The best part of this rental was the location. The jacuzzi on top of the place was also clean and perfect temperature. The couches in the living room may look uncomfortable in the pictures, but in person they were very comfy and it was convenient that they could be made into beds.

We enjoyed a great extended weekend at this property. Everything from coordinating with the Owner, to easy access to the property, great amenities, the roof-top deck with spectacular ocean views, the clean and inviting hot tub, and easy access to the beach and Oceanside pier. All in all, a perfect 10 vacation!

Property was great. Loved the upper deck. Plenty of space inside, very clean and had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. it is a short distance to the ocean but not near a sandy beach. Towards the pier is a beach area with playgrounds not too far away. I appreciated the Manager providing an overview of the place no guess work required.

The home is multi level and very nice. The property manager met us there to show us everything and give us keys and garage remote. It does only have one parking spot in the garage and the rest is on the street. it is very close to the beach. the home comes with beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, and sand toys which was awesome. the kitchen is fully stocked with all pots pans and utensils. has a nice dining area. and a beautiful rooftop patio with the jacuzzi which was perfect for evening sunsets.

This was a great property in Oceanside. Rooftop deck and hot tub were definitely a bonus. It has good space. They had 3 boogie boards, several beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys to use. Property managers were very accommodating and helpful. Only downsides are that it is right across from the railroad track so there is some noise and the waterfront closest to the property is large rocks so we loaded up the car and drove to the beach. I would stay there again.

Great property with close proximity to the beach front and pier. The view and jacuzzi on this property are unique and the major selling point IMO - few other properties in the area can tout this and we took full advantage. Tim, the owner of the complex, is very thorough and kind. Part of the check in process is meeting with him as he walks you through the house, hardly a hastle in the least, it was incredibly helpful. Tons of beach equipment and beach towels provided. The garage fit our suburban just fine. We had a great time - thank you!

Stayed here for San Diego Surf Cup Soccer Tournament
Stayed at this property as a family for our son’s soccer tournament. Convenient location - minutes from the beach, downtown ocean side and 20 mins away from the Surf Cup fields. The rooftop jacuzzi and seating area were a cherry on top for this property. Super clean, cozy and convenient! Tim, the manager, is the best at communicating. Thank you!

Great stay!
We loved our stay at this home and the rooftop did not disappoint! So relaxing to go up in the morning with coffee and later to enjoy the sunset. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and we appreciated that the house was away from crowds, but not too far to walk to restaurants and attractions. I will say that there are a lot of steps in the house as it is a townhouse, but our legs got used to that quickly. This was a great place and we're looking forward to visiting and staying again!

Best Place to be staying Oceanside
This place was super AMAZING. the view from the top patio nis all ocean, drink your morning coffee up there, along with the wonderful hot tub. The kitchen, dining, and living room were all equally wonderful and is large enough to handle a big family experience. The beds are super comfy, and the [lace is clean, clean. clean. You have a pass for street parking and a space in the underground garage. It is perfect. You are one block from the ocean, take a walk down to the Strand and feel the waves lapping up against the rocks, the spray in the air cleaning out your worries and stress. Plenty of restaurants and breweries around, cute stores and the beach is large, clean and beautiful. There is no a better place that this gated and secure home in Oceanside. You will thank you lucky stars. I would give the whole place 10 stars if I could. You come, you'll see.

A view from above!
This home was the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Oceanside. I went with my beastie and our two teenage boys. There was plenty of space and privacy for all of us. The rooftop is incredible. I spent every morning up there with coffee and the sound of waves crashing. In the evenings it was wine and beautiful sunsets along with some jacuzzi time. I loved that we could walk to everything which we did. Timothy was great and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay!
The house is nice and big. We had adults in the bedrooms and a couple of teenagers in the living room on the futons. It was great to have the beach chairs and boogie boards provided. I do thing the shower curtains need to be changed out more often. Other than that, it was great. The roof top patio was wonderful!!

Great house but overzealous manager
This house was a great base for our trip. The terrace and hot tub were amazing and the neighbourhood is great. The house is also very well equipped.
The one major downside was a very intrusive property manager who showed up repeatedly in person without permission and with a disrespectful attitude, to tell us to turn off music at around 10:30pm or vacate the property faster (even though we were on schedule to check out on time), and who accused us of “smashing” the hot tub when we had four people in it and it overflowed slightly and there were no obvious instructions on how to rectify the situation. We tried to respect the neighbourhood noise rules only accidentally playing music not too loudly a little after 10pm on two occasions, and when one is spending several thousand dollars to rent a property for 10 days one does not expect to be treated with such a lack of privacy or respect.

