L'un des plus grands condos 3BR / 3BA de la plage de Navarre. 2 chambres avec vue sur le golfe du sol au plafond pour une vue imprenable sur le golfe et sur l'île de Santa Rosa. Accédez au balcon privé du golfe depuis la grande salle et deux chambres. Depuis le balcon, vous verrez des levers et couchers de soleil à couper le souffle sur le golfe tout au long de la saison d'hiver, des couchers de soleil sur le détroit de Santa Rosa en été et des dauphins qui roulent toute l'année. La troisième chambre a une belle vue sur le son.

Belle Mer is our favorite vacation condo. Each time we go, everything is as wonderful as it was the first time we vacationed there! It has the best view and the best balcony. You can see both the ocean and the sound from the balcony!!! The condo is clean, spacious, nicely decorated, has comfortable furniture, is really well stocked, and the owner is accessible and genuinely wants the guests to have a wonderful vacation!

This was our first stay in Navarre after years of staying in Pensacola Beach. We absolutely loved this location. The beach was not crowded, we had easy access to rental chairs, and unit was well-stocked with everything we needed. The owner was excellent to deal with and a great communicator. We would recommend this unit for families.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Navarre Beach. It was our first time there and we hope we can visit again. The condo we rented was in excellent shape and very accurately described. In addition, the owner was a joy to work with and provided some great tips for the stay.

We visit the beach at least once every year. It is a great way to start summer. This is the second year that we stayed in this condo and we love it. We have booked another family trip for 2025 and we can't wait!

We were so happy when we walked into the condo. It looked and smelled clean, the bedrooms were big and the view…. THE VIEW! Stunning blue waters were seen through the family room and Master bedroom. The porch was huge and we spent every morning drinking coffee on the porch watching dolphins and turtles and manta rays swimming by. Truly a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

The water was clear and warm. On our trip we saw a sea turtle, loads of fish, and potentially a hammerhead shark (from the safety of our balcony- it was pretty far out). I could’ve sat on that balcony forever: the view was spectacular and the sound of the waves was so soothing. Lots of shops and places to eat. Lots of people out and about but it was always quiet where we stayed. Sad to leave!

All in all the unit is great we really enjoyed our stay. The owners communicate very well and everything is as advertised. If I could say anything the cleaning crew needs to do a better job the floors were pretty dirty upon arrival but in their defense the vacuum doesn’t hardly work so we just swept every day. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to look into some slightly larger tv’s I found myself straining to read the guide. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely visit again.

Navarre Beach is peaceful and beautiful, and this Bel Mer unit is perfectly located with a magnificent view of both the gulf and the sound There is also plenty of comfortable seating on the balcony to enjoy that view!
The owners have paid great attention to provide a place that is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean! The owner is also available if you need him! The kitchen is very well stocked, and the dining
area has plenty of room to comfortably eat. The living room is spacious and is furnished so the guests can relax without being crowded. The higher quality furniture in this condo is attractive and very comfortable! The beds are comfortable and the furniture in the master bedroom is beautiful with spacious drawers. We’ve been coming to Florida beaches for years, and can honestly say this condo exceptional! We can hardly wait to go back again!!

This was our third time staying in this unit. It is comfortable, well equipped and has a great set up for families. Being right on Navarre Beach is a priority for us. The pool is nice for the kids and the beach is just steps away.

The Florida Panhandle has my favorite beaches, the sand and water is hard to beat. Our condo was at the quieter end of Navarre Beach. We had a couple of days with some rain, a couple of really good days and a couple of perfect days. We can't wait to return!

Our family really enjoyed this condo. We have stayed at the Belle Mer before but this was the first time staying at this particular unit. The unit is well furnished, clean and in excellent condition. Also, the owners are very nice to work with. Matt even called me after we arrived to make sure we were happy with everything, which I thought was very thoughtful. You will enjoy staying here.

Highly Recommend
I can't say enough about how perfect this condo was for our family vacation. So much room, well stocked, and the view is amazing!!! We had other family staying in two other condos in the same building and they commented about how much they liked ours! It was clean and well taken care of. Linens were of much better quality than we have ever had in other condos and we were surprised at how much extra paper products (toilet paper & paper towels) were included. The owner was great to work with during the reservation process and during our stay. He touched base the day we arrived, reached out when there was a water break to make sure we were aware of a boil advisory, and reached out as our stay ended to see if we needed anything. We are already making plans to return to Navarre Beach next year and I know one of our families will definitely be staying in this condo.

Excelent Property
This property was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was well furnished, very clean, and in a great location. The information material, sent to us in advance, was the most thorough and accurate we have ever received, which made the check in process very easy and our stay very enjoyable. Matthew was very quick to respond to any question I had before or during our stay. I will definately try to rent this property on any future trips to Navarre Beach.

We have been coming to Navarre Beach annually for over 30 years. Our growing family is comfortable in this spacious and well equipped unit. The proximity to the beach is unmatched and the pool is child friendly. We already rebooked for next year.

The views were wonderful. The condo was so clean, and the beds were even comfortable.
Every amenity that you could ask for…they had it covered. Very fast response from owners if i had questions. They even called the day of our arrival to make sure things were good.

Gorgeous View
This was our first time in Navarre and we loved it. The water in the gulf was like swimming pool clarity and the sand was like sugar. We had a stunning view from our 14th floor condo!
