We loved this house. It was clean and very comfortable. All of the rooms were large and plenty of bathrooms for a large group to get ready for the day. We appreciated the beach decor and the unique accessories. It's obvious the owners have put lots of thought into the comfort and convenience for their guests. The oceanfront hot tub was a big hit with our group even in the rain.

This house is absolutely perfect for family get togethers. The main floor is designed for entertaining. The kitchen is well stocked with nearly everything you need to cook Christmas dinner! Watching the massive waves of the king tides from every window was spectacular. I highly recommend it.

“Splendor by the Sea”was the greatest. The home is beautiful, with a best location, really easy beach access, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner and Randy and Gena were so accommodating. We wished we had booked another day. We’ll be back!!!

Owner was very nice, communicating was great, house was absolutely amazing, I wish I could live there! So many items in the house for use, this was helpful and awesome for the small things you might forget! Highly recommended!!!!

Beautiful, comfortable home in a great location. Splendor is the perfect name for this home! The property manager was very attentive, and the home was even better than advertised. 7 of us ladies between 67 and 83 years young had a wonderful week. Great beach access plus easy walking distance to Safeway and good restaurant at Chinooks Seafod Grill, though we mostly cooked for ourselves in easy to use kitchen. Wish the weather could've cooperated so we could use the hot tub, but it was too windy to risk unlocking the cover. Also didn't make use of the beautiful fireplace because it didn't get cold enough. All in all, we can highly recommend this property, and would love to return!!

Our 9 year old grandson declared "This is a DREAM beach house!" when we walked in. I got high praise from the rest of our crew for finding it. With our adult kids and niece and families, we had four couples, two 9 year olds and a 6 year old. The house was a perfect fit, the ocean view mesmerizing. A great place to spend a week with your loved ones.

Absolutely everything! Just to try to really try to think of some feedback to benefit owners I have a couple comments. Both the garage door and front door require a bit of force and jiggling to open. We inadvertently left a griddle we purchases as there wasn’t one. Hope others enjoy it in the future! We also left a bunch of firewood for future beach fire for guests. Cone coffee filters, or the info to bring some, would have prevented a bit of a malfunction with the coffee pot. Again, absolutely no complaints, just racking my brain for minor thoughts. Thank you for making my family’s vacation delightful!

The spacious rooms and number of sleeping areas made it possible for us to come and have a great time relaxing with our kids/grandkids. The awesome views out the windows made it so much better! And we could all sit at one table😁 6 adults, 4 toddlers and a 2 month baby. We had never been to this area of Lincoln City before and it was very relaxing. The rocks in the ocean here actually had a lot of sea life, starfish and all, and that was special too at low tide.

We have rented this property several time over the past 15 years and it never fails to deliver a wonderful vacation for our family. I look forward to future visits.

The house was great and in a great location.

The home was spectacular! They welcomed us With the light and music on! The rooms were perfect for the 2 families! You cannot beat sitting in the hot tub morning noon or night rain or shine listening to the waves! Plenty of towels, and everything needed for the kitchen. Sand toys available for use! The rocks directly behind the property had all the urchins and starfish. We LOVED this place and would rent again in a heartbeat!! Thank you

The views were unbelievable and the house very clean. We saw whales breaching from the deck. Beautiful sunset every night. Seeing the full moon from the main suite. The hot tub was a bonus.Enjoyed our family time together. Thank you!!

The location and views and layout of this house is unbeatable! Short walk down to the beach, rooftop views and hot tub were amazing! Walk to the casino, walk to Safeway. Short drives to the outlet mall and restaurant. My only “complaint”, more of a suggestion, would be that the game room Murphy bed really isn’t suitable for adults - mattress is hard as a rock and the whole thing squeaks whenever anyone moves. This was not anything that would deter us from staying here again. We’re already planning our next trip!

We had a group of 11 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. Hot tub is in the perfect location to sit and relax and watch the waves and the sunsets. There is not a bad view from any place in the house. Perfectly located to walk to the casino and to the beach. Splendor was immaculate and my friends and I are already planning for the next stay here!!! I promise you will not be disappointed if you stay here!!!

We had an incredible ladies weekend away at this stunning property! The view is insane and the pictures don’t even do it justice. We loved being able to walk the beach, do some fun hikes and enjoy the spacious and lovely house. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and silverware, the table is big enough for large groups and it was a beautiful and peaceful time. Definitely would stay here again!

The property was great with amazing views. It has everything you need/want with plenty of space for being together and for individual privacy. The rooms are all upstairs so that's something to consider when traveling with parents that don't get around well but the stairs are nice and wide to make it a little easier to navigate. It really is a great place and you may never leave the comfy bar chairs with the view.