Amazing time by the beach
What a wonderful property! I stayed at the beginning of October with my 2 year old twins, my husband and my parents. First, the place offered plenty of space for our party, and was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The upstairs! That’s the star - as much as I loved the rest of the property, the rooftop I tried to be as much as I could. There is a spiral staircase that would be a challenge for people with mobility problems but it was not a problem for my family, including my parents who are in their 60s/70s. There are also trains nearby but I found the sound relaxing and the kids LOVED them. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, and other assorted supplies you might want. And Tim the manager is incredibly responsive. A 10 out of 10 without hesitation.

Gorgeous views, great house, right next to beach
We stayed here and had an excellent time. The rooftop was the gem of the property. Sunset views were stunning! The patio furniture and market lights made for the perfect hang out and the hot tub definitely made those sunsets even better. Beach access is directly across the Main Street which is a 2-3 minute walk away. The owner was great. The house is much more spacious than the photos show, the beds are comfy, plenty of linens and towels provided, there is garage and street parking and beach chairs/boogy boards/beach toys provided, and the kitchen is decently stocked with a nice big fridge. Great location near the coastal rail And restaurants and breweries. Loved our stay and missing those rooftop sunsets already.

Nice beach house
Good experience overall. Tim was very attentive. First level is a huge garage to park your car, and also to wash your clothes. A “hose off” area is off the garage to get the sand off. Beach chairs and other items to use are in great condition. There are a lot of stairs...2nd level is living area, 3rd level are bedrooms, 4th level is the roof with hot tub and ocean view. WiFi was out all week due to construction down the street. The refrigerator kept our items “cool” rather than cold. Many places at the beach don’t have AC but this place did, which made things very comfortable. Since the place is about 2-3’s of a mile south of the pier, there is a bit of a walk to get to a beach area for the kids to play in the sand.

Convenient to pier and the main drag. Also really close to beach access and all the beach accessories to have a great time (chairs, toys, boogie boards, towels, etc.). Home is well equipped. The rooftop hot tub was great at night.

Perfect location and excellent accommodations. The rooftop deck and seating was great for sunsets and hanging out. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and never felt cramped. Great rooftop view of ocean!
We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. It was exactly as advertised. Real beds for 6 people and futons for the others. Kitchen well stocked, although we mostly snacked in ours. There were too many good restaurants we wanted to visit! Short drive to San Diego and surrounding attractions. We also drove to Disneyland one day which was only about an hour away. Very mild weather. Jackets only slightly needed at night, if then. The hot tub was enjoyed by some of our group. If equipment is not in working order, it's only a phone call away to get it taken care of. We would definitely go back to this property. Many wonderful memories made here. I highly recommend!!!

Great time at a great place!
We were 9 adults and 5 children (all 5 and under). We had enough room, enough bathrooms and plenty of fun! The rooftop with the jacuzzi was great for unwinding after a day at the beach. The weather was hot but the house stayed cool. The kitchen was fully equipped (better than at home!!) Beach toys and boogie boards were available. Adult beverage and coffee shop only 2 blocks away. There are trains nearby which our kids loved. The trains were no problem at night. The owner lives next door and was more than helpful. The ocean is within two blocks, and the beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Great venue for a summer getaway.

Great family vacation!
We had a wonderful week and loved many things about our stay! We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the upper deck with the view of the ocean. The hot tub was so relaxing and a great way to start or end our day. Everyone had plenty of space and it fit our family of 10 perfectly. Great location and the house had everything we needed from a washer and dryer to boogie boards, beach umbrellas and a kitchen that was easy to cook meals in. We loved it!

Beautiful 3 bd, roof top deck, great neighborhood
The place was perfect! Amazing home, lots of room, privacy, secure, very clean, spiral stairway from balconies to great roof top deck and Jacuzzi! Air Conditioning was the best! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. One block from walkway to the gorgeous rocky beach, the most spectacular sunsets. Local market just down the street, downtown shops, restaurants and train close by. No car needed. The only thing I would add would be more lamps in the living and dining areas. Best of all Tim P. was there to help us and we could call him if anything was needed. My family loved it. Hope to stay there again next year.
