We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay in Banff. This was our first trip for my husband and I with our 9-month old daughter and having this place to call home made it that much easier. It had everything we needed and the owners were super responsive with any questions we may have had. We would definitely stay again!

Having visited Banff many times before, we have never had a chance to stay at this property but would most certainly stay again. It is centrally located, easy to access, clean, and comfortable. Parking at the property was easy allowing us to walk to Banff Ave & all the nearby restaurants without worrying about where to park.
Having a kitchen is always a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. The loft was a great space to lounge and we appreciated a chance to play some new board games. We didn't have time to try / use the hit tub, bbq or bikes but it was great knowing the option was available.
Communication with the owners was prompt, clear and helpful. No hesitation recommending!

Very clean guest house in a quiet environment. We slept very well. Hosts are kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Super nice that both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main floor!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bob & Susan’s guest house. The location was great, and we were able to walk to pretty much anywhere in town from there. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and we were very comfortable.

We toured Banff for 5 days. We had a great time and got to come home to big, clean, nice house. We loved the bed and pillows. After a long day we jumped into our own jacuzzi tub, nice and hot everything worked. Owners were very helpful. We will definitely come back and rent again.

Perfect for two couples. The ski chalet design is very inviting and the private entrance made us feel very independent. Hot tub was great.

We stayed at this property for two nights over Christmas with my husband and two teenagers, and we were so in love! It was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was extremely clean and I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly well the kitchen was stocked. There were tons of towels, which for me is a plus, travelling as a family of 4 there’s never enough towels. There was a lovely Christmas tree and other decorations that gave the property a homey feel. It was extremely close to downtown, which is just magical at Christmas time. Bob was extremely helpful and friendly which made the stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.

We went to Banff for the Mountain Film & Book Festival. Bob & Susan’s home was a great location- about a 20 minute walk to downtown and the Banff Centre. The hot tub was really welcome after winter hiking!
House was super well equipped and everything about the stay was easy.

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s very well equipped with everything you need and we would definitely stay here again. Bob was very responsive on a couple of minor questions we had. Away from the crowds on Banff Avenue but only a short walk to everything. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice accomodations. One bed was spring mattress, the other firm foam, but ok for us. No a/c, hot in day, but cooled off in early am. Good location, about 15-20” walk to downtown, but roam day passes worked out well too. Highly recommend roam passes to lake louise/moraine lake.

Would give this more than 5 stars if I could. Bob was helpful, even loaning us some binoculars because we forgot ours. The place was clean, well maintained and so close to downtown. We loved it!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bob and Sue’s place. The house was exactly as pictured and had plenty of space for our family of 3. The kitchen was well-stocked and the loft area was such a comfy place to relax. There were lots of games and books/toys that my daughter loved playing with when we weren’t outside exploring. The house is within easy walking distance to downtown Banff. We would definitely stay here again!

Located around 3 blocks for central Banff Ave, this place is in a quiet neighborhood with pleasant, attentive hosts, a nice hot tub for star-gazing, and everything a family needs to cook at home, should they choose. Would definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is tough to beat. You can walk almost anywhere in downtown Banff. It is a guest house but has enough privacy that it feels like it's own home. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with anything that came up. I'd definitely stay here again.

The communication prior to the travel date was smooth and stress free. The property itself was clean and everything we expected and more! We had little to zero contact with Bob and Susan during our stay. However, everything was self explanatory upon arrival and it allowed us to enjoy our private getaway. The location was perfect, as it was accessible to the main the strip. We were able to walk or drive quickly to our destination. I would highly recommend this property! Additionally, the private hot tub was worth every penny. Thank you for having us and accommodating our weekend away from home.

This was an excellent place for our first adventure to Banff. One block off the main drag, we were able to walk to dinner, shopping, etc. The apartment was just right for us with great spaces to sit together as we recounted the day’s glory and planned our next conquest.
Spacious shower, clean workable kitchen, relaxing living room and accessible laundry are things we really appreciate when traveling. Had a great stay.

This beautiful rental met and exceeded all of our expectations and needs. We were in such a wonderful location to be able to walk the downtown area conveniently. The creek behind the property was such an amazing experience that it was hard to pull ourselves away from it. We loved every minute of it!

The Best place to stay!
My family and I stayed at Bob and Sue’s place in Banff. Their place is close to down town and there were bikes to borrow to ride to the local stores. Our cottage was clean and comfy. Having a grill and a kitchen was handy for our busy family and saved us money too. The hot tub was great after a long day hiking!
Bob and Sue were both lovely and very responsive to our needs, they helped make our stay truly special!

Great stay with our kids
Great place to stay with our 1year old and 3 year old. Even had a booster seat and and crib! Hot tub was a nice bonus. Loft and 2 bedrooms was great. Would not hesitate to go back and recommend to others!

Amazing Accommodation
This was the perfect property. Very quiet and private. Great location. We were within walking distance of everything on Banff Avenue. We loved the cozy loft. The hot tub was a very nice addition to the weekend. We will be back for sure!!!

Perfect spot to stay in Banff!
This rental exceeded my expectations. It was clean, easy to access, close to downtown, and is more then stocked with everything we needed. Every time I had a thought “oh I wish I had this” i just opened a drawer or door and there it was. Hot tub was perfect after a cold day and it was nice and clean too. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Excellent Hosts
Bob and Susan have a great property and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. It’s a space where you can get away to your room, or use the cool loft above to hang out with the party you came with and just watch tv. Bob was always there to help with any request or question we had. Super hosts! Thanks again.
