Notre grand 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains appartement est situé au troisième étage dans cette mi-montée, complexe privé. transat et un parasol location service de plage est inclus Mars à Octobre.
Notre condo est entièrement meublé, décoré professionnellement dans un style chalet de plage chic, et équipé de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour de belles vacances à la plage. La cuisine est un délice pour un chef et très bien équipée. Il y a une grande salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit et causeuse, sacs de haricots pour les enfants et une grande télévision à écran plat avec un lecteur Blu-ray DVD. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement six et nous fournir une chaise haute pour le petit. La chambre principale a un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat, un lit king size avec le matelas le plus confortable jamais! Une grande promenade dans le placard avec construit dans les tiroirs, nouvelle douche carrelée, elle et lui lavabos, des vues magnifiques sur le golfe de la grande fenêtre d'angle et la parole à des portes vitrées donnant sur le balcon. La chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit queen size, un ensemble de lits superposés, télévision à écran plat et DVD, un placard et une belle vue sur Santa Rosa Sound. Vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter ce condo spectaculaire!
Profitez de toutes les commodités ... nager dans le magnifique golfe ou le front de mer, piscine saisonnière chauffée ou jouer au tennis sur nos courts privés, le travail dans le centre de remise en forme, aller à la pêche sur la plage ou le poisson du nouveau quai de pêche de 300 pieds. Louer des jet skis, scooter des mers, des vélos ou faire para-voile et explorer l'île. Aller bombardements ... le littoral en constante évolution apporte beaucoup de belles coquilles. grillades en plein air est disponible et idéalement situé à proximité de la piscine.
Nous ne sommes qu'à 15 minutes de la Gulf Breeze Zoo et 30 minutes à la Gulfarium à Fort Walton Beach. Nous sommes à moins d'une heure à la Naval Air Station de Pensacola, la maison et la pratique terrain pour les Blue Angels, et le Musée National Naval Aviation. Destin et Fort Walton sont dans les 30-40 minutes. Profitez de golf à proximité.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. It was beautiful, clean, fully stocked, and communication with Katie was excellent!
The kitchen had every appliance you could think of/need. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we just felt like we were at home.
The views from the balcony and master bedroom were exceptional. I looked forward to coffee in the lounging chairs every morning.
Very quick, short walk to the beach! Plus the additional storage closet just outside of the condo that was fully stocked with pool/beach toys, chairs, and games was a huge plus! Also gave us a place to store our beach wagon/toys/chairs that we brought—loved this!
This was our 2nd time in Navarre but our first time at this condo. We will definitely be booking this condo when we go back!

Loved our stay. the Renovation was just right. Not too beachy and good ameneties. Navarre towers building is in great shape and going to the beach from the condo was super easy. Did not mind to run back to condo when I needed to. Great place. Love Navarre Beach.

Everything was as advertised. The condo was nice and fully equipped with the essentials and then some. The owner was available if needed. The beach was beautiful and clean. Beach chair set up was a plus. The view from the balcony of the condo was amazing all hours of the day. The experience was peaceful and calm. I would stay there again!

We loved everything about this condo…the pictures don’t do it justice. It was super clean, well stocked, appears to have been recently updated (including furniture). The views from the balcony are breathtaking. You’re steps away from beach access….a very beautiful, safe, not congested beach. You’re within walking distance of some good restaurants…others are a short drive away. Can’t say enough positives about this property…..don’t hesitate to book this place!!!

We visit Navarre Beach every year if at all possible and this year our stay was enhanced due to the great accommodations! This unit was EXCELLENT!!!! Very clean and had every thing we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The fully stocked "Beach Closet" right outside the front door was an added bonus! Couldn't believe how well stocked everything was. We highly recommend this unit and will probably try to rebook for our next years stay!

This was our 7th or 8th trip to Navarre Beach. Always have stayed in condo on the beach. This condo has been our favorite to date and hopefully get to stay there again. Most well equipped Condo by far.

This rental is bigger than the photos appear which was an unexpected surprise. It was very clean and well kept. The tower had extremely convenient and direct access to the beach. The umbrella and chair service were a fantastic included perk of the rental! The owners were easy to get in touch with and communicate with during our stay. The views are breathtaking from this unit! The beds were all very comfortable. This was our first trip to Navarre and we will definitely be back (hopefully to this same rental) next year!

