Loved this place. It was perfect for my brother and me and my two spaniels. Quiet neighborhood and the property sits right next to a beautiful pond with loads of birds. Just minutes from most attractions. One minor complaint: the host is not very responsive.

We had a great stay. My mom lives nearby at an assisted living facility. We were able to eat nearby and had a wonderful weekend.

My husband and I stayed in Oldsmar to visit friends. The condo is an end unit in a four-plex and is located in an older, maintained neighborhood, close to a Walmart and other shopping and just a short drive to restaurants in Oldsmar and Safety Harbor. It has a peaceful view of the nearby lake and although the neighborhood is near a busy street, there was no road noise or traffic distraction. The pool is a little further from the condo than we expected but walkable. We had no safety concerns during our evening walks.

We booked this property because it has a crib for our grandson. He was able to go to the zoo for the first and visit with his great grandmother. The location was perfect and the property was clean. This is our second stay here and we will probably visit again.

Very nice decor and view out back. The A/C was tough to control as it kept going back to very cold. The key pad didn’t work sometimes on the first try and would lock on its own. The dryer had to cool down to complete the cycle. Had to be careful almost tripped with 2 steps at front door. Neighborhood well light and very quiet. Great vacay villa. Would stay again.

Recommended for those under 80.
The villa was ideally located for access to beaches and Tampa. It was pleasantly decorated. My bed was comfy but my friend found hers to be lumpy. One of the bathrooms was very small. The shower stall lacked any type of grab bars. Parking was a bit far for mobility challenged 80 year olds. I'd recommend this to the younger travellor.

This was a very clean nicely decorated villa. Worked well for our family of 4. Was very nicely decorated and the big TVs were an added plus. Really enjoyed the screened in porch. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

It was good. The property was as described. Know that the owner wants you to sign a paper right away and text it to her. If you are busy make sure to grab it off the counter to take with you so you can sense it right away. The beds are comfy. It is an HOA, so beware of neighbors. I don't really recommend loud kiddos. All amenities were good and in good condition. It was a nice touch to have Kcups, sugar and creamer cups. Especially if you are a coffee adict like me.

Quick family get away
Our family decided last minute to just get away for a few days, my daughter found this cute little Villa, she loved the way it was layed out and decorated. Booking was easy, Melinda was great to work with. Villa was clean well stocked with cooking supplies only complaint I would have is there is no dedicated pantry storage. If I were staying for longer than a few days there is a linen closet in the front bedroom that can be used for a panty or there is a small cabinet above the washing machine. There are alot of hidden tree stumps in the front and back yard so you kinda have to watch your step. My husband was is in a walking cast and that made it a little difficult for him.

Property was great,rules for checking in were difficult drove for 9hrs and couldn’t check in 1 hr early unless we pay 20 dollars an hr.we’re told if we used the grill and they had to clean it it would cost extra.opened the grill and it was so rusty we wouldn’t use it as we would have to clean it first.

Great place in a perfect location.
We arrived at midnight, it was nice to walk into a clean and roomy townhouse. The beds were big and comfy and having two full bathrooms worked out perfect. The area is quiet and convenient to surrounding areas. The pool and small park are clean and well maintained, we enjoyed sitting on the bench watching the water, really peaceful. The mornings were spent on the back screened in patio enjoying coffee and watching the wildlife. Melinda was very gracious and responsive from the start. The townhouse was supplied with so much additional items, which came in very handing after deep sea fishing we came home with burns and the cabinet contained Aloe for a little comfort. There are lots of stores and restaurants close by. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed was there. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the screen room in the back yard overlooking the lake.
Everything in the house was clean and in good working order. The gas grill located on the front porch was a nice addition that we cooked on in the evenings. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of Wal-Mart and other local shops.
Check in was quick and easy and Melinda was quick to respond to our calls. The pool is located just a short distance from the house and my wife enjoyed it tremendously.
I give this little gem 5 stars because everything about it was as advertised. We will definitely stay here again when in the Tampa area.

This was our first time to Tampa and thoroughly enjoyed the location of this property. We spent 4 days downtown Tampa and then toured the area the rest of the time. This was a nice place to come home too!

Convenient, Clean, Spacious, Will Stay Again
Stayed here, at Melinda's Villa, our 3rd week in Tampa area. After two less than ideal previous places, this was a breathe of fresh air... and then some! A clean home is always at the top of our list - even more so during this Covid-19 Pandemic. The Villa was spic & span clean with lots of extra cleaning supplies on hand if needed. Kitchen had plenty of plateware, flatware, mugs, glasses, cooking utensils. Appliances were up to date, clean, and all working. Same for washer and dryer. The second bathroom had a tub/shower combo. The unit, with screened back porch, is adjacent to a small lake on the property so it's calm and peaceful. Location was ideal for us - near family, beaches, Tampa airport, lots of stores, shops, restaurants all easy and short drives. Dunedin, Palm Harbor, downtown St Pete, Clearwater, etc. all so easy to reach. This home is couple of blocks off Old Tampa Rd in a quiet residential area, so minimal traffic noise, yet easy access to main roads. We had a few questions about the area and Melinda was very prompt to reply to our calls & texts. The electronic, keypad door lock was cool - no keys to keep track of or lose. Definitely will stay here again!!

We celebrated our girl’s 8th birthday with a quick visit to Tampa. The property was very well maintained and we felt safe. Great location and not too far from Clearwater.

Whimsical Property
We, and our dog, stayed one night on our way home to Naples, Fl. The property is decorated very whimsical and fun. It was very clean and everything was provided. The property manager was very prompt to answer any questions. It’s close to an amazing Thai restaurant which we picked up. We would stay there again.
