Bienvenue au paradis! Confortable, propre et spacieux, notre condo est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances ou de fuir le froid, toute l'année.
2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bains avec cuisine récemment mis à jour, ouvertes à la salle familiale. Notre balcon est l'endroit idéal pour observer les dauphins jouent, et bien sûr profiter de la vue en constante évolution.
La chambre principale a une salle de bain privée, un lit king size et un lit gigogne double, avec une belle fenêtre de coin sud-ouest dans le golfe!
La deuxième chambre dispose également d'un lit king size, et la même vue sur le Golfe.
Salon dispose d'un mobilier confortable avec un canapé / lit pleine taille.
La table de salle à manger peut accueillir 6.
Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision, la cuisine est bien approvisionné et nous fournissons même vous démarrez avec le papier, détergents et produits ménagers, ainsi que des serviettes de plage et quelques chaises de plage! Sentez-vous comme un invité, pas un locataire!
Réservé, un parking couvert est à quelques pas de l'ascenseur et il est le stockage à l'extérieur pour vos jouets. Sans Souci a également un parking de porte pour bateaux et véhicules récréatifs, et une zone de grillades en plein air!
Piscine chauffée (le plus grand de l'île), bain à remous et salle d'exercice, avec un mini-Mart et (restaurant des habitants les plus populaires sur la plage) de Peg Leg Pete juste en face de la rue.
Sur la ligne de tramway en haute saison, avec des trottoirs pour marcher ou faire du jogging et des pistes cyclables, vous allez adorer ici! Alors s'il vous plaît, soyez nos invités Mi condo est Su condo!

The condo was exactly as advertised and pictured. It was very clean upon check in and the goodie basket was very much appreciated. The mattress was the best that we’ve ever slept on while on vacation. For someone with back issues, that is one of the things that we look for when choosing a place. The condo was well stocked from kitchen utensils, to towels and sheets, to books available to read. The VIEW was awesome! The condo is right on the beach and getting to and from the beach was very easy. The pool was clean and a great temperature. OH, the parking spot right by the door was an added perk!! The complex was safe and gated. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Pensacola Beach in the future. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Great location, very clean and well cared for. The added collection of beach supplies is a HUGE plus ( saves a lot of money if you were planning to rent shade and seating). Kitchen has everything, fully stocked with all essential appliances, various tableware ,and utensils. Nice collection of board games and books make a lazy day more enjoyanle. This rental has it all! Will return.

Of course, as expected, the location was amazing!! But, what was unexpected, were the added touches that made this unit our home for a week.
MaryAnn gave us all the information we needed and then some. She also answered questions that we had the answers to, but didn’t know! In addition, our granddaughter left behind a cherished keepsake. MaryAnn did not rest until it was found and returned. This kept a great vacation from being a sad memory for one little girl!

Great beach, not too crowded for middle of summer. Second stay at Sans Souci in two years! Unit was clean and accommodations well thought out. There’s always one thing you can think of that is missing and this was not the case. Even a gift basket with snacks!
Only things to note for improvement or planning purposes:
1) Pool has zero shade
2) WiFi was in and out briefly but not enough to disrupt trip
3) Dryer door was in awkward position
4) Balcony door difficult to open/close
Standouts:
1) Extremely clean
2) updated decor
3) Small details in kitchen above average, even a crock pot :)
The only problem we encountered was difficulty engaging keypad deadbolt upon arrival but the manager was freakishly prompt :)
Overall this unit was in top 10% of similar properties we have visited within our budget! Great beach! Great beds couches showers, User friendly kitchen, extras like games, movies, books, Would rent again!!!!

I’ve stayed in multiple condos within Sans Souci and this has been my favorite experience thus far. It’s obvious the owners have thought about the guest’s perspective as many small conveniences were included, such as actual soap dispensers at each sink rather than bars. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall.

This was just the perfect place for me, my husband and our parents to stay. The two king size beds was the clincher for us. The place was clean, comfortable and very well equipped to meet all of our needs. When we visit Pensacola Beach, this will be the place we look to rent!

We had a wonderful time, the condo had everything we needed, plenty of space, nicely stocked, a perfect view of the Gulf and across from our favorite restaurant Peg Leg Pete's (we had dinner there 4 times). The parking space and beach supplies in the storage locker were amazing. We also loved how close it is to the beach. We will definitely be coming back to unit 409!!!!!!

We traveled as a family of 4 from Louisiana. Other family members were camping at Fort Pickens Campground, the closeness made it so easy to keep in touch daily with everyone.
The property was RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Literally steps away. Traveling with a 9 and 3 year old meant lots of stuff to bring down with us and the walkway to beach distance was a dream come true!
The condo was in remarkable shape and super clean! The owners allowed access to the storage unit downstairs that gave us a place to keep our beach items and not have to lug back upstairs. The parking spot was directly in front of the elevator access, ummmm hello- SUPER PERK!!!! Let me not forget Tom Thumb across the street with a booming restaurant next door.

This was the perfect amount of space. Not too big, not too small. Well equipped and very clean. We loved that they had some beach towels and beach gear available for us to use. Easy access to restaurant across the street, a small convenience store for basic needs and a trolley stop! Would definitely stay again! Owners were extremely responsive and very welcome!

From the day we booked till the day we checked out, everything was simple and perfect. Communication was fast and great. Check in was super simple, and she worked with us since we got there a little early. The condo was exactly as listed, and the extras thrown in made it better! Great location, great view. We will be going back and we can’t wait!

The condo has a parking place at the door to the elevator. You can’t get any closer. The condo itself was clean and very comfortable. The beach towels were a plus. There were so many extras that you don’t normally find. Snacks, beach towels, first aid needs, spices, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. Absolutely love the location with its proximity to a great restaurant. Both bedrooms are spacious and have king beds which was perfect for us. Property manager was great to work with and responded promptly to all messages. Would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was ideal and the view was gorgeous. It was easy to get to the beach and the hot tub by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. A couple of suggestions: it was hard to see in the unlit storage closet where all the beach items were kept, and the umbrella should be replaced.

The condo was great. The owner has everything we needed and way more than we expected. The snacks were great for when we arrived before we made the grocery run. The location was great also. The owner provided chairs, umbrellas, and multiple beach toys and games. Can’t wait to come back next year.

We have stayed at San Souci before and love the view. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Including the basket of snacks on the counter when we walked in. Unloading our bags was very easy. Plenty of carts and parking was convenient.

The Condo was very clean and comfortable, with all you need for your stay including a thoughtful welcome basket. The Condo overlooks the beautiful Beach, sunset and sunrise, full moons and stars are enjoyed from the balcony. Covered Parking for one car is directly in front of the garage entrance to the building and lifts. Trolly carts provide easy unloading from car to condo. A designated storage room has all you need for the beach. Across the road from Peg Leg Pete's bar and restaurant serving great food, drinks and entertainment. We had a wonderful stay and will be back, highly recommended!

The owner was very accommodating and thorough in the instructions for our stay and the condo was very well stocked compared to other ones we have stayed at.

Went to Pensacola for 5 days. Condo was clean spacious ,most beautiful view of ocean everything was convientfromparking to restaurants and stores. Love it there because its more on quiet side. Weather a little chilly but beautiful sunny days.ocean was beautiful did go in a little ways . property well kept

This was our second year staying here. This place has it all. Great beach access, a nice pool, and a wonderful location near restaurants and things to do. We loved staying here and will be back again.

We really enjoy our stay at San Souci but especially this trip in our new home (409). MaryAnn was great to work with and the unit was very nicely appointed. We could not have asked for a better stay except for the potential visit by IAN. Look forward to going back next year
