The property is within the nature, it’s been relaxing stay for me. Staff is polite and helpful.

Breakfast was okay kind of, breakfast food can have more menus. Blank calls on room’s landline phone at midnight after every 30 40 mins.

The stay was luxurious.everything was super clean.room and washroom were huge.

We went here for a relaxed holiday on the occasion of our anniversary and loved loved the stay. Property was extremely well maintained, pleasant and truly tranquil. Staff were polite and courteous. Food was delicious. The only thing which they could improve are their masseuses at Tattva Spa. I found them amateur and seemed like they lacked professional training. But they were polite and listening.

It was amazing and dreamy and peaceful. I absolutely loved it.

My wife and I spent a few days at Amritara to celebrate her birthday. And boy, was I glad we picked this place. We booked the pool villa. And the room was MASSIVE. The staff were so kind and so helpful - especially Ankit and Pritam. The GM, Sumitesh Sinha went out of his way to make the experience memorable for both of us. And honestly, we would come back and stay here in a heartbeat. The resort sits in the middle of a hilly forest. So you literally wake up to the chirping of birds, and amidst an abundance of greenery. If you like nature, this is for you.

The only thing we felt could be better, was the food. I mean, it wasn't bad. But compared to everything else in the resort, we felt it could be better.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Amritara Aura Resort & Spa. I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention, as my experience was far from satisfactory. Issues Encountered: Cleanliness Issues: Upon arrival at the property, I was shocked to find that the cleanliness of the accommodation was severely lacking. The room was dirty, with visible stains on the couch, a foul odor, and a general state of disarray. Additionally, I noticed an odd stain on the floor, which further contributed to my discomfort. This is not the standard of cleanliness I expected when making the reservation at any property. Power Supply Problems: Another issue I faced during my stay was the unstable power supply. The property experienced frequent power outages, making it difficult to use essential appliances and lighting. Water Tank Burst: In the middle of the night during my stay, the water tank in the property burst, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort. This unexpected incident not only disrupted my sleep but also posed a potential safety hazard and the staff's response to this emergency was less than satisfactory. Misleading Information from Staff: Throughout my stay, I encountered multiple issues with the staff. They seemed confused and disorganized, providing me with misleading information. It was frustrating and unprofessional, as their inability to assist properly exacerbated my inconvenience. Early Check-Out: Due to the aforementioned issues, I felt compelled to check out of the property two days before my booking was scheduled to end. My stay was marred by these problems, and I no longer felt comfortable or safe continuing my stay there.

Quiet and private location. Rooms were spacious.

The plumbing system was very bad. Toilets had to be flushed multiple times. Electricity was also bad. Constant power cuts, plug points cannot handle simple chargers. Housekeeping did a very bad job of cleaning bathroom. There was water leaking from under the toilet. Not the staff's fault, they need to be trained better. I have no idea how this is rated 5 star. Breakfast could be better. Options were very limited. No international cuisine options. Food was honestly not very tasty either. Staff was eager to help. However they should be trained better. Their understanding of requests was very limited. Very bad cocktails were provided. Pool was very badly maintained.

Beautiful property nestled amidst greenery and far from the hustle -bustle. Really liked the prompt and courteous staff , esp Ankit at the restaurant who was very attentive and jolly. The service was very prompt and the lady at the reception was quite warm. The property is perfect for a short break from the busy life with a pretty pool a bonus.

First of all, I was really frustrated when I got to know that hotel charged 15% extra than what was shown on my booking.com app and it’s still the same. And it’s clearly mentioned that the final price includes all the taxes applicable. This problem happened only with this booking my next stay was in another 5 star property and I was scared that the same may repeat but that didn’t happen. Rooms are great, also they upgrade my stay from premium room to one room villa, but a few things were really frustrating..drainage system $uk$. Water gets logged and you feel disgusting while taking bath coz your feet will be dipped in water. There were no cupboards to make the room look aesthetically appealing, but whole room was a mess since all of our stuff was lying everywhere. The door stopper was falling down wasn’t letting the door close and every time I had to literally hold it with my hands while closing the door. Food taste was great but overpriced. It’s a great place to be and I could have given it 8.5 or 9 but all above mentioned issues were constantly making us annoyed

The location was very idyllic while being at a comfortable distance from the beach. The property had amazing greenery. The rooms were decent sized and had a nice sitting area

The housekeeping could have been much better. The bedsheets were changed after we checked in. Also, the dustbins were not cleaned prior to check in.

Pros- Professional and courteous staff Huge clean swimming pool and well maintained. Since it was off season we got the pool all to ourselves everyday. Awesome breakfast spread included in the package which also had pancakes waffles on request Peaceful location Welcome drink of four beers

Cons- Balcony of premium room was very messy due to bird droppings and feathers as pidgeons roost there. Walls of room always damp Little interior location so road to resort is very narrow

The fittings in the bathroom were loose and came off actually and there were a couple of lizards...the umbrellas were broken that needs to be fixed

Its charm and quaintness. The property blends in well with its surroundings. It has lots of plants and trees, which add to its beauty. The highlight was the wonderful staff. Amit Kumar, Bipin, and Ankit (the restaurant staff) deserve special mention for their great service. The spa was good.

The property’s maintenance could be better. The restaurant needs to provide better value.

One of the best resorts to stay in North Goa. Awesome people, delicious food, beautiful rooms, and clean pools. The staff was very responsible and they honestly wanted to make our experience better. They kept to their promises and arranged an early check in at 9:30AM despite the normal check in time being at 2PM. The private pool was very clean and well maintained. The compound was covered in vegetation, reminding me of a hill station resort in Waynad. The breakfast was simply too good. The food had something about it that made it special, can't really express it in words. Overall, I rate this resort a 5 star. The only shortcoming is the location which is 2KM away from the nearest beach, but let's be real, no where is going to be that perfect. Believe me, the service there will never disappoint you.

the property is good. but lacks funding and training of good staff. the staff were very good and really tried to help us. but I don’t think they have seen how a 4star or even a 5star hotel functions.

So in a 4 day stay. we managed to stay in 3 rooms. Room 1 - the pool villa - walls stained. inside the villa and outside. sheets were stained. towels had holes. lizards inside the room. After the first day of the stay, we went for a walk in the property. And found out there was a better newer section of the resort. and we were put in a 10 year old property which wasn’t maintained at all. so we requested for a room in the new wing. Room 2 - since they were out of pool villas in the new wing. we got a garden villa which was very nice. sheets didn’t have stains. towels didn’t have holes. felt like we went to a new resort. The hotel manager offered us the presidential suite for the last day. very kind of the staff to offer that to us. Room 3 - The presidential Suite. - It was fancy. again stains on the sheets. I have no idea why. nice pool. really nice view from the bedroom. but an interesting dead frog wedged in a vacuum gap between the 2 glasses.
