Well thought out design, thoughtful amenities, nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We stayed to attend a concert at Raymond James stadium. Would definitely stay again!

The small details made this place perfect. The back yard view at night was breathtaking. Temperature control for both bedrooms was very convenient since one wanted it cool and the other wanted it warmer. Quick walk to Main Street in Safety Harbor was icing on the cake.

This villa is amazing, very clean and everything is so thoughtfully done! Another review stated Christine should give a class on how to set up a STR, I absolutely 100% agree!! The use of space is perfect, very well decorated, the back porch is just amazing, there wasn't anything that she didnt think of to include! The complimentary wine, water and snacks were a welcome surprise! I can't say enough about how clean this place was and I can't give enough stars for this place! We were only there for the weekend and we will definitely be back as we do come to that area several times a year! Christine is more than a superhost!!

This was a comfortable and rewarding anniversary trip! We spent a few nights here and enjoyed every minute. The area was close to Main Street and we did hear music (only while sitting on the front) some times. Overall, the host took great care of us, left toys out, had ample beach supplies, and even snacks/wine for our trip. We would come back in a heartbeat!!! Special thanks to the host!

We have just stayed with Christine for a second time and have already booked for the holidays! It is a wonderful house with everything we need for ourselves and our daughter or another couple. It is very well located within walking distance to Main Street in Safety Harbor, with fun shopping and restaurants. Christine and Dave do a great job!

The Key West Villa was just right for our small family celebration over Christmas. Christine even put up a tree for us! This house is spotless and well equipped for cooking…and eating. The house is cheerful all around, including a fort porch with oversized chairs and a back porch with a sultry view of the Florida landscape. And it’s only two blocks away for Main Street. We have already booked again for May!

My husband and I stayed in the Key West Villa for our anniversary getaway. This adorable villa is in a great location within easy walking distance of downtown Safety Harbor where you will find tons of great restaurants and cute little shops.
Though it is close to downtown, it was a quiet and peaceful retreat. The villa is very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. It is the perfect size for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. The host was great to work with and quick to respond to our questions.
Though it is part of a duplex, we never heard the guests on the other side, even though it was occupied the entire time we were there. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had such a nice visit in this adorable cottage! Comfortable furnishings, everything we needed and the perfect location just a couple minutes to downtown Safety Harbor. Many good choices to easily walk to for dinner. The covered back patio was wonderful too. We also enjoyed the snacks! Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in many VRBO places, but none was as well stocked and spotless as this little gem. The place is newly remodeled,beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The location is within in walking distance to many eateries and shops . The beaches are a short ride away. We will definitely be back soon.

Not only is this the absolute best location to walk to all of Safety Harbor’s restaurants, shops, and events… this is also the most pretty and thoughtfully provisioned place we’ve ever been to!
We especially like the customized code to enter. No more wondering if we had the key, we had our own code to go in and out If we left or arrived at different times.
The place is absolutely beautiful, with wonderful decor and a terrific and large back porch. We loved it.

My daughters and I stayed here while we were in town scouting colleges and enjoying a trip to the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this house. 1) cute as a button!!! I could not get over the back porch!!!! And my teenage daughter was in heaven with the spiral staircase and the upstairs shower. She often took 2 showers a day not bc she needed it but bc she just loved the shower. Lol. 2) everything was so neat and organized. All the little extras Christine had were just cherry on the top. 3) Location! Neighborhood is quiet and safe. And walking distance to the downtown district full of great places to eat. House is within 3 minutes of the pier so we were able to sneak in a morning view of sunrise on Tampa Bay. Only 20 minutes to the beach! Did I mention the extras.... anything u could dream of to take on your beach trip she supplied.
Thank you Christine for being such a wonderful host! If I get the opportunity to come back to town I will definitely stay here again.

Everything about this place is spot on from the pics and description. Upon arrival it exceeded expectations to the Jimmy Buffet Radio playing on Alexa to the bottle of wine on the table and overall immediate home comforts. The place is so well appointed and stocked that you do not need to bring anything. We had a couple of "around town" questions that were answered right away! The back porch is such a cool place to hang out with your favorite music and beverage. (Front patio as well!) The neighborhood and neighbors are wonderful! The food around town is outstanding! Short walk to most places. We really didn't want to leave! Check off all of Christine's suggestions from her website. Book now for a nice "long" stay!

