Le condo comprend un lit king dans le maître avec salle de bain privée, un nouveau canapé-lit Queen et deux lits superposés dans le couloir. Beaucoup de place pour 6 personnes!
Le complexe est situé au cœur de Destin, à proximité des activités familiales et de tous les restaurants imaginables. Passez à la réception si vous souhaitez une recommandation ou si vous avez besoin de conseils à tout moment de votre séjour. Nous sommes situés juste en face du parc aquatique Big Kahuna. À quelques minutes de plusieurs chaînes d’épiceries, vous pourrez facilement stocker votre réfrigérateur avec des fournitures. Un cinéma, un bowling et un centre commercial sont à quelques minutes pour vous divertir et vous divertir!
Depuis votre spacieux condo au 17ème étage, observez les dauphins jouer dans les magnifiques eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique ou passez votre journée à nager et bronzer dans le golfe ou dans l’une des 3 piscines du complexe. Assoiffé? Prenez une boisson rafraîchissante au Beachside Tiki Bar si vous désirez une pina colada, un bushwacker ou une autre boisson rafraîchissante. From start to finish just at all around great experience. The condo was immaculate with a beautiful view of the ocean. I highly recommend anyone to go stay at this condo and complex. The pool was unbelievable. All of the staff was over to top friendly all in all highly recommended would love to go back.

It was our first time in Destin. Our condo was perfect! The view of the beach from our 17th floor room was amazing. The room was clean and just enough space for me and my 3 girls. We really loved the convenience of the beach and pool next to each other. And we were right next to shops, restaurants, arcades and the water park. We will definitely be booking this place again.

The condo was great and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The pelican resort was great with food and drinks on the beach and staff was super friendly! Location was close to EVERYTHING. We went for our honeymoon and we cannot wait to come back with our kids. 10/10 recommend!

This was one of our favorite vacations on the Gulf Coast ever. We've stayed at Pelican before and it's always nice, but this condo is particularly clean and well appointed. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, and the kids loved the bunks in the hallway. Frank was responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay as well. We'd definitely stay here again!

My family loved our stay here. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast/lunch. Great location as it is close to the outlet mall, grocery stores and restaurants. Frank was easy to contact and was able to answer any questions we had! We will definitely come back!

This beach front condo was everything we could ask for. It was comfortable and clean, well-stocked with all the essentials. The pull-out sofa was extremely comfortable for my teen who has outgrown the bunk bed. We had a perfect week with perfect weather. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Condo, weather, and water were great. Definitely will stay there again. It was the clearest I've ever seen the Destin water. Not a spot of algae or seaweed. Neck deep, could still see my feet. Young fellow at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

This was a great place to stay. Condo was exactly as advertised and everything was clean and in good condition. Amazing view. Check in process was extremely simple and every interaction with staff was pleasant. The on-site cafe was convenient and delicious. The condo is in a great location- close to a water park, lots of restaurants and shopping options, and additional attractions.
My only issue was the beach seating and part of the issue was just me misunderstanding. You have to pay for the chairs and umbrellas they provide which I understood; however, I did not realize that they do not allow any “private” setups in front of the rentals or within them so if you do not purchase one, you’ll be pretty far away from the water. So I definitely recommend purchasing this ahead of time. Once we realized our mistake, we rented one and it was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Everything was as listed. Clean, well furnished and great views from the 17th floor. Only negative was the parking for loading and unloading of guests. Limited spaces seemed to have often been used by a few contractors/vendors/cleaning crews. They have their parking area we found out.

Property is nice, a few to many rules. Beach area is small for 2 large buildings and 140 sets of rental chairs. Not sure why they close the beachside pool and largest hot tub at 8. We did enjoy our stay though.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our family vacation. It was decorated well. Enjoyed artwork in the unit. The view was fantastic! Every morning we could see far out into ocean. The unit itself is showing some well worn love on cabinetry. But loved it just the same!
A few things I wish we had known:
-we were asked to wear bands on our wrists for our entire stay
-All adjacent properties, as well as this resort own all land up to the beach, ie-no public access roads to the beach. We traveled over 21hrs to get to our destination.
Seems great if we were not hoping to visit family who also traveled a long distance to see us. They stayed elsewhere and we were unable to be together as we would have preferred. Never would have imagined the scenario.
We have stayed as far south as Marco Island on West coast of Fl and Miami on east coast. We are also from mid-Atlantic and frequent DE beaches, visited NJ and MD.
Did not know to even ask the question and resort website did not share this important tidbit.
I can see how not needing to see anyone else while vacationing would have made this a moot issue!
If you and your family are looking to park and not leave and just enjoy all the resort has to offer, you will have a blast!

Beautiful property/room and amazing view of the beach from the balcony. We had a fabulous time enjoying the ocean breezes, making sandwiches for a quick meal, and being able to go right downstairs to access the beach, tiki cafe, and hot tub.
