Notre condo est situé dans l'un des bâtiments du premier rang de Maui Kamaole qui offre la meilleure vue et accès à la plage. Le complexe dispose de deux piscines avec deux jacuzzis. Le bassin inférieur a tendance à être plus réfléchie et calme. Considérant que, la piscine supérieure a une chute d'eau et de sable en bas jacuzzi. Les deux secteurs ont propane / zones de cuisine en plein air. Vous trouverez également des barbecues situés près chacun des bâtiments. Il y a aussi deux courts de tennis ainsi sur le complexe.

Everything about this property matched photos and descriptions. But it was even better, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans and utensils needed to cook your meals, just amazing. And they also provided all that was needed for our beach outings, from chairs, towels, coolers, even snorkel equipment and boogey boards. I absolutely will return in the future!!!!!

Perfect Location!
The photo of the ocean from the back patio does not do justice to the actual view. We loved eating breakfast on the patio in the morning and having drinks in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the beach is just across the street. It is an easy walk to a park, stores, restaurants and the condo is well equipped, furnished, and clean. We definitely plan on returning!! Last but not least, the owner was very easy to communicate with. We do plan on returning!

A Little Slice of Paradise
This property exceeded our expectations! If you are looking for a wonderful vacation rental, look no more. The location is absolutely fantastic, it is at the front of the property, with a view of the ocean from the back patio.. There are three beaches about 5 minutes walking distance and so many shops and restaurants in the area. The condo itself was immaculate and fully stocked with items to make your beach day a dream; beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and coolers. There is a full kitchen, too. There is ample parking in the area as well. I would highly recommend this property and give it a 10!

Ending our day on the beautiful lanai was a wonderful way to the day!
My husband and I stayed in this condo for two weeks. Since we were there at the end of May 2021, the sunset was visible from the front lanai. Enjoying a glass of wine on the front lanai to watch the sunset became a nightly tradition. The front lanai is off the main entrance, but due to the angle of the hill and the shrub growth felt private. The back lanai is very private.
The condo is in a very well maintained and quite complex at the very Southern end of Kihei. We really enjoyed the location. The condo is very well outfitted. Due to restaurant capacity limits and our failure to making advanced reservations, we prepared most of our dinners at the condo. We were never in want of a special pot, pan or utensil. There were also plenty of spices, which was a nice bonus. If I were to put anything on a wish list it would be a French Press and a tea pot, however, the electric coffeemaker and a pot fulfilled our needs. The outside grill was excellent and very clean. The communication with the property manager was excellent.
In the interest of full disclosure, the condo association has a lengthy of set of rules; most of which pertain to noise. This is a great location for a quite stay for those who want to start winding down at 10:00 PM. If you are looking for nightlife and late nights, this is not the place for you. Some of the furniture and fixtures are dated, but everything is fully functional. I do wish there would have been more tiled or linoleum flooring over carpet.
This was the perfect place for us to relax and we would definitely stay here on our next visit.

What more could you need.
Not one complaint about out stay here, everything was excellent...even the water pressure. Short walk to the beach and pools and almost anything you will need on short notice. Everything seemed clean and functional and bed was comfortable. If I had to find one thing to improve for future guests I might consider leaving some simple condiments like sugar, ketchup and mustard but other things we needed like pepper and salt were appreciated. Kihei had the best weather on the island while we were here. thanks to our hosts.

Great Kihei location & Amazing view!
This home away from home was perfect for this couple! Across the road from the boat ramp and trails to beaches in each direction made early morning walks and fly fishing very convenient. Parking assigned at the doorstep of a ground floor beautiful condo. Restaurants, stores and all the fun of Kihei less than a mile away. Pool and beautifully landscaped quiet complex. Comfortable bed, lovely furnishings and excellent appliances, electronics and A/C. Sand chairs, boogie boards, snorkels and all you need for a beach day available to borrow. Owner very responsive and clear on directives. Hope to visit again!

This is a beautiful condo, in a beautiful setting. There is an ocean view and easy walk to the beach and town. The owner has thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. Location was exceptional and the bedroom suite was perfect.
We were extremely happy with our stay in Kihei. The location was close to beaches, shopping and dining. If you were in the mood to cook, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook a gourmet meal. Beautiful view from the lanai with morning coffee and in the evening for the sunset. After a day at the beach we melted into the one of the most comfortable beds. With the unit on the first floor there are no stair to contend with and for a couple of seniors, that's so beneficial. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting South Maui.

Wonderful vacation
We stayed for 7 nights at Leahi’s lovely property. Great position not far from the beach and 1 minute from one of the swimming pools. The condo was immaculate and had a lovely view from the terrace where we watched the beautiful Maui sunsets. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in so important for a holiday away from your own bed! The condo was packed full of everything you would need and the complex was immaculate and very quiet. We will certainly return - thank you Leahi.

