The best part of this stay was the location. We loved the quick walk or ride to the beach, but had a great time relaxing in the sound which was steps out our door. The ocean toys and kayaks were fun to have provided, and the pool was very convenient. The area was quiet and the place was large enough to house us all comfortably. We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and once again we were so happy with everything. The condo is located in a great place and has everything you need. We had 3 teenagers and 1 pre-teen staying with us and they enjoyed everything, being close to the bay and the ocean are what makes this place incredible. The amenities are just as they are listed and you will have everything you need plus a beautiful view of the sunset every night.

The house is very nice. The garage was full of beach toys including kayaks, paddle boards, and a lily pad. The dock was great for fishing with the kids and beach access if very close.

My husband and I took our four children, ages ranging from 7 to 19 and the house was very accommodating for all of us. The extra room in the basement was a bonus, so all of our kids have their own room! The house was very well stocked and very clean. Would most definitely stay again!

We enjoyed being at the beach and in Navarre very much. It is just a few steps to the bay but quite a little hike to the beach. The beach chairs provided are very worn and after toting several to the beach we realized they were completely rusted and broken. We were able to rent some for $220 for two days. The home was clean and provided a nice stay. The host is very good and kind. A few things could use updating, replacing and repairing. The walk along the bay was really nice with gorgeous sunsets. Thank you for a nice relaxing time. We had plenty of room and our family really enjoyed it.

We were in Navarre for a wedding on the beach, Location was perfect and met all our needs. Glenda was very nice even letting was check in early.

This is a well maintained, very clean, very spacious property with the kindest owner. The pool is just off the back deck and the boat slip as well. The beach is a walk across the street. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Pensacola or Destin. There are some interior steps but we didn’t mind.

This was our second trip to Navarre, this townhome was so wonderful. The location was prime, so close to a private beach on the sound. Plenty of room in the spacious house, will all the things you could possibly need. The owner was also so great a communicating quickly and was so helpful. We look forward to coming back and staying here agian! 10/10 if we could give mroe than 5 stars we would!

This was a great rental right on the beach. I can’t think of any negatives at all. It was perfect.

The house is a townhouse, and it’s little bay beach just yards from the back deck was the highlight of our trip, as the ocean had red flags and double red flags out all week. My kids had a blast catching fish and floating around, digging in the sand . It was very quiet and peaceful as we were the only people there most days. The house was clean and check in was easy. It’s well appointed with a nicely stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and beach towels. There is also a pack n play and high chair which we didn’t use as we brought our own, but are in the closets there. Glenda was very responsive to questions. There are lots of beach and bay things to borrow in the garage which is great. You can easily walk to the beach, but the closest public access does have quite a few stairs if you’re bringing a wagon. But everything else to walk to nearby is easy. You do need to wash all the towels yourself as well, so plan that into your evening the day before/morning of check out. My only complaint for the week was the construction going on in the unit next door was unbelievably loud. We tried to watch a movie one rainy day in the living room and had to give up and go watch upstairs in the master to escape the noise. The next day my 2 year old woke up about 30 min into a normal 2 hour nap because it was too loud. Our last breakfast at the house was accompanied by very loud hammering which did not stop while we packed up our stuff and loaded the car. I realize construction next door is out of the control of the property owners, and Glenda did try to help by contacting the other owners, but it really was a big drawback for us during our stay. Without the construction it would have been the perfect stay!

This property sits perfectly located so the master bdrm views the bay and at sunrise and sunset it's a beautiful scene right from your bed. The owner(s) have done a great job thinking of the little things - ice packs, beach toys, first aid, beach towels, etc (all the things we forget about on vacation). Location is furnished well and spacious, we will definitely go here again.!!

We had a great time at this townhouse. We had 4 adults and 3 children. This townhome has everything you need! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and beach wagon. We loved the pool, the bay side small beach and were really close to the gulf side too. We were not able to swim on the gulf side because the waves were rough so we really enjoyed the fact that we had a pool and a bay side to swim in! We loved being able to spread out with all the space. Great communication with the owner! We will stay here again if we can.

Very nice property. Great location. Perfect if you have a boat to bring along. Private dock with security door. Short walk to an excellent State boat launch so you can easily launch your boat and if you have a small enough boat/trailer (mine is16ft) you can store the trailer in the garage and keep the boat in the slip. Unit 15 is very comfortable and has everything you need for a nice week at the beach. Owner has lots of "toys" in the garage and you are invited to use them all. Kayaks (2), paddle board, bikes, and a wagon for taking stuff to the beach and back. Very nicely landscaped property with lots of grass and accent lighting. Pool looked very good. The only concern would be if your group likes to go back and forth to the beach as it is a five minute walk down a paved sidewalk, across a two lane road, and along a wooden footbridge across the dunes to the beach. Easy wagon pull across all surfaces. Not an issue for us but may be for a family with several kids; of course, there's the pool. And a nice beach sand area at the sound edge on either side of the pier walkway to the boat dock that would be perfect for small kids. Shallow calm sound water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again next year.

