Beautifully, Renovated Home in Quiet Cul de Sac! Close to EVERYTHING!
Détestez-vous louer des maisons et leurs meubles sont vieux et en détresse? Et bien ce n'est pas le cas ici ... Nous voulons que vous vous sentiez chez vous!
Il s'agit d'un 2 chambres récemment rénovées et juste peintes (lits queen size), 2 salles de bains avec garage et 2 allées de voiture dans un cul de sac privé, dans une communauté très sûre et calme. Beaucoup de gens m'ont demandé d'avoir une 5ème personne à la maison, la 5ème personne peut rester sur le canapé confortable. Les lits queen-size ne peuvent accueillir que 4 personnes. La maison est équipée d'un tout nouvel air central installé en août 2018 et de ventilateurs de plafond.
La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un lave-vaisselle et un micro-ondes. Il est approvisionné avec toutes les commodités et prêt à partir. Armoires en bois sur mesure espresso comprenant un îlot central.
La chambre principale a sa propre salle de bain et les deux chambres sont équipées d'une télévision connectée 4K 48 pouces.
Le salon a un look contemporain avec un canapé en coupe et un téléviseur intelligent 4K de 55 pouces et un foyer électrique.
Laveuse et sécheuse disponibles pour votre lessive. La maison est approvisionnée avec tous vos besoins: draps, serviettes, assiettes, tasses, oreillers et plus encore. 2 chaises de plage sont dans le garage pour votre plaisir.
Accès complet à la cour arrière (clôturée) avec table et chaises de patio. Barbecue également accessible si vous choisissez de l'utiliser.
Cette belle maison est située à Oldsmar à proximité des plages, des restaurants, des commerces et des divertissements! La maison est située à moins de 5 minutes des commerces et des restaurants, des terrains de jeux et du lac Tarpon d'eau douce de 2500 acres avec parc du comté, à 12 min. dans le golfe; Parcs de lune de miel et Caladesi, à proximité des centres commerciaux, des restaurants. À seulement 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Tampa et à 10 minutes de la plage !!
EXCELLENT ENDROIT À PROXIMITÉ DE TAMPA, DES PLAGES ET DES RESTAURANTS. LA COMMUNAUTÉ OFFRE DU TENNIS PUBLIC, DU TERRAIN DE JEUX, DU TERRAIN DE BASEBALL ET DU BASKETBALL.

Property interior was exact as shown in pictures. Feel the door leading to the garage should have a lock on it. Some small cosmetic items need attention. A few more toiletry items needs; large trash bags, toliet paper.

This house was extremely clean and comfortable. We would stay here again, and I highly recommend. Our host was quick to respond. When we arrived, the A/C did not appear to be working properly, but our host quickly got the issue resolved, and it worked perfectly after that. We slept very well, and it was so quiet!!! This was a very enjoyable vacation.

Lots of attractions in Dunedin, Clearwater & Tarpon Springs.
We stayed for the entire month of March and had one evening of rain.

Comfortable home away from home
Located in a peaceful residential area central to Tampa and Clearwater with many nearby restaurants and shops. Modern appliances and cabinets. My only criticism is that the non-stick cookware is well past its prime and a few maintenance items need attention. Overall I’m glad I stayed at this property and I would consider it again if I’m in the area in the future

The house was what they advertised, clean, nice kitchen the bathroom in the hallway could use some updating, shower curtain fell down it needs replaced, the handle in the bathtub valve is wrong.(I know this because I worked in the plumbing business for 40 years) but overall very nice house.

Sweet Place!
This home was exactly what we were looking for, and more. The photos show precisely what the property looks like. Check in was very simple, and we immediately felt at home. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and the home is located near stores and restaurants. We were there to visit our grandson, and it was ideal to have a home rather than a hotel room to entertain a 9 year old! We love outdoor living, so the screened porch and grill were a plus. One morning while on the porch, I had the pleasure of a visit from an armadillo. Wildlife, what a treat! We are very pleased with the home, and you can’t beat the price. Wonderful value! We hope to stay here whenever we visit our grandson. Thank you, Angela, for providing such a great home away from home experience for travelers.

Home was more than expected, clean and all the kitchen gadgets needed for at home dining. Beds were both very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet for a peaceful nights sleep.

We were staying there because it was really close to our daughters house and she just had her first baby. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. I would stay again. The only thing that was not very good for us was there was no king bed and we like room. But the beds were nice and comfortable.
