Profitez de ce spectaculaire et impressionnant domaine familial de 6 chambres et 5 salles de bains en bord de mer sur le sable à Oceanside, en Californie. Great location on beach with great views. Good instructions from owner and help. Refrigerator had issues cooling down. It took until next morning to get cool. Toilet seats all need tightened. Shower water pressure was very low and hard to adjust temperature. Overall good experience though.

Property definitely could use a good deep cleaning and better wifi, but still amazing time.

We had the best time ever! Check in was so easy no hassles. The house was gorgeous,clean, no issues whatsoever . We loved it . I highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

This is just a stunning house. Beautiful views and decks from which to enjoy them. It is, however, a property that (understandably!) appears to attract back-to-back rentals, and is beginning to show evidence of its high use.

This house has amazing ocean views and a good location in Oceanside. Onstreet parking was easy. The house was generally well-appointed and comfortable. We had a very good time at the houses but do have a few issues. The emailed instructions told us how to unlock the door but not how to lock it. We had to call. The emailed instructions had the wrong information about the internet. We had to call. The "casita" has a lovely patio but the room itself was cold and there were no instructions about using the wall heater. It rained during our visit. The smooth tile walkways to the house and the steps to the casita became very slippery and hazardous.

No glaring issues. Typical rental in the sense many things are overdue for an update in terms of quality and furnishings. Location in terms of view of the ocean is amazing, and the patios are the best part of the house. Unfortunately it’s right by a public beach access point and there were people sleeping within a few feet of the property at most times, including overnight. Wish walking on the beach from the house to town was possible, but the tide almost always prevents that. The downtown part of Oceanside was nice, but not really within walking distance. The part of Oceanside where the house sits is a little gritty. Had a nice time, but probably would try to find something a bit nicer in terms of location and quality next time.

We had an amazing weekend with family here at the property. It’s so beautiful and the location is awesome. It is a very special view and we walked down the street to Revolution Roasters for fantastic coffee and avocado, toast! Lots of time just enjoying the deck and watching the waves, surfers, and dolphin swim by. Thanks so much for the opportunity to have a great experience.

This was a great property, very clean. Good communication. Easy check in process. Listing as described. Great location! Plenty of places to walk to for coffee or a meal!
Off suite downstairs a little musty but a little expected with being right on the ocean. It was still clean.

Wonderful views from windows and balconies. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. No beach but next door was access to a rocky area and the water. Downstairs bedroom in casita was adequate but the bed was tight against the wall. Would stay again.

Although the property is very nice, we did have to make some concessions on sleeping arrangements due to the fact that one of the rooms was converted to a game room (without our knowledge)...taking away a bed that we needed. Before booking I had even contacted them to verify the number of beds to accommodate our family. The night before arriving, I contacted them to just verify again the number of beds and found this out. They were able to make room for us to bring a queen air mattress, so it worked out but not really what we had paid for.
The weather was very warm when we were there and the house has no air conditioning, so we slept with doors and windows open. Right next to the house is the public stairs to the beach and lifeguard tower. 2 of our nights we had groups of young adults partying there till early morning hours which made sleeping hard for those who had open doors/windows facing that way.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you are cooking and preparing meals. They have a charcoal weber grill and firepit down at the bottom sand level of the property and plently of adirondack chairs for all.
Overall, it is a wonderful home if you only need 5 bedrooms.

The problem we had is when I rented the place the two casitas had beds in them when I got there they turned the second casita in a game room which I wasn’t informed before my stay and tv I’m live room doesn’t well and air conditioning wasn’t that good but in all we had a good time

It was perfecto for our small family... great amenities, view, and setting. I will book this place again... it does need a little upkeeping, the couches are needing some fixing which can be done easily. There was some construction going on next door during the whole day, we made the best of the situation. However, we really like it! Manager (owner?) Was great! We had good communication... I highly recommend this place!

Great location. Great space for families. Everyone had a bed. Beach access was difficult to maneuver especially for older family members. Lovely evenings by the fire pit. You need to bring every thing for meals including seasonings, oils, foil, casserole dishes etc. There was limited kitchen stuff to use. Overall lovely place.

