dust was all over in the room. cockroaches was roaming in the bathroom and on the bed too.water problem was there.drainage pipe was visible from bathroom which was 🤮.Room service is too slow.charges are too high according to the room

I couldn’t like anything about it

First of all the staff wasn’t doing their job. When we checked in there was no water, soap or toilet papers in the room. Even they had to provide a kettle in the room, it also wasn’t there in our room. And in booking.com it was written “No Pre-payment “ but they took the payment while we checked in. That’s why end of the first day we weren’t supposed to leave cuz we couldn’t get our money back. No hot water in the bathroom so we had to take shower with almost cold water. There was a weird smell coming from toilet. Another thing is about their kitchen. Very bad food, no care how they serve the food, mugs are dirty and all. I ordered a salad but it was just rough chopped veggies with no salt, olive oil or lemon (which is basic ingredients for salads). And they served me Aloo Paratha with hair on it. Serving time is very long and you have to wait at least half and hour to get a simple black coffee. I’m personally disgusted with the JP cafe. They should definitely change the chef in the kitchen and be more caring about how to serve the food. And about the staff hospitality, so smiley faces, especially when you go to complain about your stay, answer is given rudely with a long face. I definitely not recommend this resort, it’s very away to call it a resort. Bad experience.

No network at all

As name of the resort is Jungle Peace. It's 100% matches with the name of the resort. Calm and quite location free from hassle. Regarding staff they are very co-operative and easily approachable. I have one dog with my family they provided bed for my dog. Food quality is awesome. I have booked this resort for 4 days and it was just amazing stay. Beach is walkable stay. I recommend this resort to all friends, families and everyone. Owner of the resort Mr Pankaj was very helpful and approachable. This resort is 100℅ money wasool.

About the trees in the garden if they paint on the base of trees it would more attractive. And I didn't get PIZZA in the menu. Overall it's a good and descent resort.

the rooms were cozy and the bed was comfy, the pool was clean for all the five days that we stayed there. the staff this manager Sanju was a tad rude though, but otherwise the room service and everything was good. but the network sucks and the wifi isn’t that great. great for couple and groups. very close to the beach and overall had a great stay and a great time

the staff member named sanju was very rude, that’s all. no internet connection. so dont expect a wfh comfortably. though you wouldn’t need internet in there if you know what i mean :p meh

Good property. Swimming pool is good. The cottage rooms at the start are good, but we didn't get it as those were booked. The one we got on 1st floor had leakage issues so we took another room. Staff was friendly and we got the 2-wheeler from the hotel itself.

The room that we got was very small. TV has only internet option and you can only watch YouTube or use your personal OTT subscription, there's no cable connection. Bed was okayish.