We have always had a great time in Navarre. This is the first time we have rented a house. We will for sure book this place again. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, we loved the home and would recommend it, especially for adults and older children. We had 3 generations stay and it worked very well for most of us*. We got lots of rain and had to be indoors several days but never felt crowded because we had room to spread out. The listing pictures are very accurate, except that the "little beach" on the sound side now has retaining walls. Highlights: great location, very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, lots of beach supplies, convenient to pool, access to garage parking, pack n play and highchair provided, upstairs bedroom is quiet and private, friendly and prompt communication with owner, washer and dryer Very few cons and nothing worth taking the rating down: no garbage disposal and we would have liked a bedside table in the master. *Other than baby equipment above being provided the unit may not be the best for toddlers unless you bring a wraparound baby fence to block the stairs and plastic/paper plates, cups, etc. (We brought 2 of the tension gates but they do not fit very well.) My 5 year old grandson said it was the most beautiful house he had ever been to and wants to go back as soon as possible, but for 2 weeks next time. We would definitely come back after his toddler sister doesn't need to be blocked from the stairs and won't hit her head on the heavy glass tables every few minutes! Note on the 1st floor bedroom, it is nice and dark for sleeping but not very quiet if anyone is in the living room!

I cannot say enough about this place. It was absolutely beautiful. We had the perfect view every morning and such a short walk to the ocean. Glenda was amazing to work with and hope to do so again in the future.

The property was just perfect for our family. What really made the trip special was the extra items that allowed us to truly enjoy the island experience both sound sides and beach side (bikes, boogy boards, sand toys, float mat, etc.) along with the luxury of having the condo fully equipped which made it feel like a home away from home.

Plenty of room, loved the pool, the dock was great for fishing whenever you wanted to, home well stocked with beach toys, chairs, and kayaks. Short walk to beach and pier. Love the calm small community feel of this place. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Glenda for a wonderful vacation!!!

We love Navarre and our stay at Burns Vista was wonderful. The location is great. The house was perfect!

We loved our stay at this property! The townhouse and pool were wonderful. The pier and dock were fantastic! It was so nice to be within walking distance to the pier, bay, and the beautiful beach! The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. One slight need is a new microwave. It had some exterior issues, which didn’t bother us, but it would stop working during cooking time. Otherwise, everything was as indicated on VRBO. There are 2 beautiful new kayaks that we enjoyed! The pool is very warm, big and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The townhouse is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Glenda was readily available to communicate with and was very helpful! Great vacation! Thank you Glenda!

Glenda’s property is the perfect secret slice of paradise that EVERYONE needs. [Or maybe we keep it our secret? ;) ]. The home is immaculate and we kept in touch with Glenda our entire stay, communicating was a breeze!

The condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was very clean and spacious for the whole family. We will definitely be coming back.

We had 4 adults and 3 children (7, 8 & 10) staying at this condo and we had plenty of room & beds. The owners left "toys" for the beach, including two full-size kayaks and one child one, plenty of beach chairs, life jackets, etc. It had a nice patio and grill. I like the location on the bay side - it's mere steps to the pool and beach and way less crowded. Actually not crowded at all. My grandsons had a great time and hated to leave. Me too.

Property was in a great area. On the sound and a short walk to the Gulf. Lots of kayaks, paddle board, and other water stuff. Place was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Will definitely look at renting here again.

I rented this property with the amenity of an advertised pool. While traveling to the property, on the day of arrived, I was casually notified by the owner that the pool was not “ready”. The pool had been damaged in a hurricane LAST YEAR and had not been repaired. I had 2 infants with me. The property was rented with the expectation that the entire family, including the infants, could be together and use the pool. The owner offered to comp a day at a lazy River at a nearby Marriott Hotel and we loaded our things and went to the hotel to be told that passes for the lazy River were sold out for the season. Just disappointed that I wasn’t notified that there was no pool as was depicted and advertised or even a chance that the pool would not be operational as it was a big reason for booking. If you see the beautiful sunset and pool in the listing don’t be fooled. The owner refunded $200 on a 4 night stay but that doesn’t make up for the deceit.

In addition, many things in the unit are either broken or close to it. The small kayak is cracked and should not be used, as it filled with water and could have sunk. The paddle board is missing it’s fin and too should not be used. Lots of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet and the coffee pot had not been checked in a long time, considering the filter with molded coffee was still there. I think the unit may need a thorough cleaning and update, but the location and views were amazing.

The place was very clean, looks just as advertised, stocked with plenty of beach equipment, we even added a few pieces. The neighbors are great, the private beach is just steps from the deck, and the pier is great if you want to fish. The only regret is that the pool is still under repair from a hurricane, but that's not the owner's fault. The kitchen and grill are great if you like cooking out. And the morning view from the decks are a great view. I Will definitely use this place when visiting in the future, And would rank higher than a 5 if i could!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Navarre, the area is great, and the property was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and a great location. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and I highly recommend staying here. You have your own little beach to use or you can walk to the main beach.
