Loved the cottage.

Everything, spotless, quiet, private, roomy, beautifully decorated, comfortable. A better home away from home, at a great price. Highly highly recommend. Only 15 mins easy drive into city centre. It's really perfect. Big TV, great internet. You won't be disappointed booking here.

Quiet location

Very nicely furnished, super clean and well-equipped cottage, located in a quiet area close to some good places to eat. Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and a wide selection of stores are also only a short drive away. Excellent communication with the hosts.

very clean, modern and complete with wifi and tv which made the stay very comfortable

weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t want to use the bbq however the hot plate was perfect to cook with indoors.

There was no local tv which would have been helpful with the weather crisis

Lovely little cottage. My toddler had room to play. The house was very nice and warm and was so nice and clean.

I feel that you shouldn’t have to pay extra for children as your booking the whole cottage

Great facilites, as an added benefit a cooktop, would have been great, even if it was a bench top 2 x plate cooktop, as we enjoy cooking.

Cottage was clean, beautiful setting, easy to find. Well equipped

A clothes horse may have been handy as no where to dry clothes after washing.

Breakfast needs were available at the property with great choice
