Our family of 12 had a terrific time at 16 Singleton Shores Manor! The home was exquisitely decorated. The kitchen was supplied with an abundance of pots/pans/dishes/coffee pots, etc. We spent our days on the beach and found helpful items in the garage including canopies, beach wagons, toys, etc. Our group included teenagers who enjoyed using the tennis courts located less than 100 yards from our front door for pickle ball games. Basketball courts were located in this area as well. The view of the marsh and ocean were incredible from the master bedroom. When not at the ocean, we spent a lot of family time at the pool which was well taken care of and had plenty of sturdy furniture with different seating areas. Not far from the house, was a fun place called Cocoas where we enjoyed summer drinks and could play volleyball!
All in all - we found the place to be the perfect location that met the needs of our diverse family!! Hope to come back!!!

This home was our favorite of all homes we've stayed in! It was so spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have private space, yet also enough room at tables to gather for meals. The views out over the marsh and to the ocean were peaceful and beautiful. We loved watching the birds and the tide come and go. This home has a well stocked kitchen, plus two cribs in large walk in closets and two twin mattresses to use on the floor (which we made use of). Plenty of beach chairs and toys are also in the garage closet. We rented bikes which were handy to ride to the beach. The master suite on the top floor was enormous, with its own living room, balcony overlooking the marsh/ocean, and a huge bathroom and walk in closet. The rental company was very very helpful to us before and during our stay.

We had a great time staying at 16 Singleton. The house had so much space for all 3 families that stayed. The kids loved having a pool table and pool to play in. The location to the beach was great it was only an easy short walk to what felt like a private beach. We all loved staying here and would definitely book this house again!

This rental house had ample space for four families. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath which made getting ready a breeze. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The pool area had plenty of seating for evening visits. There were two tables for dinning and plenty of seating in the living room. If I had to recommend anything I might add a firepit for the pool area. We had a fabulous time and would recommend this rental.

The house was a great size for the 8 adults and 3 kids in our family. Plenty of seating areas on two levels, nice open kitchen that was well stocked, loved bathroom with every bedroom, nice bar area and loved having the pool. We did think that, for the price , there might be access to pool/beach floats/toys. Also, with the house sleeping up to 16 the pool is a bit on the small side. Loved the quiet neighborhood that was close to shopping. We had a great view of the beach/ocean. Our family had a wonderful vacation.

The house is amazing! The rooms were beautiful and there was tons of space to chat, play games, and just relax while enjoying an amazing view. I wish the walk to the beach was a bit more user friendly.

Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our week! The location is great and the views were amazing. The back with the pool was private and water views were everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped. The only suggestion is that the closets were cluttered with stuff: 2 had cribs set up, one unusable, master had a mattress, shelves messy.

Beautiful location to enjoy the morning sunrise over the ocean and marshland, especially during high tide. Good location and view with a short walk to the beach. Drawbacks were the ice machine and hot tub both had maintenance issues which were never fixed and we were unable to use during our entire stay.

Nice property
We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and was a short drive to outlets, restaurants, etc. It accommodated our family of 10 easily and was well furnished. Pool table and private pool are huge bonuses. This property also has a great few over the marsh and ocean. 10/10 recommend.

We have enjoyed every minute of our stay at 16 Singleton Shores Manor. The house is very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are new and work well.
We especially enjoy the view of the ocean and estuary from the many windows and decks. It is expansive and I believe one of the best vistas on the island.

The only problem we had was the 2 cars that parked in the driveway got pine sap on their cars - one car it took the finish off the beware!! Beautiful Home - Exactly as described
This is a very nice property and top grade quality for the furniture and appliances. The house was very nice and all furniture and bedding was very comfortable. I love the bottom floor layout and area that leads out to the back patio and pool. There is a beverage fridge and ice maker that makes it conventient to have cold beverages and snacks while hanging out at the pool. The living area was very comfortable with plenty of room and tables for dining with large families / friends. It's a short walk to the beach but a very pleasant one and down a road with very little traffic. All in all, I was very happy with this house.

