Hotel is a bit outdated, however the cleanliness and nature make it pleasant. Lots of landscape. Tiki outdoor Pool is a bit small for the hotel size and volume, perhaps they need to build another outdoor pool by the tiki bar? Just a thought. Safety harbor is a nice area, nice little shops and cute restaurants.

Small outdoor pool by tiki bar, one of beds on my room had a broken leg. spa services a bit overpriced. Need updates in hotel.

Breakfast Buffet was good but ended abruptly Had to rush and eat and get food The jacuzzi was very therapeutic Great music at the Lounge

Nicely renovated and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Next time please make sure you give me a suite-style room in the Pavilion area. I have stayed at the spa 5 times.

Location and beautiful hotel.

Got a little misinformation when looking for a drink. Dining room told us they were completely full, but didn't mention having a bar across the hall. No big deal, we figured it out ourselves. Bartender Vivian was great! Kinda hard to find ice machines. When I finally did, it had no ice.

The bed was so comfortable as if I was floating in a dreamy cloud. Great view of the pool and flora. I love dancing to Latin music at the bar. The ballroom was elegant and food at the restaurant was great. Just a walk across the street was filled with great restaurants and wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful and upscale location.

It is a relaxing property nestled in a quaint little town.

We love everything about the Safety Harbor Spa

If you have to check out at 11:00 you should be able to check in at 11:00 the day before not 4pm... If checkout is at 11:00 and somebody calls up and requests for a late checkout it should be at 2:00 p.m. not 12:00 we're looking for more than just a one hour late check out.. especially when you're paying $300 for one night to just sleep in a bed.

The location is terrific, within walking distance of parks, waterfront trails, and many interesting shops and restaurants in downtown Safety Harbor. Our room itself was clean.

The staff is very glum. Ask a question -- e.g., "Where is the ice machine?" and expect a sour answer. Twice when I went looking for towels by the pool, the shelves were empty -- even before there were crowds. When I asked for towels, I was made to feel like I had demanded something extraordinary. Many of the interior hallways have dirty, grimy carpet. The bathrooms near the poolside bar are worse than most gas station bathrooms I've been in lately. The final bill had an odd charge that was unaccounted for of only a few bucks, but when I called for an explanation I was left on hold for so long I hung up. This place needs new management.

Spa services consistently excellent!

It was a great atmosphere. The town had a great vibe. I felt relaxed and recharged at the end of my trip. It was a shame my stay was too short.

I felt like I was traveling to a dungeon downstairs to get to my room. Everything was very old and needed a facelift bad. Carpet was gross. I was disappointed in this property.

Large windows in rooms allowed for good views and lots of sun light. Liked the connection to the pool, tiki bar, and spa.

No coffee station.

Mostly service staff were professional but I never received much feedback or a sense of being welcome. Stayed four nights so maybe I expected more. Great resort only weak point being a few services staff. (Dining room breakfast)
