Amazing West Side -- Walk Everywhere -- Dog-Friendly
Cet appartement d'une chambre est situé au-dessus du garage de notre grande location de vacances et peut être réservé soit à la maison ou séparément. Cette maison est flambant neuf en 2014 et très bien équipées avec des planchers de bois franc exotique, comptoirs en granit dalle, et d'une grande douche à l'italienne.
L'emplacement de cette maison est tout simplement exceptionnelle pour visiter Bend. Vous serez au cœur de la merveilleuse et populaire West Side. Vous pouvez certainement trouver tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans une promenade facile.

Comfortable and clean small one bedroom apartment. Well located with so many places to eat and grocery close by. The two of us and our medium size dog stayed 4 days. We walked to the amphitheater (just over a mile). Nice bikes were included but we didn’t have a chance to use them. We’ll be back!

Finding the entrance was hard but Andrea helped us the entrance door as well as the parking garage for our car. Otherwise it was very great stay. Walking to the Lot ( food carts) and Kanpai restaurant and Drake park was very good advantage of location.

This place was exactly what I needed. There are lots of restaurants close by as well as easy access to the river. It was very quiet considering how busy it is in the area. I would definitely return.

Clean, modern, spacious place w/ a garage! Walking distance from Downtown and the river. So close to many restaurants, breweries and other amenities - yet the neighborhood is so quiet and safe! Kitchen is stocked with utensils etc - great for meals at home too!

In town visiting my daughter and this rental was so perfect. Easy walk to so many great places for food. Chow, Spork, The Lot, Newport Market, Mothers Juice are all fabulous options close by. Would stay here again. Clean and convenient and had everything I needed. Came in late at night in the dark so entered the property the wrong way so feel bad but easily figured out the layout the next morning in the light!

Overall great! It was nice to have a garage to park in as well. It was a short walk to coffee shops and dog parks. My puppy learned how to run up and down the stairs. The stairs could be a challenge for some....

Comfortable and exceptionally clean. There was a pod style coffee maker but not a drip coffee maker. Since we don't know how to recycle the pods, we would prefer a drip machine.

Beautiful Little Pet Friendly Apartment
The property was quaint, quiet, well stocked, very clean, and modern. Super pet friendly. This was a very pleasant stay. Communication was awesome. Quick response to questions and very informative. The next time we will have to bring our smaller truck as my hubby's big one did not fit in the garage or driveway. Luckily we were informed that the unit next door was not in use so we could take up 2 spaces. Thank you Andrea for everything! We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Stay With Bikes
Me and my friend had such a lovely time at the Flying Chicken. The apartment was fantastic and VERY clean. We loved taking the bikes around town. They each came with a lock and the apartment had the necessary tools for height fixture and air pressure. Our favorite memories at the Flying Chicken were having pasta and wine on the balcony and riding the bikes to Much n' Music.
Another plus for those traveling by car. This apartment comes with a garage. We were able to keep the car (Izuzu Trooper) safely stowed and just walk or bike around town from there.

One of the best places we've stayed - anywhere
Great location in a nice area. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted: restaurants, coffee, fresh produce, parks, etc. The apartment was very nice and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was really well equipped, with seemingly new appliances and utensils. The furnishings and bed were very comfortable and in great shape. We loved this place. We will absolutely rent it again if we can.

Fantastic Location!
This was our third time staying at The Little Flaming Chicken. We love it there. Centrally located and walking distance to many things including the nearby Food Truck Court (The Lot) and the takeout for the in town float of the Deschutes River at Drake Park. The treats, bed and other dog goodies provided by the Owner are greatly appreciated.

Comfortable apartment in great location
Apartment is new, well designed and very clean. We walked to dinner downtown each night. It’s a nice walk through Drake park. We had lunch at taco place about a block from house. Location was great. Apartment well stocked and air conditioning worked well. Perfect place for a couple that wants to explore Bend. Garage was nice given very hot weather. Would stay here again.

Liked the location of this property and having a garage, full kitchen and washer/dryer was convenient. We walked or biked everywhere with ease. Only suggestion is that some of the furniture needs to be refreshed, the bed and sofa were creaky and uncomfortable.

The Little Flaming Chicken was a great place to stay for 2 on our trip to Bend. The apartment was very nice and clean and in a great neighborhood with several food and drinking options nearby. The bikes were handy to ride around town.
