This unit is on the top floor at the end of small complex of three buildings, with the best location and view of the "lake" (large pond) with rabbits and birds we enjoyed watching. The unit is spacious enough for 4 but would be a little crowded for any more people. It was immaculate and the Manager/Owner is amazing!! Irina responded immediately to any questions. Access to the property and to the unit was simple. The pool is not huge but the right size for the community. The water was warm enough to spend many comfortable hours in it. The Owner has EVERYTHING in the unit you'll need. Bring non-K Cup coffee as the Keurig didn't work for us and there is a new regular style coffee maker. The utensils and dinner and glassware are abundant and in excellent condition. The pantry and some cupboards were stocked with all you need to eat and drink, including some whiskeys, vodka and other drinks in the fridge. The community is located near all sorts of great restaurants, including Pincher's and Mel's Diner, and within a few miles of Walmart, and all sort of other restaurants and shopping. The highway near the complex has a 55 mph speed limit, making travel around the area quick. There is a great walking/biking path located along Vanderbilt Road, accessible via a long sidewalk from the community. The other guests were super friendly and most were longer term renters from the U.S. and Canada. We have stayed at many VRBO's in the U.S. and abroad, and this one was tops for the money.

Irina and Petar were easy and wonderful to communicate with. From the moment we entered the condo it felt welcoming! This condo was perfect for us, it is bright, clean and comfortable. Very well equipped. We had not been to Florida since the pandemic so this was a great place to stay, it is also in a nice community , close to everything(restaurants/bars, grocery, pharmacy and of course the beaches). We will definitely not hesitate to refer our friends and family and will be going back again. Thank you Irina and Petar for hosting us. L &T

We were hesitant about staying in the Bonita area due to the horrific damage from the storm. We were reassured by the property owners that this location experienced minor damage and the facility was structurally sound. We arrived at the facility as scheduled and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this location for future renters.

As soon as we walked in, the place smelled clean and fresh. Irina was a great host and as VRBO owners ourselves, we appreciated her communication. The location as an end unit was very quiet with a great water view and a lot of very nice neighbors. It's well appointed and very homey. The location is very close to the beaches and great restaurants. We will definitely stay there again the next time were in the area.

This was our first time using Vrbo or any accommodation other than a hotel. The condo was everything as described and more. It was clean, well stocked with everything you need for a vacation at a beach resort. The hosts were attentive and answered all my emails promptly. We felt safe and so comfortable we hated to leave. The screened in lanai was so relaxing as well as the community pool.Beaches, restaurants and shopping were within 5-10 minute drive. This is a wonderful condo in a great location. The condo was just like the pictures showed it - very nicely decorated. It was nice and clean when we arrived and had plenty of space for the four of us. There were plenty of kitchen supplies for preparing meals at home and even included things like spices and cooking oil. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It really had everything we needed. The state park pass is an awesome addition - we used it several times (definitely check out Delnor-Wiggins and Lover's Key). There are lots of great restaurants nearby as well as shopping. We didn't swim in the pool, but did sit by it a couple times - it's heated and was never busy when we were there. The owners responded immediately to a couple of questions I had. Thanks so much for having us! This is a great condo and we would definitely stay again!

My family and I stayed here for our Spring Break. We loved this condo! The location was perfect as it was a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The complex itself was very quiet and peaceful. Having the end unit was particularly nice as it allowed for a nice breeze on the lanai. The condo was furnished so well - it was even better than the pictures! Everything was very organized since we received necessary information beforehand as well as information when we got there. We really appreciated the central location for parking passes, remote, keys, etc. We used the Florida State Park pass more than once! Since our Spring Break was so late this year, nothing was especially crowded. The condo pool was always quiet, and we spent time there almost every day. If my family and I return to the Naples area, we would definitely want to stay at this condo again!

We had the nicest time in Bonita.....condo is so lovely. Got to relax, loved the beach, met new people, discovered new places. We thank Irina and Petar for sharing their sweet Florida spot.

Beautiful view from condo and lanai was very relaxing overlooking the lake. The complex is very close to many restaurants, shopping and beaches. There was also pullout beds for our grandchildren when they stayed with us for a week. Irina was quick in responding to any of our needs and any issued were resolved right away. We would definitely stay here again if the price is right. The only problem is that Homeaway adds on many charges which makes the price too high.

Right next to a lake and a Florida wildlife preserve. The views from the condo were quite scenic, and the rockers in the lanai made for super relaxation.

The condo was very beautiful, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The location was excellent for getting to the beaches and restaurants and shopping, yet very quiet. Views from the private lanai were awesome and very relaxing. Pool was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Little add-ons like beach chairs made the trip completely turn-key. The owners were very interested in assuring we had all the comforts of home.
