Une piste cyclable pavée de 22 milles reliant Grand Haven et Holland, MI traverse notre allée. La maison est située sur un lot boisé privé de 1 1/4 acres. Il y a une allée pavée, avec beaucoup de stationnement.
Il y a deux très grandes chambres, une salle de bain spacieuse et une laverie complète. Une cuisine entièrement équipée s'ouvre sur la grande salle à manger / grande salle. De nombreuses fenêtres en font une atmosphère ensoleillée. Plusieurs arbres entourant la propriété offrent un intérieur confortable. Everything about this stay was perfect. The communication with the owner was outstanding. They made every effort to get us in early. The property was so nice and provided everything we needed. The open concept made the space feel extra large. We would absolutely rebook this property.

This was our first time visiting Grand Haven so we didn’t know the area at all. This was everything we needed and more! The house was a perfect place for our family with the outdoor activities, location, and big open family area. We loved that there was also an extra full bathroom in the garage. The hosts were very easy to work with and communication was wonderful! We’d definitely stay again!

This was our 3rd stay at this wonderful property, and we're already looking forward to our next. The cabin is spacious, clean, nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need. The owners take great care of the property and their guests. I wish this were my retirement summer home.

We travel quite a bit and are pretty picky about where we stay. This treehouse like property was perfect for our family, near town, bike trails, grocery stores, quiet neighborhood, relaxing, spacious, comfortable beds, amazing hosts, (Terry and Sandi are the best) and I could go on and on. Of course the basketball net and pickleball court was a huge hit too! Great neighbors and just minutes to the beach. One of our all time favorites. I would buy it if it was for sale it was that good!

Truly enjoyed staying at this property. Terry and Sandi were awesome hosts and communicated with us leasing up to our stay and after! They left detailed instructions for everything we could ask, and even a nice box of chocolates that everyone enjoyed! We definitely would stay here again and hope to do so in the future!

Check in process was very easy. The house was very clean and smelled wonderful. We especially enjoyed the use of the beach chairs. Oh, and the little welcome gift that was left. If we come back to the areas we would definitely stay and recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay thanks to the great amenities offered within the home, the proximity to the beach, downtown grand haven, and the beach! The house came with items for our ~1 year old. There was a booster seat, crib, toys, and even a baby gate at the top of the stairs. The house was clean and spacious. The hosts (Terry and Sandi) were really nice and responsive to any questions. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Grand Haven!

What a great stay! The house is updated, it is clean, the hosts are great and the location is fantastic. It is located off the beaten path out of the hustle bustle but close enough to be downtown or to the beach in 5 minutes. The house is spacious and always clean. This works perfectly four our family (4 adults and two children). The bedrooms are spacious, and the trundle beds make the sleeping arrangements easy. The house has everything you need as far as appliances and cookware. Truly a great find and house we have now used two years in a row. The hosts are great to work with, and you can feel their personal touch in the home while you stay. No complaints whatsoever and will book this house again next year if we do our family get together in Grand Haven.

We had a great stay at this house. It was very clean. Check in was easy. There were so many toys and my kids were entertained for several hours. The driveway is also large and the kids loved playing on it. It is a great location- only a quick drive to downtown, less than 10 minutes. The only thing to note is that the second bathroom is on the first floor with the garage. We didn't find it until the end of our trip. The host also provided basketballs in the garage, which was great! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Words can't express how happy we were with our stay here. This was our first family vacation and I had a lot of anxiety about it. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We walked in and our sons immediately ran over to the toys. They were so excited and we were able to unpack and organize while they were safely occupied. The unit was incredibly clean, with a welcome binder with a labeled map, places to eat, things to do, etc all laid out for us. I spoke with Sandi multiple times and she was very friendly, helpful, and I felt an instant connection with her. Staying here was perfect for a family with kids. We could be in the kitchen but keep on eye on the kids playing with the toys or watching a show. The bedrooms were very spacious and had good sleeping arrangement options. The couches were very comfortable and roomy! They had different sized booster seat options for little ones as well. It really made our vacation go so smoothly. Our son wanted to leave the beach to come back and play at "the house." We felt very safe as well and it was only a couple minute drive to the beach, shops, and dining. Also, Grand Haven beach is lovely! Very clean and the town has a lot of fun options of things to do. I am so pleased with my stay! We already discussed how we want to come back and we will be staying at this house again.

Great stay in Grand Haven
This was an absolutely amazing find in Grand Haven. Located close to the beach and downtown while just south, which allowed for a “home” feel when returning at night. The house was beautiful, clean and accommodating. The hosts were so wonderful to communicate with and were willing to help if it was needed. The house was so clean and prepped that we did not need to contact the hosts about a thing. Traveling with two children, there were even toys available-huge hit for my kids. Especially since some were the same as we have at home. Put the kids at ease immediately while keeping them busy instead of watching TV. Trundle beds were also a great touch in the rooms. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Perfect house for a family trip to Grand Haven
This house was perfect for my family to stay in! It was extremely clean and felt spacious for the four of us. The view out of the windows was beautiful - lots of trees. The house was fully stocked from kitchen items to alarm clocks, night lights, hair dryer etc. My 5-year-old really enjoyed playing with the toys every morning while the rest of us slept in. The owners are such kind, friendly people and made sure we had everything we needed.
We loved the location. We were able to ride our bikes to the beach and into town. There were lots of bike paths and sidewalks everywhere making it easy to bike with kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Sequel was better than the original!
This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. Terry and Sandy keep a beautiful, well kept rental. They communicate wonderfully and are very friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns. There are plenty of toys for our 3yo to play with. We appreciated the gate provided at the top of the stairs for overnights (just in case). We love this property for location -5 min drive to city beach or downtown, nice bike path that crosses the end of the long private driveway - the ease of use for a family and the friendly, welcoming owners. Will be looking for a long weekend again here next year

Great Place and hosts!
We loved our trip to Grand Haven, the home and hosts both played an integral role to that! They were so welcoming and friendly and the house was exceptionally prepared for our 4 year old and 18 month old! They had toys, dishes, a crib (and pack and play, which we didn’t use), booster seats and a baby gate for the stairs which made our trip so much easier and less stressful! Having toys and books that we didn’t have at home was an extra treat for the kids, and therefore for mom and dad! :). It was a wonderful and well-prepared home overall, but particularly excellent for young kids!

Exceeded our expectations
The location for this property was perfect. Close to beaches and downtown Grand Haven as well as stores for groceries. It is well maintained and has all of the amenities we needed. We have two boys under 12 and they loved playing basketball outside in the driveway and enjoyed the selection of toys. New toys are always more exciting! The property exceeded our expectations because it was better in-person than the pictures showed - clean and well-maintained. The owners were very helpful in providing resources and recommendations both in-person and in the guide they have in the unit. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our stay in Grand Haven! Special thanks to Terry and Sandi!

Very spacious home with 2 large bedrooms, and 2 baths (both with showers). Great outdoor deck and great location- few blocks from Lake MI with beach area to view the sunset and less than 2 miles from Grand Haven beach and downtown area. Large kitchen fitted with everything we needed. Very clean and we all felt right at home!

Whether you are seeking refuge from the hectic city, from landlocked suburbia, or really from anywhere at all, please make a beeline to this absolutely wonderful home, cared for by gracious and responsive hosts, located along the sublime West Michigan coastline.