Fantastic property with a view to die for! Clean, comfortable and the perfect setting for my wife and I to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. Our 45th is quickly approaching, so we're getting ready to book this fantastic property again!

My wife and have been renting beachfront property every year for our anniversary for over a decade and a half. This was absolutely the best of the best. Before we even arrived Randy was calling and texting me with very detailed instructions on using everything the property had to offer. Upon arrival we found the interior lights were all on and the house was all warmed up for us. Randy knew we would be arriving about the time the sun went down and made sure we could easily navigate around the home to move in. It was the most comfortable move in we have ever experienced. The home was very well equipped and very well appointed. The pool table was outstanding and we played every night. It was stormy most of the time we were there so we snuggled up to the cozy wood burning fireplace day and night. Although my wife and I rent these homes for ourselves we also check them out to see if they would be good for our family. I can tell you this home would be great for a family gathering! With the pool table, X-Box gaming system, great variety of board games--all in a seperate room, you couldn't go wrong with activities for the kids. The bar in the main living room would be a great place for entertaining adults while the kids played games upstairs. Oh, did I mention the view--it was outstanding! Special shout out to Randy for making this trip our best one yet! I would highly recommend this home and, god willing, we will be back again next year. Jerry

The weather was beautiful, easy access to the beautiful beach, very kid friendly. The home and ocean front view were spectacular. Already planning on returning same time next year.

Rented second time. Love the house. Many great people to work with especially, Randy . Many accommodations and spacious. Outside spiral ladder access from second floor bedroom to roof top. Beware of seagull history. Great ocean views from upstairs two west side bedrooms. and downstairs; Lots of window viewing including unique bar. Hot tub relaxing. No direct access to beach. Busy street traffic in front May affect sleeping quarters on east side of house if light sleeper. When wind is calm at night may need a fan in two upstairs, west bedrooms. I will take two on my next trip. Supplied vertical fans, not adequate... Additional refrigerator in garage very helpful for large group. Consider taking food due to long, long lines at Safeway or early morning shop. SPLENDOR has my 5 STAR rating. A VERY SPECIAL PLACE.

What a beautiful home. We had four different couples and 3 kids with us. The house was large enough for all of us, the bedrooms were roomy and there was plenty of bathrooms. All of the bedrooms and game room are on the second floor. Two of the rooms face the ocean, the other bedroom has a view of the ocean from its private balcony, and the game room has a view of the ocean from the south facing bay window. The view was amazing from the main floor. We had rainy weather for most of our trip but that didn’t matter with such an amazing view. After a couple days of rainy and window weather the windows did get a bit hazy, but a quick rinse with the hose cleared them right up. Though beach access wasn’t direct, it was a short walk and convenient. For the gamblers in our group the location was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars on location is because the house sits directly at a 3 way stop, and we watched many people run the stop sign. Makes backing out of the driveway a little tricky. It’s also important to know Lincoln City has a strict parking policy at rentals and we were only allowed 3 vehicles on the property. We were able to park our extra vehicle at the casino hotel parking lot which is really very close and wasn’t a problem at all. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels. Having two washer and dryers was very convenient. Unfortunately the hot tub heater was not working during our stay so we missed out on that, and the jacuzzi tub jets in the game room do not work. We also suggest you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Each bathroom had only one roll, and it wasn’t fun running out in the middle of the night and not being able to find another roll in the entire house! The house felt well cared for and very clean. The property manager was very accessible and tried very hard to get the hot tub running which we appreciated. Overall we all had an amazing time and look forward to staying at this house again.

From the moment Gena accepted our request, until the moment we checked out, everything was perfect! You will drop your bags (and jaws) upon entering this gorgeous home and seeing that amazing ocean view. We loved how it changed day to day, moment to moment; weather, and animal life-wise. It was our constant 'Naturvison'. We stayed 9 glorious nights, sharing 4 of them with our adult sons. What a wonderful time away together. Thank you, Gena, for sharing all of this with us! And, I want to give a big shout of appreciation to your property manager, Randy. He has the absolute best manner, demeanor and customer service skills. He is a treasure, and you are blessed to have him managing things.

The property is on a ledge overlooking the beach but is not accessible to the beach like the listing states. The pictures in the listing depict that there is beach access on the property. You have to walk over to the casino to get access to the beach.

What an amazing place to stay. Easily accommodates multiple people or just a couple. You will experience sweeping, unobstructed beach views, rain or shine. Although there are multiple restraunts and places to go, you won't want to leave The Splendor beach house. It's fully equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this place and the owners were total gems!
