Profitez au maximum de vos vacances et profitez du confort et du luxe de cet incroyable condo! Avec une atmosphère à la fois moderne et chaleureuse, ce condo est le camp de base idéal pour vos vacances, peu importe la saison. Vous êtes à quelques pas (200 mètres) de la station de ski le matin pour attraper la télécabine. Pas de problème avec les parkings occupés ou les bus encombrés! En été, ce condo est une entrée / sortie de vélo pour certains des plus grands vélos de montagne accessibles par ascenseur de l'état! Venez profiter des couleurs de l'automne et des vues imprenables sur la vallée de la Yampa depuis les grands ponts. Peu importe la saison, votre hébergement sera un moment fort dans ce condo.
En arrivant à la base de la montagne, le condominium La Casa est caché, mais juste à côté des arrêts de bus, des magasins et, bien sûr, de la base. Le grand parking couvert offre beaucoup de place pour votre VUS et tous vos jouets que vous choisissez d'apporter. Cette unité de niveau inférieur n’est qu’à quelques pas du parking, facilitant ainsi votre arrivée et votre départ.
Dès que vous entrez, la grande cuisine et la salle à manger personnalisées vous accueillent. Avec une grande île dans la cuisine et des appareils haut de gamme, c'est un endroit idéal pour préparer un petit-déjeuner rapide avant de partir pour la journée ou pour rassembler tout le monde autour d'un repas cuisiné à la maison. Une buanderie et un local séparé pour le stockage des skis sont également joints pour plus de commodité!
En descendant de la cuisine à la tanière, vous remarquerez le design épuré et moderne. Une grande télévision à écran plat et une cheminée à gaz créent une atmosphère de détente parfaite. Les lumières LED au plafond apportent une touche incroyable et sont réglables pour un éclairage parfait, quelle que soit l'heure du jour. Deux ensembles de grandes portes moustiquaires dans la tanière mènent à un pont enveloppant, une commodité que l’on ne retrouve pas dans beaucoup (le cas échéant!) autres condos à Steamboat.
En venant de la tanière, il y a 2 chambres avec lits superposés et beaucoup de commode et espace de stockage ainsi qu'une salle de bains en bas. Les grandes chambres à l'étage disposent toutes d'une cheminée à gaz pour les nuits froides et sont joliment meublées avec des meubles personnalisés, pas de lits de style hôtel ici! Il y a aussi des salles de bain complètes dans chaque chambre, aussi élégantes que modernes, comme vous vous en doutez. Une télévision et une commode pour le rangement complètent les équipements des chambres. Terrific place that accommodated two families. Easy access to the mountain and Steamboat gondola. Well equipped and the management was responsive to every inquiry.

Love the location, could walk to the slopes, had plenty of space to spread out and the layout was perfect! Beds were comfortable and loved the complimentary shuttle around town!

We had a group of mid-40’s guys for three days of skiing. The place provided a great layout and space for us to cook and hang out. The proximity of skiing was great along with nice hot tub and easy parking.

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked multiple meals and used the gas grill just across the street twice. Location was very good, just a short walk to and from the slopes. Convenient enough that we went home for lunch several times. We had the early teens and 5 adults and fit well in the property. Thank you so much for the great stay. We went up for a bachelorette party. Not only was the property beautiful and met all of our standards, but it was such a fun small mountain town that has great food and entertainment options. We went to the hot springs, went to a cute bar with a live band, and ate at two great restaurants--8th Street Steakhouse (you cook your own steak) and Mazzola's. We would definitley be back!

Townhouse was very clean and main beds were comfortable. Bunk beds were not as comfortable and are a little small for adults. It was quiet neighborhood and close walking distance to a few restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. The small deck seating was nice.

This delightful, well equipped and stocked condo gave us room to host a dinner for friends as well as relax between wedding events. The condo was completely remodeled with well chosen decor and amenities. My only criticism is that the cabinets were situated for very tall people making it difficult for this short person to reach things.

We had a great stay at this property! It slept everyone very comfortably and was in a great location. We saw a bear and her three cubs right outside the property on our last day. Super cool!

This place was perfect for our girls ski trip. There were six of us and the place was big enough for all our gear. The large ski room was great to store everything. The hot tub is just steps away from the unit and it was about a block walk to the hill. The free shuttle was very convenient. Two things I would recommend, a Teflon plan for cooking egg and a lamp or dimmers in the family room. The lights were way too bright.

The location of this property has an easy access to the gondolas and downtown. Each room was sufficient for our family of 6 1/2!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. The location was a short walk to the gondola and the free shuttle stopped right in front of our door. We loved the three fireplaces and especially the heated floor. We found a great place for breakfast called the Egg that we took the shuttle to every morning. Besides the excellent skiing we also enjoyed going dog sledding. That was something we never thought we would do. We all thoroughly enjoyed Steamboat Springs and would highly recommend this condo.

Family and friends ski trip
We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. The location was a short walk to the gondola and the free shuttle stopped right in front of our door. We loved the three fireplaces and especially the heated floor. We found a great place for breakfast called the Egg that we took the shuttle to every morning. Besides the excellent skiing we also enjoyed going dog sledding. That was something we never thought we would do. We all thoroughly enjoyed Steamboat Springs and would highly recommend this condo.

The unit was as advertised, good value given the short walk to the slopes. Updates throughout the unit. Only suggestion is a better frying pan with a non stick surface, cooking eggs proved to be quite challenging everyday.

We had a great time at this condo. It was right on the mountain which made it easy to access skiing. There is a shuttle that will take you into town and it stops right at the property. Will certainly do again :)

You can pop off your skis and it takes less than 2 minutes. Great location and easy accessibility for all ages of the group. The rooms were clean with all amenities mentioned. The hangout downstairs was a great place for us to unwind after a long day of skiing. The only thing I would note is that the unit has two rooms with bunk beds. This ended up working well for our crew but if you have 3 couples it may be tough. The check-in process was seamless and the communication from the staff was effective and quick. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay at this property again! Highly reccomend.

Very nice accommodations but needs some attention
We loved this property and it is in excellent proximity to the ski mountain but there were several things that could have used a little attention for the price we paid to stay there. When we arrived we found an empty water bottle on the dresser in the master bedroom, dirty drink glasses and partially smoked cigars on the patio and someone’s shorts hanging on the back of the bathroom door downstairs (btw, we left them and they were still there when we checked out). The small bedroom on the kitchen level didn’t seem to be heated. There was a portable heater in the room which we used but the room was still cold to sleep in. There were also no instructions on how to adjust the thermostats which may seem self explanatory but turned out to be a little tricky. Besides this we found the batteries dead in the light and fireplace remotes and the lights under the cabinets in the kitchen don’t work so it was a bit dark when using counter space. The kitchen faucet was also broken, as it swiveled to the touch and the handle came off any time it was turned off or on. The living room fireplace is beautiful but has loose stones along the bottom of the fireplace screen and the fireplace screen came tumbling down in the middle of the night after everyone had gone to bed. The check out instructions ask that you throw away all trash but there is no trash dumpster on site to use. There did happen to be some gentlemen on site picking up the trash as we were preparing to leave otherwise we would have had to leave it in the unit. Most of these are minor issues that could be addressed with a simple walk through, some written instructions in the unit and a good cleaning but we definitely found these things to be disappointing considering the price we paid to stay there.

Very clean and close to the gondola!
Enjoyed the heated floor, modern design and cleanliness of this condo. The location also can’t be beat. Some features weren’t working, such as the hot water in the downstairs bathroom, but the rental company was very responsive.
