Wonderful stay very clean. Our beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Lots of green space to walk and sat outside on small deck and enjoyed the sunshine.

We have family in Charlotte and the location was perfect. Communication with owner was excellent.

The place is very nice (as long as you can do stairs.) It had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. The highlight for us was the location. Right on a beautiful golf course, in a safe and pretty neighborhood. We had dogs and walked them around the neighborhood daily. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The condo was as advertised. We had one minor hiccup right after check in but it was immediately addressed by Adam. The beds were comfortable! The view was fantastic! It’s close to stores and restaurants, etc. We’ll definitely stay again.

Quick relative visit. Great location central to much. Wish stay would allow play on golf course.

Really enjoyed the place it was really quiet. The neighbors were nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was great! Would definitely recommend and go again! Also for those that love golf it's a great place!

The property overall was perfect for a half week stay. Anything we could've needed was a short drive away while still being tucked away in an extremely nice neighborhood. The water side view was delightful as well, it really made the morning coffee even that more enjoyable! The host was amazing and made everything from check in to local information a breeze! Highly recommend staying here and will do so in the future!

The property was clean and provided everything we needed. Only thing that would have been nice is something to make ice. Could not use the back deck because trash cans for the units are stored below and the smell of the garbage made it unpleasant. It was dark inside and the dark painted wall made it all the darker. The owner was very nice and responded to questions prior to our stay very quickly.

We enjoyed our time in the VRBO townhouse. The location was excellent and it was a lovely area.

We had a great stay. We were visiting family in the area and we pleased at how convenient the location was to everything we needed.

My family and I had rented this property years ago and we were so excited to come back. The place was even more comfortable than we remembered! The updates are beautiful! And birdwatchers will love the chance to see herons, hawks and songbirds around the property. We can’t wait to get back!

A great location for our needs visiting family in the area. We especially enjoyed the wildlife around the pond. Very quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We weren’t there much except to sleep and cook breakfast but it had all we needed. The property was clean and kept well. Instructions were clear and detailed for tv, appliances and check in/out process. Owner was very responsive and flexible.

You won’t be disappointed with this property, it’s very clean and quiet and Adam the owner is so friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable and there is a pretty view outback. We plan to return Carrie L Georgia

This is our 3rd time staying in this condo, we obviously love it and the great location. We will definitely try to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for 8 weeks while we searched for a new home in the Carolinas to be closer to our son's family. This compact town house was centrally located, provided enough space, had comfortable beds, splendid views of the golf course from the small deck off the kitchen, where we enjoyed eating out in nice weather. The neighborhood provided access to wonderful, tree-lined streets for our daily long walks, with wonderfully variegated architecture. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs for daily preparation of meals (we were not vacationing and eating out!) The 2nd floor shower-bath unit shows its age, and the plumbing fixtures were a bit quirky, but nevertheless serviceable, and Adam indicated that he was planning to upgrade it soon. Excellent grocery stores and shopping were very close by at the Arboretum mall, with other shopping areas also conveniently close by. Adam was an excellent host, responding immediately to our questions and requests.

This place was perfect for our 5 night stay. Convenient and close to shopping and dining. Comfortable, home like feel. Clean and well stocked with all the necessary linens, kitchen equipment etc. would definitely recommend and will be staying there again!

The property is in a quiet residential area. Kitchen was exceptionally clean and well stocked, had everything at hand that we needed. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable! Plenty of sheets and extra towels available too. Enjoyed watching the herons, deer and turtles from the deck. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Place was not clean. Dishwasher smelled of mildew. Items left in washer and dryer. Garbage caddy had not been left out so garbage could be removed since the last unit dwellers. Towels looked dingy with stains and rips. Under cupboard areas (kitchen and bathrooms) were gross. TVs went in and out frequently. Needed to b rebuffered often to restore. The place looks worn and tired in addition to cleanliness issues mentioned above. Neighborhood and location were very good.
