Nous sommes heureux d'ouvrir notre maison de vacances familiale pour vous faire vivre le plaisir de passer des vacances dans cette belle partie de l'île de Bruny.
No41 Dennes Point est niché au-dessus de Nebraska Beach, Dennes Point; Promenez-vous sur les marches de la plage de sable, sûre. Un endroit parfait pour profiter de vacances.
Magnifique vue à 180 degrés sur la plage et le canal d'Entrecasteux. Avec de grandes fenêtres et des ponts spacieux, vous trouverez un endroit idéal pour observer les mouvements changeants de la mer.
Cette nouvelle maison a des espaces de vie à aire ouverte confortables, et une cuisine bien équipée avec des appareils de qualité, y compris cuisinière à gaz, four électrique, micro-ondes et machine à café. Les larges tabliers enveloppants permettent une transition en douceur de la vie intérieure à la vie extérieure, avec des meubles d'extérieur et un barbecue à gaz.
Avec 2 chambres, la maison peut accueillir 4 personnes. Chambre 1 a un lit queen et accès à la salle de bain de la maison. Chambre 2 a 2 lits simples. Un porta-lit est disponible sur demande pour un bébé. Les matelas sont neufs et équipés de couvertures électriques. Les draps et serviettes de qualité sont fournis. Il y a une salle de bain et des toilettes séparées.

Le café Jetty est à 15 minutes à pied ou en voiture. Ils servent du café chaud et de délicieux repas.

A beautiful relaxing location in the less touristy (North Bruny) area of Bruny Island. Perfect location if you just want to chill out, but also great as a base to explore the rest of the island. The property has everything you need for a very comfortable, relaxing stay, including a large fridge, big kitchen with oven, cooktop and microwave. If you prefer BBQ cooking, there is a Weber Q outside.
The views from the floor to ceiling windows are spectacular. The place is well insulated with double glazed windows so even in winter (or the wild winter like weather we experienced) it is warm, comfortable and cozy. The beach is just below via a short path - perfect to go for a stroll along the beach or for a swim during warmer months (or winter if you’re brave).
Communication with the hosts, Janet and Frank, was very easy and excellent. We were there during a period of severe weather in Tasmania that caused widespread power outages in across the state, including North Bruny. The hosts advised us the morning we were due to head across to Bruny that the power was out in the area so l best not to come that day and refunded us for the night. It was unfortunate the weather challenges meant we had one less night than planned in this lovely location, but the timely communication allowed us to make alternative arrangements for the day and night.

This is our fourth stay at this beautiful accommodation at Dennes Point. It feels like home to us now. The house has everything you need and is decorated beautifully with huge windows that overlook the beach and the mountains beyond. There is a little path that leads directly from the garden to the beach. The owners are friendly and so easy to communicate with. Cannot recommend this place any higher. It’s a little piece of paradise!!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a very relaxing stay. The property was exceptionally clean and had everything we could possibly need. Despite the wild weather it was lovely sitting beside the window reading or watching the weather change. We will definitely return. We stayed for 3 nights in Janet’s fantastic, incredibly comfortable home with amazing views to the water/beach and beyond from the expansive windows (with window seating) and also from the large deck. The beds were extremely comfortable - we all slept so well. The home was very well equipped and tastefully decorated.

I booked in for my parents for an early Christmas surprise. They stayed there two nights and absolutely loved how quite, private, clean it was. The comfy bed and the wonderful views from every window. It is so close to the beach as well. Definitely recommend staying here when on Bruny Island.

Staying at No41 Dennes Point was truly one of our highlights from our two week family visit to Tasmania. My wife and I would go as far to say that you should make this an absolute priority to stay here if you intend to visit Bruny Island, an ABSOLUTE MUST! 3 nights was barely long enough, so stay for as long as you can! Our children were captivated by the safe, almost private beach below as we sat on the deck above watching, and admiring the 180 degree view of the bay and ocean life. The property is just SO relaxing, if it wasnt for the world class places to visit on the rest of the island we wouldnt have left this property for the duration of our stay. The house also has everything you need, and the hosts are just so lovely. We just felt so honoured to be able to stay here and all our family will never forget the time we got to stay at No41 Dennes Point. We will be back!

What elevates this property to stunningly perfect is the view and aspect.
You can sit and stare across the bay for hours as the light changes, it's like having a Turner landscape that is alive and available for your constant private viewing.

well the property is magnificent , the view out the windows is breathtaking , we sat there looking out for 2 or more hours the day we arrived .
we know the owners didn't make the view but they did make the house and what a damn fine job as well
I am a carpenter of 40 + years and the work done in this place is magnificent the lounge furniture is very comfortable the bed was great except a tiny bit firm for my liking , the kitchen was very well fitted with all the utensils one could ask for and great cooktop also .
I could go with supulatives for another 1000 words and we met the owner Janet she was very nice indeed.

Having never been to Bruny before we were amazed at the clear water and beaches, such a relaxing location with uninterrupted views over the water.
The house was well appointed and kitchen had all sorts of extras not usually included which made cooking for ourselves so easy. The electric blankets were a cosy touch as we were visiting from Qld, the only additional extra could be a dryer. The beds were very comfy and ample throw blankets to rug up with, looking out through the full glass windows at the ocean

It is our second time staying in this wonderful home and we already are planning our next trip. The house is absolutely amazing with everything you could possibly want. It is decorated beautifully with the most incredible view. There are so many spots to relax and unwind, you don’t really need to go anywhere else. The beach is just metres away down a little winding path. The beach is peaceful and calm, complete with rocks to explore and even hammocks to relax on.
I honestly can’t imagine a more perfect place to go on holiday.
The owners are wonderful. Very helpful and provide much needed travel advice and communication about the house. On the day we left we were kindly told we could check out later than normal which gave us more time to enjoy the beach. They are absolutely perfect hosts.

It’s the other end of the island to Adventure Bay, if you have a car you won’t care. STUNNING, cost effective, amazingly well equipped, great quality EVERYTHING, around the corner from some amazing pizza (100 hour ferment on dough). This place is EXCEPTIONAL.

This experience was tops. Amazing view over the channel, crystal clear waters, rays in the bay, visiting curious Quoll at night, lots of Wrasse and a Seagull (yes, really....) caught off the pier with a rod. Hosts are fabulous and it seems they have invested a lot in the house with superb detailing, decor, double glazing, pretty garden, all round a really good value experience.
