Home had all the things we needed, the pool and hot tub was nice too. The beach is walking distance to the beach, very close!

This beautiful, spacious house has it ALL! Pool is very large, hot tub is amazing and a short easy walk to the beach. The property owner & manager were both very responsive & helpful. Our family loved everything about the property and would definitely stay here again!

House and property were great. However the hot tub is included with the price and did not work. Asked to have the pool heated during our stay and that didn’t work either. Was told they were trying to fix. Although the pool guy was courteous, he didn’t have a clue on what he was working on. He got the heat temp fixed and the pool and spa got to 119°!!! Had to shut the whole hing down or the kids would have been scalded. Not sure why another company could not have been called to assist. No compensation for the spa not working for the week. Very disappointed!

Great property!!! Pool was perfect for our family visit. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a 4-bedroom place very close to the beach.

Wonderful house and pool for our growing extended family. Absolutely perfect and a short walk to the beach. Our only feedback is that the path from house to beach path needs cut back and path stones better placed for easier walk with little ones and older family. Thank you for a wonderful week!

This was our 2nd time back to Hilton Head and this time the house we rented at 9 Marsh Wren exceeded our expectations. The size, beautiful large kitchen with everything included, the lovely bathrooms with great and plentiful towels, the beds with wonderful bedding, the large pool we paid extra to be heated (worth it!), hot tub, outdoor teak dining table and chairs for al fresco dining- gas grill, easy short walk to ocean all made this the best trip for our extended family. On a side note, my 3 year old grandson locked himself in a bathroom early one morning and the property manager, Deborah, answered her cell immediately telking me how to unlock it. Just an excellent property all around.

The property has great beach access. Just a short walk through the woods on a stone path. Takes about 30 seconds to talk to the beach. Pool and hot tub worked well. Great house for two families. 2x Master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house.

From a very well furnished home, to the very short walk to the beach, to the large pool, to the community, to the responsiveness of the owner and property manager, I highly recommend this property!

It was a great week! House was wonderful, pool absolutely amazing and communication was great between owner as well as property manager. House was very well stocked with beach towels, toys, etc...layout great for multiple families. Location to beach was very easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends. The house was well equipped and the location is fantastic. The property manager, Deborah, was great and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We look forward to returning for a future stay!

This was a great house and wonderful location. However, there were issues with the pool water filtration that led to 6 out of 6 children getting extreme outer ear infections. The concern of the water was communicated to the property manager and then to the pool company - but the issue was misdiagnosed until after we departed. Apparently A1 pools had installed a valve incorrectly which was contaminating the pool water and they continued to shock the water which wasn’t the proper remedy (all of this information provided to me from the property manager). I do believe that the property manager did all she could and could not have known that the pool company would misdiagnose the issue. However, I don’t think she or the owner understood the severity of our problems. Kids didn’t sleep after the first two fell ill on day 3. This also meant that adults didn’t sleep. There were also a couple rashes, vomiting from the pain 5 trips to the urgent care and even blood from an ear over night. The aches continued for both families several days back at home after the repair. I thought that compensation for four days was fair and was offered (have not received) compensation for just under 1 night’s value. Again the house and location were perfect and I would *consider* staying here again. We’ve been staying in Sea Pines for decades and this was one of the better setups. I just don’t think the owner properly evaluated of situation.

We have been going to HHI for many years, and this was the best property that we have stayed at by far. To start with, the location is fantastic in the heart of Sea Pines on a quiet street. Short walk to the beach and easy to walk/run/bike to South Beach Marina. The house itself is exactly as advertised. Really well stocked. Our favorite part was the large screened in porch which made it much more enjoyable to sit/eat outside to avoid mosquitos. Absolutely wonderful vacation and we will definitely return!

Perfect location, just steps to the beach...beautiful home with a great layout for families with teenagers...large, private pool and hot tub...screened in porch for family dinners...well-appointed kitchen...second fridge is a bonus...Sea Pines is truly a slow-paced, peaceful place to get away.

Listing very accurate, location very close to south end beach. Access path to beach easily accessible. Outdoor shower a plus. The screened in area by the pool has a large dining table. Pool itself is large - we did have it heated- perfect. Accommodations were spotless on our arrival. Owner and property manager were very responsive to any questions. Clearly this property is well maintained. Highly recommended!!!

We had a relaxing and tranquil experience. The home is literally a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach for sunrise and star gazing. Excellent location for tennis, golf, biking and beach activities, and end your day with a soak in hot tub. Lots of towels, beach equipment and the beds are comfortable. Home nicely appointed, and sprawling with plenty of room to spread out. Recommend for either a couple or large family. We will stay again if available on our next trip.

We loved our stay, such an easy walk to the beach! Cannot say enough about the location. Pool is huge, the kids loved it, and hot tube was a great perk. There was a issue with the pool and heat that the property manger quickly took care of. Beach chairs, cart and a few toys provided. Sea pines is nice and quiet with beautiful beaches. Great place to stay.

Pool and beach toys were a bonus.

This is a beautiful property. The photos don't do it justice. Has a good layout for families. Path to beach behind house gives you direct access. Very clean. We cook a lot and there was an ample supply of dishes, pots and pans. Second refrigerator on lower level. We had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing stay at 9 Marsh Wren. We especially appreciated all the conveniences for my 10-month-old baby who was able to safely explore the main level inside (thanks to the baby gate!) and swim in the shade outside. The pool, patio, and screened in porch was such a great space to enjoy. It was the best equipped kitchen we've ever had, too. Would love to stay again.

We had a great time at this house. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice indoor and outdoor space, a really large swimming pool and an easy walk to the beach. Beautiful kitchen and attractive decor. Only thing needed is a better bathroom on lower level - and a toaster oven. Beach umbrellas would also be a great amenity. Would recommend this house for families with multiple generations.
