Penthouse 14 est une unité au dernier étage dans le Pinnacle Port Condominiums, qui est situé au sein de Carillon Beach. Ceci est une communauté fermée, avec une plage privée. Ceci est une propriété spectaculaire entourée d'eau sur 3 côtés.
Lake Powell est idéal pour la navigation de plaisance, pêche, observation de la nature, et de nombreux sports nautiques. Le golfe du Mexique vous accueille sur l'autre côté.
La communauté dispose d'une grande piscine couverte Golfe en plein air devant la piscine, le tennis, le basket-ball et jeu de palets. Autres activités de la famille comprennent le sable de volley-ball, promenades à la nature adjacente préserver et si les nuages arrivent à rouler dans la salle de jeux vidéo! Il y a une salle d'exercice, saunas, une salle sans fil et d'innombrables autres commodités pour profiter pendant les vacances.
Vous êtes également à quelques pas du Carillon magasins bénéficient: pizza, crème glacée, café, salle familiale et de la musique et à pied à la maison. (Si vous ne voulez pas vous ne même pas à quitter la communauté !!)

We stayed at this place for a week and it was perfect. Location was ideal as it was right on the beach, and it was within walking distance of a lovely ice-cream shop and other amenities. The owner was prompt any time we had a question, and was very helpful. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to relax.

I will definitely rent this Condo again. It was very clean and roomy. The beach access was great with plenty of room for all guest. It was close to stores and still away from all the busy areas.

Beautiful condo with everything you could hope for in a great location: Perfect for families with small kids. Located on the beach with access to a pool also, who could want more.

Beautiful Gulf Views
Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. The views were great! Nice indoor pool for the cool, rainy days. Grocery stores nearby. The Carrillon Beach restaurants were very good and we could walk to them. Would recommend this property.

The condo was clean and has everything you need for your vacation.
The only negative ill give it is the A/C did not work well. Being on the top floor by about mid day it would get up to 80 degrees and stay that way till 11:00 or 12:00 at night.

Easy check in. Nice place with plenty of seating. Nice views from both balconies. Nicely equipped with everything you need. I’ve stayed in the tower five times now and this felt like the roomiest. Great price and seems like a great owner. Only thing I can pick at would be the upstairs master had terrible sheets on the bed. They had fuzz balls that were itchy. The ventilation is not good in bathroom. Not sure if it can be improved or not. I loved this condo and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for renting to us this past week!

Great retreat on the beach!
We loved our time at this great condo.The pictures were very accurate of the description. It was very spacious and the views were wonderful.it was well equipped and had a lot of storage and room for everything. The air conditioning worked great and loved having no carpet.The 2 balconies were very spacious also.The owner was very good to work with and the process was easy.We loved having 3 baths and 3 beds so we will most definitely return

Family beach vacation
Nice family vacation spot. Location was good and facility was nice. Fully equipped unit with great manager service. Upstairs has great beach view.
Water pressure was low in the upstairs bathrooms. The dryer in unit wasn't drying efficiently and the bathrooms weren't clean(removable shower curtain had mold on bottom of it).

Great time for family reunion.
The property was clean. Clear instructions were given and it was ready as described.
It’s a wonderful value for the money. Water pressure was not great in guest bathroom but not a big deal. The fan in upstairs master starts out very loud but does quiet after running awhile.
Great views and amenities. I would highly recommend.

We’ll be back
This was easily the best rental experience we’ve had in the 30A area. Our whole family was comfortable and happy — and steps from the beach. PH14 is well kept, clean, and comfortable and Gwen was a pleasure to work with. If I need a 3/2 again we will return to PH14 if we can.

Everything was wonderful.
The view was amazing, the condo was excellent. It had everything we needed. Location was perfect. We will definitely come back and hopefully be able to stay here again.

Great Family Getaway
Penthouse was spectacular with views that are exceptional. Complex was clean and quiet. Enjoyed the indoor pool as we had many overcast rainy days. My only complaint was the internet based cable tv was a bit troublesome.

Wonderful Penthouse
The penthouse was beautiful with exceptional views. The building has great facilities and easy access to the beach. If I am in Panama City Beach again I would definitely stay here.

Great Condo in a great location.
Great location on the beach surrounded by all the amenities you need. The complex has everything for the whole family. the condo unit is on the top floor with balconies on both sides of the building, so you get a beach view from the master bedroom and a neighborhood/beach view from the living room. The unit is fully furnished with no issues with WiFi or TVs (kids really didn't need either. they were too tired from hours of beach fun). We have stayed at a couple of units in this complex and would highly recommend this one.

Had a great time and the place was great but the wifi and TVs wouldn't always work. You couldn't watch TV in all the rooms at the same time. The wifi was slow. I loved having a view of the ocean.

Gwen, the owner, is extremely helpful and accommodating. The condo has everything that you need to cook meals and keep up with laundry. Nice beach view from upstairs master bedroom. Beds are super comfy. Enjoyable vacation!

My husband surprised me with a long weekend to the beach. He selected this unit which is a Penthouse on the top floor with two balconies, one overlooking the ocean. The unit has three well decorated bedrooms, a small but comfortable living area/kitchen, was clean and well provisioned.. The master upstairs has a balcony with beach view. Although there were just the two of us, you could comfortably have up to six people in the unit. The building has an indoor-outdoor pool and good access to a beautiful white sand beach. It is conveniently located near 30-A and many restaurants, shopping, etc... You can enjoy the beach without the huge crowds. We would definitely come back to rent this unit in the future.

We stayed at this property over new years while it was a little cold out but could have not enjoyed our time more. The property itself was comfortable and quiet. Our group consisted of two couples and we had ample room for the 4 of us. The view off the balcony of the beach was breathtaking especially during the sunsets. I worked with Gwen a bit and she was a complete pleasure to work with. She was very quick to respond and is very kind. We plan on staying there again sometime!

This is a great property, right on the beach, publix is across the street, and the shopping and dining in Rosemary is only 2 miles away!

Place was good and complex is updated...But just change cable provider for whole complex - only had cable in living room. (No other boxes available at time of visit). The cable is internet based. It would repeat, skip and freeze.
