Las instalaciones, la habitación muy buena con balcón y el desayuno estupendo en todo y servicio del personal en general Gracias x el servicio

La vestimenta de los señores que colaboran morado con amarillo parece que estuvieran en un circo... El hotel es excelente así que de esa forma y seriedad debe estar vestidos

Shower pressure was great

- Room smelt musty like damp - Went to go to the gym but it was closed due to multiple leaks on the ceiling - leaks in the ceiling at check in area - there was a DJ at the pool with great tunes - but it was so loud that my wife and I couldn’t hear each other from 2 foot away from each other so we decided to leave (we are in our early 30s without hearing problems). I shouted at her “it’s so loud in here” and she said “what did you say?!” LOLLL. If it hasn’t been so crazy loud it would have been ok. - grumpy staff at check in

El Personal es demasiado atento y amable, las instalaciones 10/10 y el servicio de acceso a playa privada e instalaciones de su hotel vecino mejoran aún mucho más la estadía. Hay dj en el rooftop por las noches y las vistas son increíbles a la ciudad y el mar.

We didn't have the breakfast. Only had coffee. It was ok. We did go to the pool bar for a snack as we hadn't eaten anything all day because we were traveling and we had cleaned out our condo in Guayabitos since we were leaving. For what we had, we felt that the prices were outrageous. 702 pesos for a plate of French fries, some jicama and cucumbers 3 small fish tacos, 1 Modelo Especial and a daiquiri. The bill was over $40 US which is over $50 CDN. Ridiculous prices, terrible service and a total mix up with the bill - they added 4 Victoria beer that we didn't have. Then when they were trying to fix it, they said their system wasn't working. They were supposed to bring down the bill to our room once it was fixed but by night time they still didn't show up. After dinner, we stopped at reception and the receptionist followed up on it for us. The bar server finally showed up with the corrected bill. But we had to bring it up at reception and we didn't feel confident that it would have been corrected if we hadn't followed up on it. We were charging it to our room so if we hadn't done that, we may have been overcharged.

I booked the hotel Mio because they allowed pets. We were shocked when checking in that they charged us over $50 US / 900 pesos for 1 night for our cat. We brought our own travel litter box and litter as well as her food. They didn't have to do anything for her. We aren't Americans - we are Canadians. They should be taking that into consideration when setting their rates - $50 US is $70 CDN. That's highway robbery for us.

Clean and rooftop pool was beautiful.

We had ordered food while at the rooftop pool and our server Alicia wasn’t the nicest. She had given us an attitude when we tried ordering food. Then when it came down to pay we tried to get her attention and she walked past us with a drink holder covering her face. This is my second time staying here so I was a bit surprised how we were treated. Other than that the rest of the staff were super sweet!

Que todo es muy nuevo, la alberca en el roof está increíble, sobretodo cuando se pone el atardecer, tiene muy buena ubicación y está a lado del restaurante La Leche que es una gozada

Que la playa está un poco lejos y hay que cruzar la alberca de otro hotel y que la regadera está en el mismo cuarto, fuera del baño, fui con una amiga y fue un poco incómodo pero nos las arreglamos, por todo lo demás, excelente

App for door locks was great. Pool amazing.

The self obsessed “DJ” who decided it was time to ramp it up to 11 at 5 PM when everyone was chill. Everybody left. Why we needed a guy to play music bewilders me. Everyone was jamming to their own music and all of a sudden he smashes into nightclub house party with a bunch of 40+ couples around the pool writing novels and reading. Vent complete. Read the room, dude.
