Cette cape 1950 de style a été récemment rénové pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Parfait pour une famille, petite amie week-end, ou à peu près tous ceux qui veulent accrocher et se détendre dans cette belle maison de concept ouvert.
Avec une chambre double au premier étage et un lit queen au deuxième étage. Une méridienne confortable et un lit gigogne sortir également situés au premier étage. Une autre chambre à l'étage avec 2 lits jumeaux. Tous les nouveaux surmatelas pour une bonne nuit de repos.
Vous "trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine entièrement équipée pour dîner ou prendre une courte marche pour le chinois, des pizzas, des hamburgers, des smoothies, ou juste une courte distance en voiture de nombreux restaraunts dans la région de Lancaster. This small cottage is very cute, suited all our groups need. We had 8 people yet had plenty of space. There is one full bathroom on the first floor, and a half bath on the first floor. I recommend staying here to explore Lancaster. Great location

Was in town for a religious festival. Just far enough from downtown to not deal with crowded roads but close enough to get anywhere you want within 20 minutes. The only down side is the road outside the house is on a curve and cars whiz by at anytime. The upside is everything you could possibly look for in a VRBO. Clean, cozy, and not too noisy.

The cozy cape was absolutely beautiful. The owners were very responsive. Location of the house to Millersville University is great. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit our daughter.

My sister, mom and two aunties enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cape. It was a comfortable place to rest after each days activities. The highlights included: seeing Moses at Sight and Sound and attended the hot air balloon festival.

Very warm and cozy home. Lots of incidentals to show we were welcome and thought of. Good directions for exiting, with a written post so that we would not forget what to do. Host was quickly available if there was a need. Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for daily meals when we needed to cook. Highly recommend to others.

We had the best time and the Cozy Cape was the perfect choice! So much room and it felt like home away from home! We were close to everything in Lancaster and I would stay here again! 100% recommend staying here! Can’t wait to come back in a few months!

Clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We really appreciated the AC after being out in the 90 degree heat. Thank you Julie for your quick response when we needed to go to an urgent care to have our sons wrist checked out after a fall.

Basketball Tournament
Enjoyed our stay the place was up to date and clean. Instructions were clear and the price was reasonable. Only take away I wish there were more bathrooms because it was an all girls trip. Otherwise would stay again and recommend

Great location for day trips around PA!
We had a great experience here. It was perfect for our family of 6 (ages 8-16). The location was perfect as a home base for day trips to Hershey, Philadelphia, and Amish country. The house was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Julie was extremely responsive and communication was amazing. Bonus: There are tons of towels! It’s a funny thing to mention but I appreciated not having the wash towels everyday while we were there like I’ve had to at other VRBOs I’ve stayed at.

Ideal For weekend sports tournament
This property fit our needs very well for a weekend sports tournament. With 3 families (6 of us in total), we had plenty of room for all of us. It provided us a comfortable home base allowing us to unwind after a day at the field. We found home very clean and well equipped for a weekend stay. Owners are great to deal with. If we ever return to area, we will stay here again.

Graduation
We stayed in Millersville to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Millersville University. The home was close to the campus and had everything we needed for the weekend. The first floor bedrooms made it easier for older relatives

This home is a lovely place to relax and spend time with family. The furnishings are very nice - with an air of comfort.
The location was perfect for our needs. We have family in the area, so the home was able to be a central location for the grandparents. Our only concern was backing out of the driveway onto a busy road.

The Encks were amazing Hosts for considering me and a group of my friends to host our best friend’s bachelorette weekend in Lancaster county. This home was extremely accommodating for us! So clean and welcoming! It felt like home !

Comfortable and cozy
The cozy cape was the perfect place for family coming into town for a funeral. It was big enough for 2 small families (no children) but small enough to allow for community. Julie communicated well, and everything was as described. The location was perfect, and the home had everything we needed.

Family Holiday Reunion
We needed extra space for our family over the Thanksgiving holiday and this place was perfectly located in Millersville. When weren’t with family we had a great time hanging out watching holiday themed movies, catching up on Ted Lasso and playing games at the dining room table. It was a perfect getaway from the big city.

Girls weekend winter trip
We just returned from our girls weekend at The Cozy Cottage. This place was great and Julie was super easy to work with. We even took some recommendations on where to eat. It was super clean and she even had small added touches that really helped. (Soap provided, sanitizer pump in the house, hooks all around for towels and such.. there was even a bag of ice in the freezer which really helped since we arrived late on a Friday and forgot to stop and grab some.. tea bags and coffee kcups to get us started). Would definitely recommend this house.

Our party of 4 found the home to be clean and very comfortable for our stay. You can tell that the owner thought out all that would make for a great stay. Wonderful property
We just recently stayed at the Cozy Cape and had a wonderful time! The property was exactly as pictured (which isn't always the case with online rentals). It was extremely clean and perfectly spacious for our two families who stayed there. There was a nice sized back yard for the kids to play in and the open floor plan downstairs gave everyone enough room to hang out. The location was great. It was very quiet and felt more rural, but was only minutes away from stores and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend to anyone with a family and who wants a location that isn't too far from attractions such as Hershey and Lancaster.

Home Away From Home
We live in a cape style home ourselves, this cozy cape made us as if we were home away from home. We loved the open layout which we were very impressed with. We used the huge kitchen island every morning for breakfast. The kids loved running around and it was nice to be able to keep an eye on them while the adults were in the kitchen. The backyard had a well manicured lawn, grill and picnic table. We didn't see the neighbors which made us feel like we had complete privacy. There was plenty of clean linens and the central air made it comfortable. The split units in the upstair bedrooms provided comfort in the evenings. We were more than satisfied with our stay and look foward to renting this cozy cape again next year.

My visit to The Cape was very enjoyable. The house was extremely clean and looked the same as the photos online. The location is on a nice, quiet block that isn't too far of a drive from Lancaster. I would recommend this house.

Perfect Spot to Celebrate a Graduation!
We rented this property so that we could attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Millersville University. The Cozy Cape was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and/ or might have forgotten! The outside space was equally beautiful and the property was conveniently located to the college and any stores you might need. Julie was the perfect host.
