Didnt have breakfast. Wasnt sure that I have breakfast included in my booking. I wasnt informed about it either.
The beds are very old, totally uncomfortable.. the mattresses are soft and sunk. Beds need to be much firmer for the back. I have a bad back after 2 days of staying

The location was very central, but that usually means right on a main road which this is, 4 lane motorway. So it was very noisy in the evening and overnight. The room was a good size, the bathroom was a good size also. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly.
The parking wasn't explained in the booking. You basically need to pay for parking. The location was too noisy for us. The bed was very soft and we both sunk into the mattress. The TV was at the end of the room and was very small, and the remote wouldn't work unless you were standing right in front on the TV.

Reception staff where nice
the tv didnt work finally after the second 1 it worked . no phone, no normal coffee . ordered a delivery about 8 ish and they couldnt get in to deliver it as no one at reception , key card wouldnt wirk.

- no black out curtains in lounge area
- no mini bar snacks or drink options
- in description it states there is a hot tub/ jacuzzi which is false as there isn’t one.
was told upon arrival that bond is $300 to be taken on credit card when booking.com states that there is $100 bond taken at check in. I questioned the $300 and was told because of an upgrade of a coffee machine in the room and it was a 2 bedroom appartment that they require now $300 deposit. I was told this would be put back into my account with in 15min-30min after check out. I’m still waiting and it’s been well over 24hours.

The location was very convenient as it was close to Chadstone and where our family and friends live.
I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for parking even though we were guests of Punthill. I have stayed there many times and this was the first time we had to pay for parking.

Conveniently located near bus stop and short drive off freeway. Apartment size was good. Clean surfaces.
Sofa not large enough for 4 people. Bring ear plugs for traffic noise and eye patch for light through curtains that don’t shut properly. Mattresses suit people who like it soft. Dishwasher didn’t work despite it being ‘fixed’.

We had no breakfast and the location was very good.
The only thing we can say that the shower water was not hot enough

It’s location and access to amenities.
As a family staying there, the Shisha Bar downstairs
is a big negative as it made the place feel unsafe for
young children. Not to mention it was extremely noisy
till after midnight when it closes.
The furniture needs an update as the couch or sleeper
couch was extremely uncomfortable. I stayed
here six years ago previously and it was great-
so disappointed in it now.
