then 10 minutes in 8 days. I would highly recommend this spacious condo, the 3 bedroom saved parking right next to elevator entrance was a nice surprise and made it much easier bringing things up and down to the condo. Having done a lot of research and then visually seeing the different properties upon arrival, this property is above and beyond! Would highly recommend!

Renting was super easy and Michelle was readily available when I needed clarification on a few things.

This was a beautiful unit that fit our family so well!! Very beautiful with an amazing view!! We loved having the beach essentials and towels stocked too! Our contact on the island was very quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again! The only that would be nice, would be to have more blankets . Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had the most wonderful week. The condo is really beautiful and spacious with ocean views. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, and Dukes the onsite restaurant. The owner and the building staff were amazing. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay here again!

Great resort property.

Location was GREAT, condo was beautiful and beach was beautiful. Could not have picked a better location. Everything you need was in the condo. Like another review, only complaint was lack of pool chairs. Very hard to get one during the afternoon but seems top open up in the evening. Plenty of room at the beach so thats a plus!
