Récemment rénové, beau décor, entièrement meublé, le condo au niveau de la plage «King's View Resort» est au premier étage, à quelques pas du sable. Les grandes fenêtres, les deux chambres principales et les deux patios couverts offrent une vue imprenable, spectaculaire et imprenable sur le pont de Londres, la plage, le lac et le canal. Pendant la journée, garez votre bateau sur la plage juste en face du condo!
Détendez-vous sur le sable ou sur la terrasse et profitez du défilé de bateaux devant vous. Entrez dans ce condo de rêve bien isolé et profitez de la paix et de la tranquillité du condo décoré avec un téléviseur 46 "avec DVR et lecteur DVD. Des télévisions à écran plat sont également fournies dans les deux chambres.
Il n'y a que quelques-unes de ces unités au niveau de la plage! Ils ont des cuisines plus grandes que les unités supérieures et ont deux suites parentales complètes avec de grandes vanités avec deux lavabos, un grand rangement et des curseurs qui mènent aux patios meublés couverts avec des ventilateurs de plafond. Les vues sont spectaculaires depuis les grandes fenêtres donnant sur le London Bridge et la plage.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose d'une barre de petit déjeuner pouvant accueillir quatre personnes.
Les équipements comprennent des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur avec une machine à glaçons et de l'eau filtrée, un lave-vaisselle, un rendez-vous complet pour la vaisselle, des verres à vin, une cafetière, un grille-pain, un mélangeur, une mijoteuse, une laveuse, une sécheuse et un barbecue au propane. Lits très confortables dans les deux chambres. Matelas pneumatiques, pompe, sacs de couchage pour les enfants sont fournis. Le condo est fourni avec du papier toilette, des sacs poubelle, du linge, de la vaisselle, du savon de salle de bain et du linge de maison.

This is our 2nd year in a row here. This unit is very well maintained and the hosts are great to work with. Can't wait for next year!

The condo was amazing. Well equipped, super clean, right on the beach, close to shops and food. Everything was as listed and we had a great time spending two days in the water. Our friends with a boat came right up to the beach in front and picked us up. We had the best time celebrating my sons birthday wand it was so nice to have such a nice place to stay. Will definitely come again.

I regret to say that our experience at the condo was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple issues, including a leaking kitchen faucet, a dripping air conditioner unit, and a broken toilet with a faulty handle with a note on it that read “please jiggle if running” that caused a significant flood in both the bathroom and bedroom. When we discovered the bedroom was flooded,
we immediately contacted the owner and requested a cleaning crew to cleanup the toilet water and sanitize the unit. Instead of addressing our urgent concerns, the owner sent a water damage company to inspect the damages, completely ignoring our immediate need for cleanup. This response was not only inconsiderate but also incredibly rude.
To make matters worse, during our conversation with the owner, we were shocked to learn that they were already aware of the broken kitchen faucet and toilet handle yet still rented out the faulty unit. My husband and I ended up spending two hours mopping the floors ourselves, using all the towels we had, and were left with no means to sanitize the room—all of this happened at 10:30 PM.
Overall, this stay was far from what we expected, and the host's lack of care made the experience even worse. Not to mention, the property owners are now attempting a fraudulent insurance claim on a policy I purchased prior to renting the unit, charging for all these faulty items accusing us as if we were the ones at fault. I would advise against booking!

Great location, clean, unit has been updated very tastefully, compared to the other units available in this complex. It is one of the nicer units with all the amenities to accommodate our group. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. The owners were a pleasure to work/communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this unit in the future. Thank you again !

Wonderful stay. Well-designed condo, perfect for 2 couples. The unit was well stocked with paper products, coffee pods and dishwasher and dish washer detergent. This condo is in the perfect location for walking to the London Bridge area, boat and people watching. Several nice restaurants close by. The condo pool is the perfect size and location (2nd floor, lots of afternoon sun) for lounging and watching the boat traffic on the canal. We loved our stay in Kings View #106!

