Nothing about the hotel. But Ashwem itself is pretty much closed down due to police and saving the turtles

the room have water leakage + wifi not working only after fixing by the technician + very noisy room and you can hear your neighbours what they talk + breakfast buffet was not fresh

The entire property is going under renovation and construction and is covered with plastic. It was really a horrible experience. The management should have highlighted in the description that construction is going on so that we would have been aware. Nothing was visible from the room either . Only thing good was the staff who was quite good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as they hid this vital piece of information due to which our trip was messed up .

Great location, superb resort, a great place to stay in north goa, food is delicious but costly. Well mannered staff.

The water that you provide in copper bottles is not good. Actually customers prefer sealed water bottle but despite of requeating they did not provide us sealed bottle they stated sealed bottle is chargeable. Also the bed sheets were not changed on daily baisis which is again an unavoidable behaviour.

Stay was very good at regalia , cleanliness spacious room , friendly staff and quite place to be and enjoy your stay They allowed us to checkin and hour early.

What I didn't like is actually i got hurt on my leg in hotel itself as cut the was deep there was continue blood flow and staff gave us first aid also. We did dressing and went to sleep when i got i saw there were some blood marks on their blanket from my leg. Manager called me was like why didn't you tell me n all. Then we personally went to show him that see i got hurt and we had gone to doctor. They charged us extra 1000 for that blood stains that were there. Thats very cunning part that i saw as if we did it purposely

staff is very rude, hotel management is just passable, no proper toiletries were given, no towels were given, we made to cal the house keeping for towels, there was lizard in bathroom., rooms didnt have any view., with all these negatives i forced myself to checkout a day before my checkout date and had to choose another hotel., this is not a star hotel as per my knowledge, there was the worst options of breakfast., radher would prefer eating out. this resort is very disappointing and dissatisfied.

I had a nice view from my room. Room was spacious and had all basic amenities. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was good, just couple of mins walk from the beach.

The phone in our room kept dying.

Breakfast needs more continental dishes.
