We had such a a wonderful and relaxing time. The house was exactly as described and provided us with the quiet and relaxation we were seeking. Property manager answered all of our questions promptly prior to our stay and was a pleasant to work with. We look forward to booking again in the future.

This was my second year in a row staying here and it was perfect again with all the amenities you need for a beach vacation.

It was a perfect location. my daughter and her friend love the screened in porch with no bugs, highly recommend to get a screen porch.

This home was the perfect escape from Ohio for our family of 5. We loved the openness of the floor plan, as well as the outdoor area, where we spent most of our time. The home was clean, and well stocked with the basic amenities. We also loved being able to walk to the beach everyday with our kids (11, 8, and 6).

Had a great time. Great location and property was well maintained. Pool was great. Loved the bicycles. The only recommendation I would have would be to inform the guests ahead of time to bring shampoo and body wash which was not supplied

Just a bike ride around the corner to the beach. Conveniently located near Supermarkets and shopping. The house is spacious and well kept. Very clean. Owner very helpful and responsive.

This home has everything we needed to escape the cold Chicago winter and meet our Florida friends from across the state. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay.

We truly loved staying here for two weeks and would definitely consider coming back! Very good location, close to the Vanderbilt beach. Bikes and beach chairs etc available for our use was great. Very good communications with owner, who acted promptly on the minor issue we raised during our stay.

Lovely property, very spacious

House was very spacious and clean. The pool was great. Wish we found the waterfall switch sooner but none the less was great. We were in town for a wedding at the ritz carlton beach resort. Was a 5$ uber or a few minutes on the bike. Host has all beach supplies and bikes which were great too. If im ever in the area again i wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

We were all very pleased with the property overall. Online photos didn't do it justice, it was better in person ! It did seem to have a rather bad case of tiny red ants outside, in and around the otherwise beautiful pool. I would definetly recommend a stay at this home.

We love staying at this house. All the amenities you need for cooking, the beach, working, laundry and just relaxing by the pool. Communication with Dan is so easy and he responds quickly. We hope to be back next year again. If not here, then one of the other houses Dan has available in the same area. Thank you.

This spacious house offers the perfect beach getaway- minutes from the beach, shopping and restaurants. A beautiful pool for when you don’t want to venture out yet still want to soak up the sun.

This property was amazing. Location of the house was close to Vanderbilt Beach. We loved the bikes the property provided and rode to the beach daily. The house was very clean. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in patio and pool was our favorite part. The pool was wonderful and our family really enjoyed it. We also loved all the beach chairs, beach umbrella and coolers as well. The owner thought of everything and was very responsive when we had a question. We will definitely book this property again.

Very nice home. Very big great room/dining combination. Very spacious and well laid out. Master bedroom and bath were nice sized, clean , and shower was great. Kitchen was fully stocked. Garage had all outdoor equipment for beach and biking. Very nice. In the back of the house was a screened in area with heated pool. Lounge chair, grill, ceiling fan, etc. can’t wait to go back again. Our family of 5 had an amazing time here. The pool is so nice and clean. The covering is perfect. Rooms were clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen ware. We walked or rode bikes to the beach daily. The parking garage was beneficial for the beach some days. We will definitely stay here again if we are going to be in the area! (The hosts were so responsive and accommodating. Truly made this stay memorable)

My husband and I spent 3 full days in this beautiful vacation home and were joined by both of our daughters. We had not been together since late 2021 and this lovely home was a perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy each other's company. We spent all day relaxing by the pool. It is an absolutely gorgeous space! The pool was lovely and warm and there was plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. It is an absolute oasis in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful with 3 good size bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The shower in the master bath is huge! I loved the kitchen. Full disclosure, we ate out every day for dinner but there were plenty of dishes and utensils for us to use for breakfasts and lunches. I saw all kinds of pans and cookware. The living room had plenty of comfy seating. We didn't watch TV at all. We went to the beach one afternoon and it was easy to get to. We ate at some great restaurants. We ate twice at Bone Hook Brewery and we highly recommend it. Great atmosphere and fantastic food and beer. We had pizza from The Crust and it was very tasty. We went to Salsa Brava for Mexican food one evening and we thought it was excellent! There were bikes with helmets and locks for guest use. My husband went for a bike ride one morning. There are plenty of supermarkets close by. All in all, I have to say "thank you" to Dan for allowing the four of us to reconnect and spend precious time together in his beautiful home!!!

The house was in great shape. Clean and well stocked for a wonderful week in sunny Florida. Being a short one mile walk or bike to the beach made for an easy way to get our exercise in and get to the beach for a walk. The pool was great, we loved the waterfall. We like to be outside and spent most of the week either on the back patio/pool area or at the beach. The house had five bikes with locks, beach chairs, coolers, washer & dryer, beach towels. Excellent find.
