It’s a great location , rooms are very big and have kitchens . Comfortable beds .

The curtains need to be re-hooked. Apartment 501 was a great size and good inclusions but it was extremely noisy from external. I can only assume it was something to do with the mains supply outside or the heating/cooling. There was constant banging all night which kept waking our children.

Loved our stay, everyone happy with their rooms! Would definitely stay again.

Was good being able to have our dog with us.

There's a $200 pet bond I wasn't told about when I called to enquire about added costs for having a pet.

Location was good and the room had everything we needed

Leaking Shower, noisey neighbours, at times our room didn't get cleaned and the common areas weren't very clean (ie lifts, areas around the lift entrance, gym area regularly had sweat over the equipment) and the worst of all was someone smoking a marijuana in the bbq area and the smell was in the lift.

Considering the outer suburban location, car parking should have been free

The gym is pathetic , I guess they could invest a bit more have a few more machines . Also maybe you could have a vending machine for some food .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

It is very confusing when you drive in. You can’t get in to the Quest car park without a keypass to swipe, and all other car spots are allocated to another company. I had to park in this other company’s spot in order to check in and get the keypass and go back to my car to park it in the correct place. Also room service was advertised for the hotel but it was actually just UberEats! That was very disappointing.

That I was able to have my dog and 2 cats in the apartment with me. Friendly staff and lovely, modern rooms.

There wasn't anything that I found unsatisfactory whilst staying at the property.

the room wasn’t really clean. not filthy but not clean. we also had an issue with the fridge leaking and despite telling them it didn’t even seem like the tiles were mopped to clean it up

Small problem at the start, but the reception manager quickly sorted. The apartments welcomed pets, were very clean, well equipped and has everything you needed, including a TV in the bedroom. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and you were made to fell at home. Will definitely come again and will recommend the hotel to my friends.

Nothing really, it was great, maybe a bin somewhere discretely to put doggy bags in.

The room was dirty in various places. Needs a deep clean of the carpets as there are stains of various colours. I had to ask for the bathroom floor to actually be mopped (they still missed behind the door and around the toilet when I asked). When I checked in the bathroom floor had sticky spots on it. I asked for a good cleaning of the shower, however the shower wall behind the shower door was not touched and had little black pieces. There was a shoe print on the pillow case. I know I should have discussed these items with the staff, however moving to another room would have been pointless as the cleaning standards would have been the same. I have 15 years on me as an employee in the hotel industry, as well as having had stayed in many hotels, motels, airbnbs, beds and breakfasts etc. across 6 continents. I have never seen a room this neglected of a good cleaning.
