We had the best time at 8 Laughing Gull! The house is in a fantastic location and had everything that we could need. Not having to bring beach towels, chairs and a wagon was a gigantic plus!! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful to work in. The beach was amazing and super easy to access. We had bikes delivered to the house and had the best time biking all around sea pines on the shaded paths.
Hope we can return someday!

We are a beach family and this place had it all! We were able to use all of the beach supplies at the place to spend the whole day on the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach.
The place was well stocked for cooking and so was the laundry room to wash multiple loads of clothes. Everything was labeled and working which made things nice!

8 Laughing Gull was perfect - located steps from the beach, single level, impeccably clean and thoughtfully accessorized. We had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and plenty of bath and beach towels. The house is well furnished in a comfortable, contemporary fashion. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was really well stocked with virtually all types of cooking utensils, pots and pans and the dishes and cutlery were new, cleaned very attractive. The facility was managed more like a large suite in a hotel rather than the usual beach rental. Beverly has a great business model. I would definitely stay again. The house is a spacious 3BR/3BA with all amenities. The lot is quite small so the outdoor space is not particularly usable or private but with beach access and bike and walking paths at your doorstep I didn't feel I missed out on anything.

This property worked perfectly for our November vacation. So close to the beach and the neighborhood was very quiet (hardly any homes occupied). The extras make renting with Beverly Serral such a pleasure: the home is stocked with trash bags, beach towels, toilet paper, etc. Comfortable beds and bedding! We had a few brief wifi outages, but that may have been due to street construction nearby. Otherwise, the wifi was strong enough for video work, etc. New decking. Highly recommend this property.

It was a much needed family gathering after the isolation from Covid. The weather was warm, sunny and perfect temperature for beach time. The house is in a perfect location since there is such a short hop to the ocean. We had such a wonderful time all being together and the house/services made much of that possible. This is our second experience with BESTNEST. Our first was wonderful as well. We expected to bring our 10 month old puppy with us and were confident a BESTNEST rental would be superior to any other "pet friendly" option. In the end we did not bring our puppy with us and we were not disappointed. The home was impeccably clean. The furniture is as described. The bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen was fine. There was no sign pets had been in the home at any time.
The ONLY downside is the lack of an inviting outdoor space. The screened porch has a dining table which seemed redundant. Comfortable outdoor seating and lighting would be a better choice for that area. There is no pool.