We had a group of 7 girls for several of our 60th birthdays! The place was perfect for us. We each had our own bedrooms/beds, there's 5 FULL bathrooms. There are two casitas one on the lowest floor, one on the next floor up (with its own patio). The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! Master is on top floor with a queen and a king and it's own bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay mostly because of being all together with family but the rental was perfect for our needs for bedrooms on main entry level so no stairs required for grandpa with a walker, large main area gathering space with spectacular ocean views, lots of bathrooms, well stocked. I also appreciated that all the rooms and bathrooms were clean and it had TVs in most rooms.

Our family gathered to celebrate our Mom's 90th birthday. It was a perfect site, and everyone enjoyed the accommodations and had a great time in the surrounding area. The manager promptly took care of weather related issues beyond their control such that our family time was not affected. I would stay here again.

This turned out very badly. The listing was accurate from what we could tell. Looked just like what we wanted. However, when we arrived, our cars loaded with family, food, etc., we found the home appeared not ready. After calling the manager, it was discovered that another party had already occupied the home. The home was doubled booked and the manager failed to notice. The rental money was refunded immediately, but all of our time, gas, and most of the food was wasted. This double booking denied my family of a vacation, which is an unrecoverable loss.

Great location
Location can't be beat. The ocean is your backyard. That being said, don't expect a beach at your backyard either. Due to a storm somewhere else, it was always high tide but, there are beaches nearby within a short drive. The house was very well supplied and didn't need anything else except our groceries. The house also had some nice upgrades since our last stay.
There were several very minor things wrong (to be expected for a rental) which were noted with the property manager. The curtains could use some TLC as they were falling at places. All in all we were very satisfied with check-in & check-out and will likely use this rental again.

Great Beach Escape
We live locally and were looking for a great staycation nearby. This house was perfect to accommodate my large family. Everyone had their own bedroom/bath and the family room was perfect for entertaining and taking in the gorgeous ocean views. I would say one of the highlights was seeing dolphins swim outside our balcony almost every day. There was a firepit on the bottom floor that was really nice touch for gathering as well.
One thing that could have been slightly better is the communication. As a host myself I had some questions that were either delayed or went unanswered. The washer/dryer was broken and some of the maintenance crew showed up a few times during our stay to replace it. We didn't mind, but it was a few hours for 2-3 days during our stay.
Overall, I would highly recommend this house if you have a large group. It was a perfect staycation.

Great place to stay with a large family or friends
The owner was a super communicator and responded throughout the week within minutes sometimes, or no more than an hour. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms as well as beach toys. We had an issue with the washer while there. Since the part to repair it was on back order, they sent someone every day to pickup and deliver us clean clothes and towels. They went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you

Amazing time
I placed this stay for nearly 6 months and based on the pictures, i couldn’t wait far enough to get there. Normally, i get too excited with the photos and get disappointed when i get to the place and see that it doesn’t look like what’s promised. However, I’m this situation with this home, the photos do not do Justice with how beautiful this home was. We were in awe stepping into this home. It was clean and in perfect condition. Some of the reviews from earlier are truly people with unattainable expectations . Yes, the downstairs casita had a very tiny noticeable smell. However, when these small rooms are closed up and there is fog or precipitation outside, it will always cause that. We opened the windows and doors for literally 10 minutes and everything was fine. And complaining about the water level? It’s called high tide and low tide, my children and the whole family enjoyed the water during both of those moments. The fact that they have a big sand area downstairs was plenty for the children to enjoy. I have been to plenty of homes through VRBO and had my share of bad experiences and by all means, this was so much further from one of those that i can’t imagine what the other people who left bad reviews think of a good experience. Anyway, we’ll be back and i sent this home to many other friends and family and they are looking at booking this home as well in the future. Thank you for the experience.

