Just across the street from Blue Chairs, Sapphire, and Mantamar beach clubs. Short walk to restaurants and stores. The place has a traditional Mexican decor and with large balconies facing the ocean.

Just like being at home everything has been put there by the owner's full kitchen lots of toiletries beautiful views. All the air conditioners work, plumbing works great, everyone was very pleased

Very clean, comfortable, welcoming vacation spot. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom was wonderful for having personal space while still enjoying our stay with our friends. This place has perfect beach access and comfortable pool setting. Only drawback is proximity to the only spot in the beach that plays non-stop loud club music during the day. Stops at about 5:00 so no issues with noise at night. Doors to condo seal things off pretty well so you can get away from it if you want. Front desk staff is great and owner is very responsive and helpful.

Property description is spot on! I didn't have the opportunity to meet Dale; however he was VERY responsive to messages. Staff were very friendly and helpful through the entire stay (even met the next door neighbors - also very nice). The private beach was a lifesaver as we stayed during a VERY busy week (after Christmas and during New Year's). I would highly recommend this property & would check availability for our next trip to PV!

We hand a great stay here. The place is very clean and had lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the washer and dryer were great to have. The AC worked great when needed. Excellent maid service twice a week too! Very friendly front desk staff!

This condo is in the perfect location for beach access, restaurants and everything else. Dale has everything you'd ever need for your stay in the condo. We are already talking about going back and staying again. The building is safe and secure, the staff very accommodating and enjoyable. We had an amazing time!

Great staffs and perfect condo location.

This is a great condo in a perfect location. You can walk to a variety of great restaurants or cook your own meals in the well-appointed kitchen. It is nice having a bathroom with each bedroom, the beds were extremely comfortable and the wifi works well. If you want TV or a variety of channels you will be disappointed, there is one small TV in the living room with limited English channels, this did not bother us at all - just a note to potential renters. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and the desk is monitored 24 hours another plus. Dale was quick to answer all our questions via e-mail. We would definitely staff here again.

We stayed in this building 10 years ago on the first floor and thought that was amazing. But staying in Dale's 6th floor condo was more than perfect! The lay out of the condo and the balcony views of the beach and pool were beautiful and breathe taking. The condo was more that comfortable for the four of us. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to go wherever you want, including all the wonderful restaurants along the beach. We will be back and stay here again. Don't miss this wonderful spot....it is worth every penny!!!

It was all about the location for us and this condo was perfect! We loved being able to basically walk out the front door of the building and be steps away from the beach. The unit was spacious, tasteful, well appointed and the view from the balconies were spectacular! Dale was easy to work with and the staff was friendly and helpful. We want to make it an annual trip and are already talking about reserving the place again for next year.

The condo is large and roomy with amazing oceanfront views. There are more beach and bath towel than anyone needs and laundry in the unit. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and you have your own private beach next to Blue Chairs. Loved the location as it's a quick walk to all the best restaurants and bars. If you want oceanfront and gorgeous sunset views, this is the condo for you.

Playa Bonita and Casa Soltar are in the perfect location! 2 minute walk to the beach, 15-20 minute walk from some of the best restaurants and public houses in Old Town. 10 minute walk to the Malecon Boardwalk, with access to all the shopping, eating, and drinking you would ever want. There is walking access to many nice neighborhoods (just be sure to bring hiking footwear; walking shoes take a bit of a beating on the cobblestone roads and sidewalks). If you're interested, it's a 7 pesos, 25 minute, bus trip (yep, city transit) to the Shopping Districts around the Marina. I never felt uneasy or threatened walking the streets or taking the busses around the whole time I was visiting. It's a fantastic spot to getaway, relax, and enjoy the sun, the beach, and time with friends!

The staff at the Playa Bonita was extremely helpful and we were always greeted with a friendly smile each day while there. The pictures on the VRBO web site well represent the Casa Del Soltar as Dale has furnished it well. It's situated in a prime location and all the restaurants that we frequented are well within walking distance. Never once did we feel uncomfortable at night while walking back to the condo. Dale, the owner, was extremely helpful with information prior to our arrival and during our stay. We would definitely book with Dale again as the Casa Sel Soltar is truly a home away from home while in Puerto Vallarta.

This was our 20th time to visit PV and we wanted a close location to the beach and Casa Soltar was the best choice. It's Comfortable and right at the beach. You have your own beach area to lay out next to "Chairs". The staff is very friendly and helpful as if you were staying in a hotel. But you did not have the Hotel Feeling. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to make you feel as if you were at home. We cooked at least once a day. I loved the décor Dale has setup for the condo. It made it feel very homey. We had 6 folks with our party and never felt cramped. Each room had it's own bath; which was nice. We look forward to staying at Dale's property again. I recommend Staying here; Just don't rent on the dates we want to come back please (Lol).

