This was my first time using Vrbo and this place was spectacular. Very clean and had all the necessities and then some. The beds were very comfortable and had fresh linens. Washer and dryer was so nice to have in the unit. The amenities (pool, lagoon, fishing pier) were all enjoyed by my family. The unit is located at the perfect spot within the resort and close to the pool, lagoon and a short walk to the pier. I definitely would recommend this for your next stay.

We stayed here for spring break. Property was great and a good size for a family of 4. Kids had their own large beds so could have fit more potentially. Seaweed made the marina a little smelly that time of year (April) but was concentrated to just that area. Property is in walking distance of a Dolphin encounter non-profit where for $15 a person you can go in and watch the dolphins swim which was a family favorite.

We had so much fun and enjoyed all of the amenities. Well stocked, clean, and cooperative. Highly recommended!

The condo was great for meeting our extended family for a Keys vacation. The house is comfortable and decorated with a nice style throughout.

Just one note water in toilet in large bathroom keeps running. Water bill will be high. It's a quick fix. Had a wonderful weekend. Thank you

This is a very nice property. It is a center unit with one small bedroom on lowest level. The other two bedrooms are on the third floor. The bathrooms on the lower level and main are very small….very small! Which was a surprise and was a challenge for a few of our friends. The upstairs bedrooms are nice size but lack storage and there are no hangers. The upstairs bathroom is very nice. The pool is small and not very many chairs. There is no restroom for pool users. We thought the location was great. And we had a nice time there

What a beautiful place! Perfect size for a family vacay. Easy to navigate. Understandable communication. Too many steps and basement bathroom a bit small. Add a golf cart and then I would give a 10.

The community amenities are gorgeous. 2 days here wasn’t long enough. The condo we stayed in was gorgeous and right on the lagoon. One of my favorite stays I’ve had in a long time! Will be coming back and booking again soon!

Great, clean, elegant townhouse. Salt water lagoon was great to swim in and walking out to the point overlooking the ocean was beautiful. Only criticisms are could use more hangars and hooks to hang wet towels, and a welcome sheet with guidance/instructions for tv, washer/dryer, etc. would be good to include.

Property is exactly as advertised! Beautiful view of lagoon, and Large Iguana sunning in tree just outside the patio enclosure! The Good: Lots of room to spread out; gorgeous upstairs bathroom/tub/ shower; beds were SUPER comfy; washer dryer newer and worked great: came stocked with lots of spices and starter coffee and filters (may have been left by previous occupants); third floor patio furniture nicely padded; private. VERY CLEAN! Property Highlights: The clean pool, the jetty you could walk out to see sunrise/ sunsets, plenty of outdoor seating in and out of the sun. Lagoon is full of beautiful fish and lobster. Bought a snorkel mask at Walgreens (a short bike ride away). Clean, friendly Security at Gatehouse and Grounds Staff do a great job keeping things garbage free and tidy. The “However…”s BIG THiNG: (Condo itself) the ground floor level has a step up to the landing and bedroom, then you turn to go up to the main level. Coming back DOWN, turn on the landing, open door into downstairs living room and there’s a STEP DOWN that I missed twice, and my mother actually fell. It’s just a regular step down in the same color tile that needs a sign, or yellow/red tape on the ground level. I had a laundry basket in my hand so stumbled down into the room and caught myself. My mom fell down and caught herself on the pullout couch bar and we spent the day at the hospital. EASY FIX, I am writing to the owners. I just don’t want someone else’s vacation to be spent at Mariner’s (GREAT little hospital and EMS and ER staff!) I pray you don’t need it. It was 100% avoidable. The stairs are steep and narrow. Anyone with knee/ ambulatory issues ((or big feet!) should just put up the money and go stay at the Mariner’s Club as their condos are one-floor living (and gorgeous-my sister stayed there). The third floor patio was missing a screened panel, but I am assuming it’s from a recent storm and on the To Do list as the gnats came out in the evening, and there was a paper wasp nest above it so anyone with a bee allergy would have been concerned. Tiny things: Two shower doors didn’t have plastic/rubber dams so water came out under the door which is no big deal EXCEPT when someone is more susceptible to a slipping hazard. Property (not condo itself) The walkway lamp light was out so it made traversing the outdoor stairs from main floor patio to lagoon walkway difficult (we used cell phone light but I was still not the safest)

The property made for a nice stay for our family of six, with ample sleeping space and multiple bathrooms/showers. The gated community felt safe and offered various amenities for us to enjoy during our short time in Key Largo. Was a convenient drive to the State Park and other points of interest.

The listing is accurate and this place rocks. They supply beach/pool towels, there was even a cooler to use.

Place is clean, updated & tastefully decorated. There are bikes to cruise to the little beach & break-wall. Property has 2 pools & a lagoon to swim in. I hope we can stay longer next time

The house was exactly as described online. Great for our family. Location was awesome.

I stayed at this property with several friends. It was very clean and very comfortable for the six of us. The community is nice. There is a jetty where you can watch the sunset at the beach area as well.

The townhouse was very clean and had plenty of space for us all. We had a great time enjoying the sandy spot overlooking the ocean down by the boat dock. The only complaint we would have is that the neighbors on the patio next door were smoking marijuana and we were unable to utilize the patio in the evenings. We had a great time!

Very nice property! Very clean and well decorated! The fees for cleaning and Vrbo fees were rather high for the stay! I would recommend a serving platter and serving bowls for serving dinner!

Good location. Reserved in the marina so had our boat close by.

Stayed a week with whole family. Took boat from ft lauderdale. Deep water marina was perfect and safe. Golf cart brought us to everything, plenty of restaurants nearby that cooked our catch. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed here with another family (kids ranging 10-13) and had a wonderful time. The sleeping and living arrangements were perfect (kids in the bottom floor, parents on top floor, common area between). The pool saw very little use from us but the lagoon was a huge hit with the kids! Don’t plan any beach activities on site as the sea grass accumulation is significant (and smelly) but it’s worth walking past to go down the jetty. The kitchen had more than everything we needed to cook most meals in the condo. Overall, a great unit for a two-family stay!

Great over all experience

Came to Key Largo for a wedding only stayed the weekend wish we could have stayed longer. The property was perfect. Would love to come back and stay longer

The townhouse was just like the pictures. The property was very clean well located with short drives to several places to eat and shop. There were 3 adults, 2 teens and a 8yr old and we were all very comfortable with lots of space. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to relax with family.

Good location. 24 hour attendant at entrance to property. Good amenities and clean. One panel of screen completely missing on main balcony.