Great location….needs an update
We were disappointed to find the house less clean than expected, especially when you consider the very high cleaning fee. When you charge that much there is no excuse.
We found outlets in the kitchen that were not operable and the range appeared to have a big stain on the front. We finally figured out that it was where the label plate had come off. Again, when you charge so much to clean it baffles the mind.
The location is really great and we fully enjoyed spending time on the decks. The rooms were ok, and only the primary room faces the ocean. The bathrooms really need some work….the metal is oxidizing, the cabinets look worn, and in one case the shower handle just went in circles and the water barely came out.
I read a prior review which suggested that this would be a four/five star property if they just spent some money on it. I can confirm that.
Again, you cannot beat the location. Too bad the property fails to luve up to expectations.

We had a wonderful time in Oceanside. This home was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and we loved the location. Thee was plenty of space for our family getaway with multiple smal families. This is our second time staying at this home and we will be back.

2021 G Family Vacation
We were very pleased with this rental. It was very similar to the photos. It was clean and well stocked. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a great time at this beachfront location

Needs A Little Work
Could easily be a four-star property with a few minor repairs especially for the price. Broken kitchen trash can, missing hand held shower head in the master, broken umbrellas, and rusted windows. Location next to public beach access means loud groups on Fridays and Saturdays. No sandy beach in front of the house but the private sand area was nice. Except that it's prone to flooding as evidenced by the stacks of sandbags. Still we had a great time and love that they allowed dogs!

Unforgettable Views & Great for Large Family
We really enjoyed our week in this Oceanside home! The space was spacious enough for family groups- there was 13 of us and we never felt crowded. The patio views are incredible! We loved the constant sound of waves. The patios are very spacious, as well, which made gathering outside lovely.
The house itself needs some attention. The master king bed was very lumpy; the master shower was equipped with dual heads, but only one worked; the casitas were pretty bare, needing beside tables & luggage racks; the bottom casita bathroom had no mirror. One of our biggest issues was the spotty internet. This really impeded our ability to do work or school or set up baby monitors. Zero access in the casitas. I think the WiFi issues could be corrected with some attention.
Additionally, there was a lot of conflicting information that I received prior to arrival that made planning trickier than necessary.
Overall, we had a wonderful week and I would stay here again if the issues were resolved.

This home is very comfortable and perfect for.a.relaxed vacation.
The management group and the whole experience was excellent. There are some little things that could be enhanced or updated i.e. upgrade outside cushions, larger bar-b-que grill. But beside those items, the home and location is excellent and we would return over and over again.

Family Trip to the Beach
Our family stayed here two years ago and wanted to come back ! The house is nice with room for all. There is only beds for 2 people in each room now because of a new California law. The week we went was high tide so the sandy beach was gone except for a few hours during the day. We did find another beach about 30 mins. away Moonlight, that was good for us. There was a strong smell of a dead mouse or something under the kitchen cupboards. We contacted the property manager and they sent someone to put odor absorber there but it did not take away the smell. The property manager sympathized with us but we feel they didn't do enough to remedy the situation and didn't check back with us. We had to keep contacting them. Other than the very bad smell and the high tide, we loved the house and had a great time.

Very disappointing
We have been renting homes in the Oceanside area for years. It served as a vacation for the whole family.,As the children grew to adults and had their own children our needs for the size of the house grew.
We were attracted to this house because of its location at the beach but also because of the number of bedrooms and the 2 separate “casitas” which would afford ample room and privacy.
When we arrived at the house we discovered, through no fault of the owner, that the house was right by the ocean, there was no beach. The ocean came right up to the retaining wall.
We also discovered that the lower “casitas” was not habitable. It had a strong, pervasive moldy, mildew odor. We decided it might not be safe for my son and his family to stay there so they had to get a room in a hotel.
As far as the rest of the house, we found after the first night that there were mice. We found that a loaf of bread we had left out had been chewed into and eaten. We reported this but were told that the mice must have come in through an open sliding door. However, we found a number of mouse traps already in place under the stove and a hole in the wall under the stove. For the pendency of our stay we were careful to not leave anything out but we still found mouse droppings every morning.
The house is adjacent to the public stairway to what was the beach. It is well travelled and tends to limit the privacy of the house.
The upstairs master bedroom is very nice but has a musty, pervasive smell coming from the drapes. Additionally, a lot of the furniture on that deck was in a really bad state of repair.
We decided to leave a day early because staying in the house was just not comfortable.
