This is our go-to condo every year. Perfect central location on the island, with a million dollar view. Nice to have washer/dryer, full kitchen and a big lanai. Safe area, and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, even after dark. Owner is responsive and great to deal with.

My wife and I stayed here 24 Sep - 1 Oct 2023. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and close proximity to restaurants and shopping, many within a very short walking distance. The furnishings and amenities were quite adequate for an enjoyable stay. I would say they are a bit dated compared to other condos we have stayed in but in no way detracted from our stay. And for the value, compared to other condos in the same complex, you can't beat it. Some folks have complained about the road noise and I was a bit worried about it prior to arriving but thought that since most of the road construction in the area had been completed, it wouldn't be too bad. I do have to say, that even though the road construction was very minimal, the road was still a bit noisy. It is just a very busy road, regardless of construction. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue for you. I came prepared with some soft silicon ear plugs and had no problem sleeping. My wife doesn't like using ear plugs so the road noise was a bit more annoying for her. Overall, the condo really is a lovely place to stay, and as I mentioned, you can't beat the price.

We loved our stay here. The condo was walking distance to some eateries including a brewery. Other convenience stores near by too. We appreciated staying in Kapaa which was centrally located between all our island adventures: Hanalei and Ha’ena State Park (advanced resos req) and Polihale, Waimea Canyon, and Manuka Charters. The AC is a window box unit in the living room which works well and cools down the front of the place within a few minutes. There are fans in the bedroom where the AC doesn’t reach. The view from the lanai is lovely and we loved sipping our morning coffee there while watching the early sunlight spread across the water. If you want a centrally located home base for you to come back to after a day exploring, this is the place.

I have stayed at Wailua Bay View several times and it’s one of my favorite places. We found the condo to be clean and neat. You cannot beat the view of Wailua looking towards Lydgate Beach Park There were two beach chairs, towels, boogie board and a cooler available. Lisa is always very responsive and cooperative with any questions or minor issues. We will definitely be back soon. Aloha…😎🐠

The place was lovely, enjoyed the views from the balcony. It is centrally located on the island which makes for a short day trip no matter which way you go exploring. The only problem for me was it's location. It is very close to the highway and there can be a lot of traffic noise heard from the bedroom. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay a lot and would definitely recommend the place to others. Priced very fairly, in my opinion.

We stayed here for about 5 days in May and absolutely loved it. Prior to our arrival, the host was very communicative. Location was easy to find and the check in process was smooth. The unit itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved waking up every morning to the beautiful view and enjoyed having breakfast & coffee outside overlooking the water. The location can’t be beat either- close to several good restaurants and shops, the airport, and all the activities/places we wanted to explore. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we’re on the island.

Centralized location to all parts of the island. The filtered water in the fridge a very nice touch to help save on drinking water. Across the street is Passion Bakery which has first rate coffee, breakfast and malasadas. On-site property manager very helpful. The bedroom only has fans and no direct AC. However there was a fan that you can move around. Bed is very comfortable. Wi-Fi/TV/Cable a little hit and miss but eventually gets there. Linens, towels and beach accessories provided including beach towels. Ocean view wonderful. Property outdated and yet everything in good working except for screen door.

Great stay at a central location overlooking a locals beach. Abandoned hotel across the street served as some fun time for some fpv drone action. Lots of food options without the need for reservations unlike other parts of the island. It was perfect for us to be able to do our own thing.

Great stay and better location! We were close to everything and had the best view off the deck! In-suite laundry & kitchen made the condo even better. It seemed like some tenants in the complex were regular tenants, but others were short term rentals. Quiet neighborhood with awesome bakery nearby for malasadas. 5 minute drive to food and entertainment. Only con is the stairs to the 3rd floor condo, but the view is worth it.

We stayed a week midMay and feel grateful to have found such a great location for such a reasonable price! The decor has a nice island feel and there is good attention to a lot of details. The kitchen and washer/dryer were great. We did not use the AC, which they request you not set lower than 75 degrees, so I am not sure how good that is. The jalousie windows on the door are broken and a sign says the parts are on order -being able to open those will have a big positive impact for not using AC. There is street noise in the bedroom, which wearing earplugs took care of. The refridgerator noise in the main area, may be an issue for people sleeping in the living room. he road construction appears complete, but there was still significant traffic backup on the main road to plan around. The owner Lisa responded to questions quickly prior to our travel and the resident manager is friendly and helpful. The pool area is very pretty and has grills available. Would have liked to have boogie boards and umbrella as mentioned in earlier reviews, but appreciated the float noodles, cooler and 2 Tommy Bahama chairs. Renting bikes in Kapa'a was great for an ocean view ride and the Lydgate Farms chocolate tour is not far. The owner provides the 2019 The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook: Kauai Revealed, which was essential for our stay, and there is a 2022 version available or you can get an app. The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook: Kauai Revealed.

