The decor is lovely and one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve seen in a rental. Although the condo was very clean, the moldy smell was strong and quite unpleasant. Except for the odor I would definitely book #903 again. Love the rocking chair on the balcony and the view is wonderful.

Our stay at Breakers east was excellent, March 2024. Our unit, 903 was clean and fully stocked with everything you might need, and more. The communication for arrival and departure was seemless as well. This was a gated Condo and beach, with access codes to ensure safety. The heated pool was warm and well kept. If I had to find one thing that wasn't ideal, it would be having only 1 elevator. The 2nd elevator was down for repairs, and it was disclosed to us, so not a surprise.

Our stay in unit 903 is the second time we have stayed at Breakers East. We loved last year and we weren’t disappointed this year. The unit was very clean and ready to be lived in when we arrived. This unit is a very comfortable and well equipped place to stay. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental. To have both a crock pot and an air fryer was a bonus. There are plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity if you’re not into cooking. Breakers East is a smaller building compared to some of the very big high rises in the area. But that’s what makes it a nice place for an extended stay. Every unit faces the Gulf of Mexico and you can’t go wrong sitting on the balcony taking in the sights and sounds of the beach. We have loved our stay here the past two years and have already. Poked a stay for next year.

Love this condo. Beautiful decor. It was fully stocked on everything we needed and more. We’ve stayed at the Breakers for years but this is by far our favorite condo! The staff was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Will definitely be back!

Beaches East is a great building. Right on the beach so you are not crossing any roadways (great for families). The unit was as advertised. We have stayed in many areas of Florida and enjoy the Destin area the most. The white sand and green/blue clear waters can't be beat for those travelling from the north who want to access the ocean beaches without travelling further south into Florida.
The area surrounding Beaches East offers close by shopping for groceries and last minute items you may have forgot for the beach!
We will be back as a family as soon as we can!

Great stay - power went out multiple times which caused elevator not to work - we had to make several trips via stairs which was not good - Had pickleball/ tennis on property. Close to everything . Beach was great!

Thanks Ms. Carol for sharing your condo. It was beautifully decorated, spacious for the five of us. We appreciate access to the beach chairs. The only thing I would add is basic spices for cooking. The kitchen was well equipped otherwise. The location is phenomenal to the grocery stores, restaurants, and fun activities for the kids. We will definitely be renting from you again. It's located right on the beach so all we had to do was go downstairs and we were just a few steps from the white sand! The condo was as described. It was clean and stocked with extra bath towels.