Beautiful and relaxing get away
This property was everything we could have imagined! Very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our multi family gathering! The one draw back was the fact that it didn’t have simple cooking spices like salt and pepper. Be prepared to handle lots of stairs but for us it was a welcome exercise after lounging at the pool and beach. Our family ranged from 77 years old down to 6 years old and everyone loved the property. The beach was a little walk (less than 10 mins) but if you rent bikes you can get their very quickly! To wake up to this view every morning was amazing. The beach was somewhat private as it’s only access was for those in the neighborhood. It was also right next to a park with a playground perfect for our 6 year old. Vacation Homes of Hilton Head were very easy to work with! I would highly recommend this property.

Family of 4 Pandemic-Safe Vacation
We appreciated the extra space for indoor activities in the separate family room and game room areas, as well as the sitting rooms in 2 bedrooms. It was far more space than we needed, but so nice to have separate zones for reading, gaming, etc. The location is PERFECTION if you like a gorgeous view but don't want to be in the midst of crowded beaches. The walk to the beach was a short 10 minute stroll on a paved road through the marsh, and briefly through a new development on the beach. Easy, uncrowded beach access was just 10 minutes away by foot. The pool is great. We did have some trouble with the heater - we were told it had been turned on early in the week, but it never heated properly. When the issue was resolved on our last day, it was a noticeable difference. So - if the pool doesn't feel warm and you pay for heat - speak up immediately. The management company did issue a refund, so we are happy with that outcome. All in all, a great safe getaway during Covid.

Wonderful spring break
We had such a wonderful time at this Hilton Head for a relaxing spring break! The house is amazing (even better than the photos!), it felt so clean and had everything we needed. There are a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind. It has a lovely view of the marsh and beach. We loved our quick bike rides down the the beach, it's a very easy ride. Everything about it was just perfect!

Wonderful trip--actually extended for a few more days. Only comment I would make is about previous reviews. People said short walk to beach--actually about 10 minute walk. Not a problem but people should be aware. There is a bike rack near the beach path if you have a bike at your disposal.

Golf get away
We had an enjoyable experience here. I few items need attention. The propane should be checked regularly as not all remember to turn off the valve after each use ( no propane when we needed it) :(. Lights should be checked as well. Toilet seat in one of master bedroom is broken. Otherwise everything was simply great!

September 2020 Stay
While the view is amazing, the home needs some TLC and a major refresh! The walls were scuffed and dirty throughout all levels of the home and some areas were really bad. While a little wear and tear is expected in the hallways and high traffic areas, many of the walls in this home were banged up. Most of the bathrooms had water damage/stains on the walls and were in need of repainting. The bunk room walls were covered in black marks and there was no way to access the top bunk (though it looked extremely worn out, so probably for the best). In addition to that, there were candy wrappers and trash across the back of the sofa in the bunk room and ice cream wrappers under the rug. The master closet had brown stains splattered across the walls and looked really dirty. Upon check-in, we found clumps of sand on almost every sofa and hand prints and smears along the microwave and glass tabletop. We spent over an hour cleaning the main living areas. At this price point, the condition of the home was really lacking.

House and views are beautiful!! The house was very clean, as was the pool. Parking could be tricky. Cars are supposed to be parked in the driveway and not on street. Fitting 4 cars is very tricky unless everyone has cars and no SUVs. Our only real complaint was that the temp inside the house was controlled by Nest thermostats. We were there during a very hot humid period and having the air jump up to 76 was not optimal as the units could never get the third floor temp back down to 70 by the time we went to bed at nite. It was still pretty warm. A full size second refrigerator would also be helpful in a house that sleeps this many people as the one in the kitchen is kind of small on space. Loved the way the house was decorated, beds were all comfortable as were all of the couches and chairs.