Last month we finished our fifth trip to Puerto Vallarta and our fifth stay at Casa Soltar. We already have plans to go back next year and we have booked Casa Soltar again. There is no other place that we would choose to stay in Puerto Vallarta. Casa Soltar feels like a home away from home. The staff in the building are always friendly and welcoming, and always willing to help you with anything that you may need. The view from the building is amazing, and a great place to view the sunset with a margarita. There is a private section of beach with palapas set aside for people staying in the building so you never have to worry about a spot on the beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel next door always has taxi's waiting in case you need to go anywhere. One stay at Casa Soltar will have you hooked and you will be wanting to book your next stay before you leave.

I've stayed three times with family and friends. Feet away from the ocean with a balcony that offers views 24/7. Close to restaurants, bars, stores, and everything one needs when travelling. The staff are AMAZING, they'll help you with anything you need and they're always happy to see you. The actual space is very tastefully decorated with plenty of space for everyone. Bathrooms and showers in each room and a full kitchen that we used every time we were there. We just left a week ago and will be back again next year.

We have stayed at Casa Soltar several times and plan on staying again in the coming year. You simply could not ask for a better experience. The condo is well appointed with everything necessary: from the excellent and welcoming in-room air conditioners; to the fully-equiped kitchen with everything you'd possibly need for your vacation stay; and even beach blankets and towels. In addition to being perfectly situated on the gorgeous Los Muertos Beach with its own private, reserved palapas (exclusive to the Playa Bonita condo residents) and next door to the well-known Blue Chairs gay resort. So even in high season you have access to the private section of beach which the waitstaff from Blue Chairs are happy to serve. In addition, you can be secure in knowing that the Playa Bonita condos have a 24-hour front-desk/concierge staffed by some of the nicest people you'll ever meet! And, there is always a cab ready and waiting but you're in easy walking distance to anywhere in the charming "Romantic District." So, you have easy access to anywhere from hilltop restaurants with views of the bay, fine dining at Cafe de Artiste, authentic Mexican cuisine at El Arrayan, or any of the many other fine restaurants, gay clubs, martini bars, local shopping or zip-line adventures.

My wife and I and another couple had the best vacation here. Located across from Blue Chairs in the romantica district, this is a great place for people watching while relaxing with a drink. All the action is on the beach and Casa Soltar has its own private beach that Blue Chair servers are happy to service. This is an added incentive making it easier to find a spot out of the sun. If the beach gets too active you can retreat to the balcony overlooking the ocean for a more relaxed scene. This unit is ideally located within walking distance of the romantica districts artist galleries and some fantastic restaurants. Casa Soltar is tastefully furnished with Vonage phone to call back to the states, washer/dryer for extended stays and full kitchen for quick breakfasts. Thanks for such a great vacation.

We recently enjoyed five fabulous days at Casa Soltar. Upon arriving the very first thing you will notice is the warm and welcoming front desk staff. In fact, each time you leave the property or return they are there to greet you with a friendly smile. We found Casa Soltar to be the perfect vacation condo in Puerto Vallarta. We were traveling with friends and had plenty of privacy as each bedroom has it's own private full bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need, including a blender for margaritas! The beach is across the street! We were happy to see beach towels are included and a washer and dryer in the unit. The views can not be beat!! Ocean front and stunning! We spent the evening on the balcony enjoying the sunsets and the mornings watching the surf. The building is secure and can only be accessed by residents and guests. We spent an afternoon at the pool and it was perfect. We found the location to be within walking distance to most everything and on those occasions when we needed a taxi we always found one parked right out front waiting. Overall a great condo, don't hesitate to vacation at Casa Soltar! We look forward to going again.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. It had all of the luxurys of home, while in paradise. The decor is amazing. It was very clean, the housekeeper was exceptionally thorough. The beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of beach towels and a washer & dryer. There is free wifi and long distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice. There are many choices of restaurants and two markets in walking distance, or a short cab ride away, so no need to rent a car.

We've been to PV three times now and always choose to stay in the Romantic Zone. Casa Soltar is by far one of our favorite places. The unit overlooks the beach, is nicely decorated, has two patios, and is very well maintained. It's incredibly close to all the PV fun, yet offers a get away from all the crowds.
