Très confortable, calme, spacieux, lumineux, Condominium non-fumeur dans le magnifique Mesquite Country Club - Une communauté fermée avec un parcours de golf 18 trous à côté. Ce condo est en phase 1 et fait face à E Ramon. Il s'agit d'une unité d'extrémité au rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur la piscine et le spa depuis le salon. Asseyez-vous dehors et détendez-vous sur l'un des deux patios. Le 2e patio est à l'extérieur de la chambre et abrite une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit queen-size, 2 tables de nuit et une commode et un placard miroir pleine longueur dans la chambre avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit en cuir queen-size avec matelas en mousse dans le salon et matelas en plumes qui peuvent être ajoutés pour plus de confort. Il y a aussi un matelas électrique à lit double dans le placard de la chambre. Il y a un téléviseur HD 32 pouces dans la chambre.
La cuisine rénovée est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour avec des appareils modernes. La salle à manger a une table et 4 chaises. Il y a un téléviseur HD de 46 pouces dans le salon avec lecteur DVD et chaîne stéréo et une télévision dans la chambre.

Condo is steps from pool. It is adequately supplied with necessities. Owner very easy to communicate with if there is an issue or question.

The condo is located close to grocery stores and downtown. It is equipped with everything you need and steps to the pool. The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. it had all the amenities that one would ask for. The location of the unit was ideal with it being just steps to the pool.
The owner, Judith has been wonderful to work with and if we were to go back to Palm Springs we would certainly rent from her again.

We especially enjoyed the front patio where the sun shone the majority of the day. We spent most of our time there. Everything as described with the condo was spot on, except there was only an electric barbeque not a propane barbeque which was a bit disappointing.

Mesquite CC Phase 1 condo
This condo was as advertised. Very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes, appliances etc. Judith was excellent to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. All around a good experience. Would recommend this condo.

Exactly What We Wanted
The unit is well positioned, easy access from the airport, close to all amenities imaginable. It is clean, safe, contains all anyone could ask for, your home away from home quite literally. The pool is just off the patio, the BBQ is great for those who want to use it, we didn't but it was there.
Though you're close to the airport there is no noise.

A Lovely Poolside Condo
We found this condo ideally located in central Palm Springs, close to grocery stores and all downtown activities. It is attractively furnished, just as shown. The kitchen is lovely has everything a cook could need. We enjoyed breakfast on the quiet patio, watching the hummingbirds and liked the location a short walk from the pool which was never crowded but offered the chance to meet friendly neighbours. Judith was very accomodating, prepared us well for our arrival and responded quickly to any emails. We would recommend this condo and would love to come back again.

Palm Springs getaway
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo is beautiful, kitchen has everything you need, plenty of space, and the location next to the pool was perfect! Very kind and gracious neighbors, quiet, and perfect starting point to everything Palm Springs has to offer. We couldn't be more pleased with our first trip to Palm Springs and plan to come back. Would definitely stay at this condo again. The owner is wonderful to work with. Exceeded our expectations!

Palm Springs getaway
This was our second great year in this condo and our 4th year in this condo complex. The unit is clean and very adequately equipped. The owner is pleasant to deal with and accommodating. Having ground level near the pool is a plus. We like the proximity to downtown Palm Springs and all that the area has to offer including biking/walking paths, golf, shopping and restaurants. Overall this is a great location and property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo.
Prior to arriving the owner was excellent at communicating all the details of the condo.The listing photos were up to date providing an accurate description of the property.
The information book at the condo was well organized and was helpful. The condo was very clean and well -furnished.
The location by the pool is great.
We enjoyed sitting out on the patio.It was very quiet and peaceful.
Seeing hummingbirds was a bonus.
The condo is close to downtown.We enjoyed the Tram, and the downtown Trio restaurant ,and Match box restaurant.Also the nearby golf course, Indian Canyon South is great.The downtown Thursday night market is fun to spend a few hours walking around.
Thank you to Judith for renting the condo to us.We hope to come back.We would definitely recommend this property to others.