We spent the month here. Great unit, lovely location

This condo was wonderful and perfect for our needs. Amazing view, short distance to Coconut Market, centrally located, so that we could easily drive to any part of the island. The kitchen is well stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals if we wanted. Beach chairs, ice chest, umbrella, all provided. Lisa is very easy to work with, and very responsive to any questions or needs. My husband and I will definitely be returning.

As every year, we had a great stay. The owner Lisa keeps adding little updates and improvements, and she keeps the price reasonable. Nice having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler waiting on the lanai. And someone left chip clips! Yay! Also a new set of knives. The highway is almost finished and will have two lanes in each direction. Will really smooth out traffic backups. But who hears traffic? All we hear 24/7 is surf! A million dollar view for sure. See you next year!

This is a perfect Kapa’a condo with quiet, privacy and view. The sunrises were spectacular. We hope to return.

GREAT OCEAN VIEW. The property was very clean goof internet and adequate bedding. Walking distance to the coconut grove marketplace . Mark, the onsite property manager, was very helpful. I loved being so close to the ocean and hearing it at night.

Great view

It’s the third story of the condo complex so the view is incredible from the lanai. It overlooks a large beach so you get to hear the waves whenever you want. It has an AC unit in the living room and fans for the bedroom. I enjoyed the front door locking mechanism so you don’t need to remember to bring a set of keys anytime you went on an adventure. If/when we decide to come back to Kauai, I wouldn’t mind seeing if this condo is available to stay at.

We enjoyed staying for a week at this apartment. It had everything we needed for two adults and two children. Make sure you print out the entrance instructions prior to fly to HI. When we arrived, the VRBO app didn't work and fortunately the host emailed us detailed instructions, so we could follow it.

Perfect place to stay on the island. Quick drive from airport and quick drive to south and north shores! apartment was big, comfy fresh and the sound of the waves are so perfect. There is a main road but unless someone honks you wouldn’t even know. Passions Bakery is across the street and tu/th/sat they sale fresh malasadas (lilikoi is a must!) food right down the street. Two waterfalls very close. Just the perfect place. Also the manager is a gem! Such a sweet guy.

Perfect location basically halfway between the island. Made it really easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Mark is very helpful with any questions we had. The condo gave us great views of Wailua Bay and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Pictures as indicated, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the beach and Sunrise. Location could not ask for any better and the willingness of the proprietor to.allow us to stay late (of course for a fee) was great as our flight got changed by the airline. I think the drawback was there is no AC in the bedroom and a couple of the Windows could not open and with no AC in the bedroom hard to sleep at night even with the fan. It was a great trip though and Thanknyou for opening your home to us.

This condo has it all, beautiful amenities and location central to everything on Kauai. Lisa is a thoughtful host and has considered all a vacationer might need. We were blown away by the breathtaking views and proximity to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was easy here, and the pool was amazing as it still gets the sun in the afternoon so you can have a dip once you return from exploring. The surrounding area outside of the property is a bit tired, but the complex and unit are not. The USB chargers directly in the wall were perfect for our family of 4 with only a couple of converting plugs (we're from NZ) and 2 teenagers! So was the chilly bin (cooler). Mark the manager is friendly and helpful. Yes there are still roadworks going on but the ceiling fan helped to minimise noise, and the pounding surf means you can't hear it at the front of the unit at all. Super clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wailua bay-view, it was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient keyless entry and as soon as you walk in what a view, beachfront and so beautiful . On the third floor so you definitely get your steps in. The only con would be that there was road construction going on so a couple of nights it did get a little noisy, still a lovely place and a great price.

Very affordable, well maintained, clean, and quiet rental. Fairly central for visiting yhe north and south shores. Easy check-in, great amenities and beautiful views. Very pleased with this property.
