Albert Sami K is the most excellent host. Very prompt and courteous with any concerns.10 out of 10. Thank you, Albert!! As far as the condo, beautiful view from the balcony. Spacious and comfortable interior. The appliances could use an update but served the purpose intended. The parking garage is a bit tight for larger vehicles. All the pools and lazy rivers were a hit with both the kids and adults.

Perfect place!
This place is perfect. My teens loved all the pools and I wad able to relax on the beach or in the lazy river. Location is great, Barefoot landing just minutes away.

Group Vacation
There was a large group of us that stayed in this property. We had plenty of room to move around. Checking in and coming and going was easy with door codes and we had the most amazing view. We got to see some dolphin pods playing in the water. All the things we could possibly need were there for us including blender, toaster, 2 coffee makers (pod and regular). We enjoyed our stay and will be booking here again. Communication was very easy and quick with the owner too.

Great for a quick getaway
Albert was great! The only hiccup was having our parking passes that was delivered within 20 min. This place looks EXACTLY like the posting and the larger Oceanview was great for pictures and people watching. The staff at the Sandtrap( restaurant on premises) were welcoming and the food was good. Albert replied to every message instantly.

Beautiful beachfront property!
The property is a little older, but in good condition. Had restaurants, pools, Jacuzzis and things to do on site. The only downside was the parking. Had to park in garage across the street and the spaces were very tight. Would definitely stay there again!

Awesome view and unit
As South Carolina residents we have been vacationing at myrtle beach for a long time and I can say this is one of the best experiences we have had. The reviews talked about how clean it was (that sold me) and it lived up to the expectation. Very clean with a lot of room and an amazing view. I also have to talk about the owner. He went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. We are already planning our next visit back to this unit!

Perfect view and location
Great family vacation! Waking up to this view every day was worth every penny. And the ease of access to the pool was fantastic! The owners were very responsive and kind. I’d definitely stay here again. Only things to share:
1. The ventilation isn’t great. Everything feels damp and the Sandy floor got gross. We had to dry things in the drier daily.
2. The noise in surrounding condos was loud for us. I would bring ear plugs for sleeping if I went again.

Albert was amazing! Any problem was addressed IMMEDIATELY. He was very quick with replies. Property manager was very friendly and helpful.

Great stay and wonderful experience
The condo was just as described. Easy access to the beach and pools via the elevator. Wonderful location in North Mrtyle Beach for family activities that you can walk to if desired or a short drive to MANY other activities. Highly recommend this condo and this area for a family vacation.

Our stay was Aug 15-21st for my great niece's birthday. Condo was as listed. We did have to call to get kitchen towels, a dish rag and hand towels. I've also seen this in other reviews, so not sure why they aren't included! The ice maker only made ice once and the fridge froze everything on the bottom shelf, even after we turned the temp down. Beds were very comfortable and Condo had everything we needed. The resort is very nice and well kept. Tiki bar is fantastic! Would stay at this resort again.

Nice place, Nice location
The unit was very nice and the view was wonderful. Our only issues were the fireworks directly in front of our condo every night at late hours and the lack of guest compliance with covid mask precautions. Both of these concerns were time related not condo related. Be sure to bring toilet paper, dishwashing soap, and so on. The unit doesn't provide these items or not enough of these items. Overall the unit was clean, bright and open, wonderful location, and covered parking.

Great location and view.
We had an enjoyable and relaxing week. The condo was in excellent condition. Cooked all breakfast and some lunches in condo. Had all pots, pans and utensils needed.
Pools and beach access are very convenient and the view of the ocean is fantastic.
We had an adequate supply of body towels but no hand towels and the ones provided are low quality. The only item preventing a five star rating.
Overall an excellent condo and we will return.

Great place with an even better view
My family and I stayed at the Baywatch resort because I had a cousin getting married here. The condo was a great price, and the trip was awesome.
My three year older daughter loved the view of the ocean, she used the pools every day, and she didn't want to leave.
The condo was really nice, 5 great beds and we loved that Netflix was on the TV (keeping the kid entertained).
The resort was great, really easy to get to, and has some great amenities. And if you want to leave everything is really close.
We did have some questions for the owner, but the communication could not have been better and we would totally rent this place again.

Perfect Stay & Easy Communication
Code didnt work at first with door but owner answered my call the first time and reset with no problem. From beginning he answered all my messages through the app. Everything was clean and overall a great experience. This was my 2nd time staying here. Will be back again.

Having 5 + heated pools was great. They are lighted so swimming after dark was no problem. The ocean was warm for the third week of April. The only problem was the internet speed was too slow for my teenagers.

Rooms comfortable condo
We had a wonderful week long stay at this condo. It was spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had troubles getting the lock to work the first day and Albert and his cleaning staff were very helpful.