Perfect spot!
Owner quick to respond to all inquiries. Rental process uncomplicated and transparent - owner very responsive to our requests (even helped us with entertainment suggestions!). Great location! Kihei itself is so full of great restaurants, beaches and things to do, but if you wish to explore the island, it serves as an excellent jumping off point providing quick and easy access to the main through-roads. Leahi provides many extras in the condo including beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards. Having a washer and dryer in the unit itself was a great help! Owner does request you start the laundry prior to departure to assist the cleaning person - important to consider when planning your airport departure time. Accommodations were very comfortable and clean; the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Condo was extremely quiet, and the view of the sunset was fantastic! Also great to have an assigned parking place right in front of the unit.

Perfect Honeymoon Spot!
Let me just say first that the property exceeded our expectations! The listing description regarding the location, layout, amnesties, etc., was spot on accurate, just like it looked in the pictures! The property was very clean and impeccably well maintained! The owner provided outstanding customer service! I would whole heartedly recommend this property to a friend or relative, (as a matter of fact, my wife Cindi and I have already recommended it to our friends and relatives!). We were always on the go and visited several places, including a shnorkelibg excursion to Lana’i, a visit to a local botanical garden, the lavender farm, a local winery, the road to Hana, just to name a few. Some of our favorite restaurants were the Kula Bistro, Threes Bar and Grill, Cafe Olei, Fleetwoods and several others that we cannot recall. It was a perfect place to spend our honeymoon and we look forward to making a return trip as soon as possible!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Leahi's Kihei condo. The decor is lovely and the well appointed kitchen included all that we needed to do our own cooking. The Heavenly Bed was quite soft (we prefer a firmer bed), but not problematic. The hall closet was fully stocked with everything we needed for our trips to the beach and excursions around the island. The double sliding doors out to the lanai created a generous breeze that kept the condo cool, and on the one day that it was really hot the AC units in the living room and bedroom worked like a charm. This unit was very quiet and we enjoyed the view of the ocean from the lanai. The only additional item that would have been helpful was a hair dyer, but the Hawaii sun took care of that! Leahi was very communicative about our stay and made herself available by phone or text for any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again!

The condo was very well organized. Besides it being spotless, it had all the amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need. Also, the place had snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, beach towels, in other words, we were impressed with the facilities.
We would recommend VRBO and this condo to all our friends. We would appreciate getting back our damage deposit of $300 US . That would make it perfect.

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. We had previously done the touristy time in Lahaina and wanted to be close to great restaurants without the traffic on the coast.
The owner of the condo was very responsive and wanted to be sure that everything in the condo was perfect. It was clean, well maintained and had everything in it we needed. It is in a quiet location with an ocean view. The grounds in the development were beautiful. The VRBO description of this condo is accurate and for a couple wanting to escape winter on the mainland, it is a perfect home for a stay on beautiful Maui.

This was our first visit to Maui and we were very happy with this condo. Leahi was wonderful to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions and provided lots of helpful information. The condo is very spacious and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen had all the dishes and pots and pans and equipment needed to make meals at home and the location was walking distance to some nice restaurants. We enjoyed Sargentos and Five Palms. Breakfasts on the lanai were very relaxing and sunset views from there were lovely.
Beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel equipment and big cooler bag provided were great for trips to the beach. Loved our morning walks along all the Kihei beaches. We were glad we booked in Kihei rather than up the Kaanapali coast because it was centrally located and easier to get around the island rather than dealing with heavy traffic on Kaanapali coast. Highlights were watching pro golf tournament in Kapalua, visiting Haleakalā Crater (breakfast at Kula Lodge enroute was wonderful), driving the Road to Hana, Upcountry town of Makawao, shops and restaurants in Paia, watching surfers and kite surfers and turtles at Hookipa Beach. The Maui Kamaole complex was a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day for a swim or to cook something on the bbq which was conveniently located. The grounds of this complex are beautifully maintained, quiet and peaceful.
We would highly recommend this condo and would love to return for another stay.

We stayed at Maui Kamaole. This condo has all the necessities you need for a great vacation. Although we did not make use of all the snorkel, water equipment, beach chairs, binoculars etc. available in the unit, it certainly is a bonus. The bedroom is spacious, plenty of storage. The condo is tastefully decorated. it is convenient to the pool, to Kamaole III beach which is a great place for snorkeling and for sighting sea turtles in the surf line near the rocks. It is convenient to the best snorkeling spots on the Island. Communication with owner is great. Owner is very responsive to any issue you might encounter. The only thing I would change in the condo would be to replace shower curtain with glass doors in master bath. We had no need to use the second shower, but also a convenient feature. The complex has gas grills, however they seemed to take a very long time to reach temperature but also convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook in. It was restaurant week in Wailea, we had an outstanding meal at Gannon's. Many shopping opportunities, Shops at Wailea are convenient as well as several supermarkets. The swap meet on Saturday mornings is a fun outing with many local vendors. There is lots to do, and a great place to visit from a great location. We opted for a day excursion to Molokai through Adventure Maui at $339 per person. A short commuter flight to Molokai, met by a tour van with an exceptional tour guide. A native of Molokai, he was so knowledgeable on history and all aspects of the island. Also included was lunch at Paddler's Inn. Great choice of restaurants, great service. Macademia nut farm was interesting, as well as the working coffee plantation. This whole day tour did not include the rain forest leaving something to look forward on future vacations. a hiki i kekahi mañana! (Until next time).