One of our top five destinations to date. Condo was clean with updated decor, a nicely equipped kitchen, and a spacious patio with beautiful beach and ocean views. Plenty of beach chairs, floats, sand toys, etc. were available for use in the spacious storage closet. We like to vary where we vacate each year but this condo really makes us consider returning next year.

Nice and quiet area. The ocean was everything we had hoped for. Katie was prompt with answering questions. The condo was nicely decorated. Balcony had beautiful views. The only fault was with housekeeping when we arrived. Counters, end tables were not wiped down. Refrigerator on the outside was not cleaned. Dishwasher could use updating.

The pictures were accurate! It’s a lovely and comfortable condo! Everything was very clean! We stayed in more than usual because of the marine life so the condo was just right. The owner kept us up to date on the weather too. Will rent again😊

I love love love this condo. Not only was the host extremely communicative and informative, but she provided so many things that after 30 years of coming to the beach here, you just don't see in rentals and it was so accommodating. The instructions for everything were very helpful and easy to understand. The view you can't beat by all means and the ease of getting to the beach from the condo was seamless. We even had an evacuation while we were there and everyone handled it so calmly and without any disorder..we just went and sat on the beach until the minor issue was handled. I cannot say enough about this condo. I can't wait to bring a family member with me just to sit on the balcony all day and watch dolphins and sunrises. Thank you, Katie. I can't wait to come back to my favorite place!

Katie's property was above and beyond
all expectations! My husband and I did a working vacation, and we were able to comfortably use our laptops for video calls, file downloads (decently sized Excel files), and calls. 5G service was strong in the unit, specifically at the dining table and in the second bedroom, which we used as our two offices for the week. Wifi had a strong signal, but did go out on a stormy day for the duration of the day and half the next day; due to the strong 5G, we were able to tether off our mobile devices and continue working without an issue (if you're planning a workcation, highly recommend you sign up in advance with your carrier for data tethering with unlimited 5G speeds).
When we weren't working, we were living and playing! This condo truly felt like home. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently upgraded and were these amazing clean, modern havens! The kitchen was so well equipped and had everything we needed! The washer and dryer were amazing. The furniture was all in great shape, including the outdoor furniture. The extra chairs and pool noodles in the storage room located conveniently right outside the unit were fantastic.
We loved every moment of coffee on the balcony overlooking the gulf, spotting dolphins daily, and the tremendous value of having two beach chairs and umbrellas setup each day by the beach services without even having to be asked (name on back of chair reserved it just for us!). Even when all we could do is step out at lunch to go put oir toes in the Gulf, we had our chairs waiting and it was an absolute dream or convenience. Please remember to tip the beach service guy!
Communication with Katie was easy, and she was very responsive when we had a slight issue with a noisy neighbor in wee morning hours on one occasion (only happened once -- otherwise, quiet and easy to sleep theoigh the night). Thank you for a lovely stay -- we will certainly be back!

The condo is great and so are the views!
A great location and quiet beach away from the big cities. Plenty of places in town to check out and eat at. Plus 30 minutes either direction are two large towns to expand your vacation! The 2 beach chairs and umbrella are a great extra!

Our experience was great! We loved the condo. We really appreciated the use of the beach chairs and all of the beach toys for our grandsons. We only hope we left it like we were supposed to. We would stay there again.

Comfortable like home
Katie was very quick to communicate with any questions or concerns. The view was amazing from the balcony, we even got to see dolphins! Kitchen was stocked very well with cooking utensils, the beds were super comfy. The beach chairs was a wonderful amenity as well!

We came to unit 302 with our children ages 20, 16 and 8. Other members of our family stayed in other units. Our unit was the "hangout" because it was by far nicer than other units in the building. It was very clean and very much felt like home. It was spacious enough to not feel as though we were tripping over each other. There is no need to bring any beach supplies because the beach closet is like a wonderland with everything you could need including sand toys, boards, chairs , umbrellas and more. The unit came with beach service including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella per day which saved us hundreds. We told the attendant our unit number and told him we were there for the week and he had our chairs sat up in the same spot with the rest of our family's daily before we even arrived at the beach. (He does appreciate tips) The bed was nearly as comfortable as home. There was great water pressure in the showers. The kitchen was excellently stocked with all tools needed. We cooked at home daily due to covid and never had any issues. The kids loved the waffle maker :) the view is fantastic and so very close to the water. Overall this unit will not disappoint and looks even nicer in person than in the photos.
