West Side Beauty! Can't get much closer to Mount Bachelor and Cascade Lakes Hwy!
Bienvenue sur Elder Ridge, une maison de luxe récent dans le West Side de Bend. Proche du centre ville et le quartier du Vieux-Moulin, avec un accès facile à Mt Bachelor, à quelques pas de la rivière Trail Deschutes, ou un court trajet à VTT sur les sentiers de Phil. This house worked out well for us, 3 adult couples and 2 children. We cooked very little there, and the instruction binder was not up to date regarding things like the HVAC, but we muddled along.

House was clean and comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Location was great for us. Close to town and bike trails. Kitchen is well equipped. Enjoyed the hot tub. Property managers were very responsive to our needs. Communication was easy. Would stay again!!

We had a wonderful time. Owner and Management Company were great and easy to communicate with. We had no issues, only fun! There were six of us for a little family reunion. Nice, large kitchen - we cooked one night and enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen. Fantastic location and neighborhood.

Homebase for Golf Trip
This house was very well laid out with good bedroom/bath combinations, open flow on main level with kitchen/DR/LR, and great yard/hot tub/bbq amenities. Just perfect for 3-4 golfers or family, and wonderful location that's easy to town, great courses, and deschutes river trail.

Great location
We enjoyed this beautiful home. It was convenient the amenities (hot tub and bbq) was very nice at the end of a long day of bowling and nice to be able to cook dinner and hang out with friends. It's a def YES again if the timing worked out.
Downside...can't see the address from the street. ;)

We stayed as a family for Thanksgiving, this house had plenty of space for all of us, and a convenient location to our in town family as well. Would stay again!

Perfect!
Stayed here with my husband, step daughter and her boyfriend, and my parents. We found the house to be exactly as advertised! A lovely home In a lovely and convenient locale! Close to shopping, food, breweries, running/walking/hiking/biking. I would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. The bed in the upstairs master was like sleeping in a cloud.

Wonderful home
This house is perfect for your Bend adventure. Great location near biking trails to downtown, spacious rooms, big kitchen with all the plates, pots, and pans you need (plus coffee maker and waffle iron), and the hot tub is a delight. Quiet neighborhood, but pretty close to everything in Bend. Thumbs up!

Wonderful stay in Bend
Our family was attending a wedding at a nearby golf resort and this home was the perfect base for us for a weekend stay. It was well stocked with very detailed instructions. The host was very diligent with check in details and was able to accommodate a late check out. We didnt get to explore Bend much on this stay, but hope to do so again and come back to this lovely home!

Exactly as described with excellent and consistent communication. Directions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow. They have a plethora of games available to play and a well stocked kitchen for any of your cooking needs. The only thing is the big tub in the upstairs bathroom gets very slick when the water is on, so watch your step.

Watch out for the extra fees
The place was great but after we had left they charged us an extra cleaning fee and a hot tub cleaning fee. We by no means left the place in a bad state yet they still tried to charge us an extra cleaning fee after staying for the week of thanksgiving. I myself rent vacation rentals through Vrbo and these guys were just ridiculous. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere if you have a choice

Great place and location
Really enjoyed our time staying here while visiting Bend. We were able to ride bikes from the house to a variety of local mountain bike and road rides, head off for some paddle boarding in mountain lakes, and walk downtown for dinner. There is a bit of road noise due to proximity to the road to Bachelor, but generally a nice quiet neighbourhood. House has plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, good options for streaming movies in the evening, and nice patio out back for enjoying the weather. Hoping to visit again.

Great trip and great house in Bend!
Our family had a lovely stay and this beautiful, clean and well-maintained house in Bend. It was perfect for a family of 5. It was in a great location, near the river, and just down the road from Mt. Bachelor. The owner, Deborah was very responsive over text and reached out to check in on us and offer recommendations! We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect home for our family of 6 to rent for a ski weekend and visit to Bend - clean, well-equipped, spacious, comfy, and well-located. We would definitely come back.

Ski trip to Bend
The property on Elder Drive was wonderful. One of the guys in the group is a very accomplished cook and the kitchen did not let him down. The couches in the living space were extremely comfortable and the bedroom were lavish. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

It's as good as it looks
The photos were a great representation of the layout and cleanliness of the home. Great layout and the bedrooms were all well kept. Master bedroom mattress was great. Will look to book again next time in Bend.

Clean & Comfortable
The listing is exactly as described and pictured. It was the perfect home base for our hiking adventures and we enjoyed coming back to this clean and comfortable house each night. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of plates, pans, etc to cook meals at home. The laundry room off the garage was perfectly located, and we were able to clean our dusty clothes and boots each day.
The master bedroom memory foam bed may not be the best option for everyone, but there were other bed options to choose from.
We would stay here again!

Great Rental
Spent 4 days in the house with friends on a mountain biking vacation. The home was new, comfortable with a contemporary feel. It comes with four bedrooms, three with large comfortable beds and bunk beds in the fourth which worked alright. It also has a large common kitchen, dining room, living room space that was ideal for hanging out. Plenty of room in the garage for one of our cars and bikes with a nice hot tub out back to relax in after riding all day. The house was also conveniently located on the west side of town close to all the mountain biking areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable house in Bend
A group of my friends and I were in town for a wedding near Bend, when it occurred to us that it would be more fun and cost-effective to do a vacation rental rather than individual hotel rooms. We found this beautiful house in a great location, close to the hotel where the bride and groom were staying. The beds were all very comfortable, and the entire property was impeccable. The house was spacious enough with three bathrooms to hold 8 of us over two nights. The central AC was a huge relief in the 90 degree weather. The owners and the rental property managers were all very responsive, and check in and check out were straight-forward. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great property and a great location. Helpful property manager.
Our recent stay in Bend was made all the better by staying at this location. The house is very clean and well-maintained. Plenty of space and great amenities. We utilized the well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals, and also enjoyed the hot tub outside. Easy access to the mountain for skiing, great golf courses, and just a short drive from downtown made the location ideal. The property manager was polite and helpful and easy to contact. There wasn't much need for this, however, as everything was well-organized and well-managed from the outset. We exchanged text messages when I had trouble locating the key for the hot tub, and when I had trouble with the TV remote. Responses were all within a minute or two. Thanks for a great stay in Bend. I would definitely enjoy staying here again.