Kingsview Condo is a perfect place to stay. Beautiful views, and relaxing. Able to walk to many places to eat, loved the walking path for morning walks. Our condo was clean and had just what you need for your stay. Cousins came to visit and with two master bedrooms and baths it is perfect. Hosts were great to work with and very friendly with lots of recommendations of where to eat and what to do. Great instructions for check in and checking out! Hope to be back someday!

We wanted to get out of town for Christmas as most of our family has passed on. This was the perfect getaway. Just a very short walk from the London Bridge which was festively decorated and lit. The complex where we stayed was very quiet as very few people were there for the holidays. The unit was perfect for two couples to relax.

This is by far the best condo at king's view. We came for our annual Havasu trip wirh friends and they couldn't believe how nice this condo was. The hosts are fantastic to work with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back next year

This is our second time staying here, it was just as amazing as the first. My husband and I have decided to make it a yearly thing for us to come and stay here. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Easy check in and check out. Clean, has everything you need, only thing we brought was toothbrushes and toothpaste. Everything they have covered. Location is the best on the channel.

We have stayed here multiple times and this trip was just as grand as previous trips. The condo is in the perfect spot. First floor access to the beach and canal. Walking distance to In & Out!!!! Condo has all the amenities we needed. Great time!!!

This property is beautiful couldn't be any closer to the water. Stayed here with my husband, mom and her boyfriend. Couldnt ask for anything more. It is a beautiful place and cant wait to come back for longer next time.

The condo was fantastic! Felt new and clean and had all sorts of useful extras in the kitchen and bedrooms (extra blankets, mattresses for the kids, etc.). Split master floor plan is very convenient. Ground floor is great for access to the beach. Can't wait for next year! :)

Very pleased it’s one of the nicer bottom units . It’s a little pricier but very clean and well stocked and close to the cul de sac for wasier loading and unloading !! Would stay again next year .

This condo is conveniently located directly in front of the beach. It was beautifully decorated and well-kept. It came with many accommodations that other condos do not offer. I have stayed in many condos in the complex, and this is by far the best! I plan on coming and staying at this condo every year.

This unit is perfect for two couples. The location was so great that we only went out to dinner one night. The other three we barbecued and enjoyed the beach level view until we’ll into the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some great meals. We will be back!

Wonderful location, owner was easy to communicate with. We were happy we stayed during the week as Thursday night it started to get busy with people staking their claim on the little beach in front of the condo and loud to 1am.

We parked our car and walked everywhere! This location was so perfect for us with school age to teen kids. Restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, walks in the morning, even playgrounds could be found Within a 20-30 min walk. Great property that was maintained well and had good supplies. Beds were comfy and had extra bedding for kids stuff. Kitchen stocked with just what we needed. Chairs for the beach, and patio sets. Only 3 beach towels, but that was fine. Would happily stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay at this place and it was as awesome as we remembered. Clean and had everything we needed. Located just at the end of the channel, we had great views and wonderful food and cocktails just a short walk away. And, of course, a great view of the London Bridge! Love it all!!

This was my first visit to Lake Havasu- and the stay was a fun introduction to the best it has to offer! The condo was clean, well-stocked and updated. The location could not be better! Close to all of the fun areas of Lake Havasu. Walking distance to food, coffee and fun vacation activities. Even so, it’s on the quieter side of the riverfront so not in the middle of the party areas. A sandy beach is right out the front door. I will definitely return to the condo and Lake Havasu.

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed in lake havasu. From the amenities to the location my parents, aunt and uncle and I loved every bit of it. Everything was walking distance from the condo and we really enjoy relaxing and getting some sunshine since we don’t get much in Wisconsin. We would stay again and recommend this property to anyone. Thanks to Jeff and Karla for everything . (I wasn’t getting service when we first got there and I wasn’t able to find check in instructions on the vrbo app but after 10 minutes my phone decided to work)! 5/5

Waking up in the morning with a view of the water and London Bridge. Love taking in the scenery with my morning coffee. Great location to many bars and restaurants. There was a concert nearby at Windsor Beach that we attended both Sat & Sun night. The Run to the Sun (relic car show) was Saturday on the old golf course. October is my favorite month in LHC. So much going on and the weather is the best! I will continue to book this condo.
