La grande maison est un tentaculaire 5 ch, 3 salles de bain, 2 affaire rm vivant conçu pour soutenir vos vacances de toute la famille dans le style. Le concept ouvert cuisine / salle à manger / salon dispose d'une table taille de shuffleboard complète sous une fenêtre de cadrage Sierra Blanca, un foyer au gaz en dessous d'un écran plat, satellite TV connectée, et quelques sièges de style unique Texas. De l'autre côté de la barre supérieure de marbre il y a une cuisinière à gaz et une cuisine avec tout le préparation des aliments et de cuisson tout chef pourrait avoir besoin. Lave-vaisselle, fours doubles, garde-manger, réfrigérateur / congélateur combo, machine à glaçons, et RO eau adoucie remplir la salle. Cuire grand et servir votre équipage à la table à manger de pin, puis lever le bas TV / bar / table de poker / foyer au bois chambre décorée dans le style d'une barre de plongée de montagne. Mais oui qui est une mouffette PELT accroché au mur, je vous remercie d'avoir posé, et oui, nous avons parlé et ri dans la nuit sur un certain nombre d'occasions, et nous vous invitons à faire la même chose !! Après les boissons tête en bas, jusqu'à la suite de maître et profiter du balcon privé pour un bonnet de nuit avant de se glisser dans le lit confortable, et en tirant les ombres noires jusqu'à ce qu'il est temps de le faire à nouveau. La salle de bains principale dispose d'un dressing, deux lavabos et une grande douche avec deux pommes de douche. Il y a un lave-linge et sèche-linge en cas y'all obtenir désordre se sentir libre de faire une brassée de lavage. L'autre direction de la cuisine conduit à 4 chambres en bas ... les sports chambre lits avant superposés, une télévision et une table des enfants et des chaises pour les petits pour mener kid affaires. La prochaine chambre dans le couloir est double placard et contient un lit confortable king size, deux tables de nuit, et le banc. Les deux chambres arrière flanquent deux salles de bain complètes, un autre ensemble de lits superposés dans l'une, et une reine dans l'autre. Les deux offrent beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour vos affaires. La cour commence par une plate-forme coin salon double et propane / charbon grill BBQ. De là, la cour tombe dans un ravin boisé où nous jouons avec nos chiens et profiter de la nature sous les étoiles.

House was beautiful and clean and spacious! Location is perfect with surrounding woods and bustling town life just blocks from the front door. However, my family and guests experienced a rude and impolite encounter with the owner when she barged into the house only notifying my 12 year old son who opened the door that she was the owner rather than asking to speak with his parents. She walked in and demanded to know who the “renter” was. After my mother in law requested to know her name , I explained that I was the one renting the property. She again demanded to know how many people were staying in the house . When booking the reservation we had noted that there going to be 10 people staying at the house . However, this being a get- away and opportunity for us to reconnect with our friends and family from Ruidoso over the holiday , we had invited two more adults to stay the weekend with us. We did not believe this to be a problem because the listing states “sleeps 12.” She then made up some story that there were too many people in the house at the time and that the fire department only allows for 10 people in the house at a time. Then why does the listing state “12 people”??? I apologized for not updating her on The two extra people but there are so many other ways she could’ve approached that situation. Her bursting in on our family dinner making my guests and myself feel very uncomfortable was off putting to say the least. My guest was so embarrassed and ashamed to be sitting at the table eating dinner that explained to her apologetically that he was just about to eat and then leave. My friend had every right to enjoy a hot meal before he made his four trek back to Albuquerque at night, especially after him hunting all day. I paid in full the amount that was required to rent this property so this was a very upsetting and dismal experience on out vacay.

House was fantastic! Great location and plenty of amenities. Bedrooms were spacious and house layout was great for multiple families. Had everything we needed to have a great get together with family. Loved the lounge area with fireplace.

My family of 10 stayed for a long weekend. It was a beautiful home with so many things to do. We were so impressed with how well it was stocked and how clean it was. Bedding was clean and fresh which is something that is at the top of my list. We cooked entire meals several times and had everything we needed. This home is truly wonderful. We will defiantly be back.

It was very nice and laid out well for our needs. The doors had swelled quite alot from moisture but they need WD because they were also very squeaky. Otherwise no complaints.

2020 Thanksgiving
Our family enjoyed an escape up to the Ruidoso mountains to celebrate Thanksgiving and it was great! The house was perfect for a group of 11 everyone had a bed and an plenty of space to run around. We enjoyed the game room and bar along with the well stocked kitchen for our Thanksgiving dinner.

The accommodation was very spacious and great for our family of 10. It has a very nice kitchen with everything you’d need. The master bedroom and bath was a nice cozy retreat.

Wonderful Rental Property
We enjoyed our stay over the weekend. Met up with family and friends in Ruidoso and the house met all our needs. Plenty of sleeping options, lots of room to relax, wonderful decor, all the dishes needed for cooking and eating, grill worked well. Loved the shuffleboard table!! I highly recommend this rental for your next trip to Ruidoso.

Second stay, second great experience!
This was our second time to stay here. Two families for 5 nights. Everything was great, just like last time.
Big rooms, excellent bedding, ample closet space, big bathrooms with updated amenities.
Plenty of activities for adults and kids - Shuffleboard, poker room, dish tv... even a swing in a big tree.
The house was spotless when arrived and the owners were gracious, as always.
You won’t find a better house, better location or better management, anywhere.

Spacious, clean, and fully equipped
This was a magnificent trip. Two families fit extremely comfortably. We were home bound a little our last day because of the wind, but this house was so great, no one was upset to hang at home. We will definately come again!

The house was great! Couldn't have been happier with our stay.
The house was everything if not more than was advertised. Our group of 10 slept very comfortably and were all impressed with the house. From the patio, to the living area with shuffle board, to the bar area downstairs, everything was very top notch. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. I will definitely stay here again the next time we make the trip!
