The house is laid out perfectly and offers a wide open first floor design. The kitchen/breakfast bar flows right into the living area offering a perfect setting to interact with family and friends. Each bedroom has its own bath and all are roomy and comfortable. The backyard patio is perfect for morning coffee or happy hour. We loved this property and highly recommend it.

We stayed three nights, and had an amazing time. The house is immaculate, has everything one would want, and is walking distance to excellent restaurants, downtown, and the Naval Academy. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

I am reluctant to write a review for this house because we would like to keep it a secret so we can have it all to ourselves! This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We rented it for Plebe Parents Weekend and we hope to rent it again and again during the next four years that our son is at USNA. The home is spacious enough for a larger family. Each child had their own room and bathroom. We barbecued the first night and watched movies in the comfy living room each evening. We adored the neighborhood cat who comes to visit each morning. It was a true home away from home. The owners were super easy to work with and very helpful and accommodating. Downtown Annapolis is just right over the bridge and we dined at all the best restaurants in Eastport and walked for coffee each morning to the neighborhood bakery around the corner. We will most definitely be renting this home again in the years to come!

We stayed at the house for the 2015 USNA graduation week--it was perfect!!! It is about 2 blocks across the Annapolis downtown bridge in Eastport. The location couldnt have been better. It was a quick walk to numerous great restaurants as well as the Annapolis harbor. We walked to everything--and with the graduation gridlock we were really glad we could walk. The house is a beautifully decorated open floor plan--great for entertaining. Kitchen is huge and very well equipped. The upstairs has 3 bedroom all with private bathrooms. Additional sleeping included a twin in the main floor study and a king size bed in the unfinished basement (our boys chose the cool basement). The main floor also had a powder room. The backyard was beautifully landscaped with shade in the morning and afternoon. We had 32 people for a backyard BBQ and it never seemed crowded. Every person who walked in the this house ooh and aah. Several people ask if the house was for sale. I cant rave enough about this house!!! The owner were a delight to deal with--we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy the best of downtown Annapolis and the USNA.