Terrific place to stay with great hosts
We had a terrific time at this property. Christina and David were just wonderful hosts. They thought of everything. They were responsive to everything we asked for in a super timely manner (we had challenges with the tv and wanted a grill). It was in s terrific location that is walking distance to restaurants and close to everything and extremely welcoming for the dogs too - the back porch even had a gate so they could enjoy sitting with us without having to worry about running off. Everything was very clear and we just felt so at home. We will definitely be staying at Villas by Christine again, and I’d recommend this to anyone thinking of staying in the Tampa Bay Area. A few nights here and you’ll be ready to move to Safety Harbor permanently!

Way above my expectations!
This Key West Villa, surpassed any expectations I could of hoped for. The home is decorated to perfection. The level of care and cleanliness was far superior to any other vbro I have ever stayed in. The check in and out process was seamless. The host was incredible, she was so friendly and very responsive. If you are staying in this area I highly recommend this villa.

5 stars aren’t enough to rate Christine’s Key West Villa! From the moment we walked in the door we felt right at home and everything was impeccable. First and foremost, the cleanliness was beyond what I ever could have imagined. It truly felt like we were the first guests that have ever stayed here. The furnishings are top notch and the villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need. One minor detail
that made a big impact was the quality of the beach towels that were provided. This isn’t something you would normally think twice about but they were the heaviest and thickest beach towels I’ve ever seen and the pattens were cute too! Christine was quick to reply to any questions that we had and we appreciated that she was close by and that we were able to meet her during our stay.
Safety Harbor is a hidden gem and and we enjoyed exploring the town, renting a surrey bike from the Safety Harbor Resort & Spa and we also went to Indian Rocks beach which was in a residential area and less crowded than Clearwater. The only thing we would have done differently was stayed longer.
This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in and we already have reservations to come back!

Relaxing getaway
Had a few questions for the owner before we got there and her quick response was a good indication on how are week would be. Check in was flawless, she actually texted us that we could get in early, the place is beautiful and very clean. The back patio with its gorgeous view was a great place for morning coffee, book reading and late night cocktails. The downtown is only a couple blocks away and we walked there for , breakfast , shopping, strolling or listening to the live music that most of the places had . We had a lot of great meals but our favorite was the Detroit style pizza at Nonas. Would definitely stay here again

Perfectly wonderful
We are so happy with our Key West villa stay in Safety Harbor. It was a perfectly wonderful! Everything we could’ve possibly needed was in this beautifully furnished and cozy home. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well! Quiet yet walkable to the waterfront and so many fun restaurants. The dining scene in this town is extraordinary and the people who live and work here are about the nicest we’ve met anywhere. Christine and Dave have created a gem here in Safety Harbor and we feel lucky to have discovered it. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return.

A great find!
This property has it all- The location couldn’t be better, just a block of Main Street where you can stroll eat and shop.
The Kitchen was incredibly well equipped and the furnishings were lovely- and my husband loved the huge tv. Totally spotless and everything appears brand new!
It is even prettier than the photos on the website portray. Top of the line in every way, and incredibly charming. And a large porch with a beautiful view which was our favorite part.
Safety Harbor is one of the most picturesque Florida towns - great food just a short stroll away at Karma (healthy and super delicious) , terrific sushi at Happy Sslmon, and live music at another place just up the street from us! Any vacation I will be very happy here.

Ideal House and Location
Properties managed by Christine are always going to be clean and well constructed and decorated. After staying at the adjoining unit many times, we tried the Key West unit. A great experience. Outdoor space is superior, first floor layout is open and welcoming, 2nd floor bedroom is cozy and nicely separated from the first floor. There's a cool spiral staircase leading to the upstairs space. The location of this unit is walkable to all the nightlife on Main Street and the Bay. It's far enough away from Main Street so you don't hear any street noise or traffic. It's quiet and peaceful, just the way we wanted it. Christine and Dave know exactly how to treat guests. We're treated like family and they respond immediately to requests. Highly recommended.

Grand Getaway
What a treat it was to stay at Villas Key West! Easily within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Downtown Safety Harbor, Villa Key West was adorable. Brand new as of two years ago, this place has it all! It has one bedroom on the main and one up the spiral staircase. Perfect for two couples!

Miracle on 7th Avenue
I don't want to say it was clean. I don't want to say it was renovated to perfection. I don't want to say it was in the perfect location. I don't want to say a lot of nice things, BUT I HAVE TOO !! If I say it was one of the most pleasant surprises of my VRBO history, everyone will start staying there and it will be hard to book. This place is "the bomb," to use an outdated cliche. Perfect if your going to Ruth Eckerd for a concert, perfect if your wanting to go to festivals in the area, perfect if all you want to do is nothing, just relax. We loved this place !
